Get ready for a long day but for us it was worth it. We left about 6am got back about 945pm . They give you snacks for breakfast and a sack lunch for lunch dinner is on you . I believe Eric was our guide but he kept it entertaining and was very knowledgeable, bus was nice and cool . I believe for the price you can't beat it I would recommend it , and if you've never seen the Grand Canyon was well worth it . pictures do this Place no justice but I just wanted to put a few down plus a place along route 66 we stopped at pretty awesome place to....

We had a great pilot I believe his name was Nolan or David. He splits his time between the airport and here so that made us feel more safe knowing he’s experienced with flying multiple aircrafts.
My only problem is the flight duration. I set a timer and clocked it at around 7 minutes. Even though they advertise 15 mins. The other 5 minutes includes standing in line for row call, a loud bus ride to the aircrafts, and dropping each group at each helicopter. I think incorporating more highlights into the ride to achieve a full 15 minute ride would be best. And not count the ride to the aircraft.

I found it to be really fun and educational the driver kept us interested and laughing all along the way I would definitely recommend it for the price it's about four and a half hours sightseeing tour

They provided us very pleasant and punctual tour of Grand Canyon .Despite the long journey they gave us sufficient time for sight seeing. Morning tea and coffee and Lunch was awesome. Big thanks to that energetic lady which was my driver cum guide on the tour.

Second time using this company. Bought the Groupon and had no issues. First time we went to the Grand Canyon that was miserable from Vegas at no fault of the company it was just too far. This time we did the Hoover Dam tour we thoroughly enjoyed it. Only wish the bus driver would have shut up for one second on the way there he finally shut up on the way back. The trip was well worth it. Bus was clean. We for some lovely pictures of Lake Meade as well. If you get the chance get the Groupon deal we’ll worth it. If we would have had our kids with us I think they would have enjoyed this trip as well. Informative and picturesque. We took so many pictures here. Really enjoyed this and the company did well.

Great trip, our bus driver (Mark) was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about Vegas, the Canyon, and sights along the way. He made the experience entertaining and fun.
Now why I didn't give it 5 stars? The bus we were picked up in was better then the one we had and more importantly, The Food! The restaurant really needs to be changed. The lunch and dinner was not appetizing. Don't have my food sitting on the table before I arrive when it's an open bar atmosphere. And you're going to charge me (dinner not included).

This was actually great! It seems hokey, but my hubby and I have never seen the Grand Canyon. We live on Vegas and didn't want to make the drive ourselves or stay there overnight. The tour bus was fantastic! We cracked jokes about being senior citizens all day, but surprisingly there weren't that many older people on the tour. However, we got small rolls in the morning from the tour company, stopped for breakfast and dinner, watched a couple educational videos and a movie there and back. There was a bathroom on the bus, but we stopped often enough that neither my husband or I needed to use it. Most of the other people on the bus were great, very polite as you are in public in a mixed group. I mean, there were a couple peeps that obvs didn't learn how to conduct themselves around others - originally from Brooklyn no less, and it was obvious before they let the entire tour bus full of people know it - but even that became a running joke by most of the other people on the bus towards the end of the night. Because did I mention it's a LONG day? It is, but still worth it. I would 10/10 do it again! One last thing that we didn't know is - TIP THE DRIVER. The driver let's you know, but it's as your almost back to Vegas. Most people don't carry cash all the time anymore, so it did catch some people off guard and with no money. Luckily, I had found a $20 bill I had hidden in my purse long ago for emergencies! So we were good, but I'm not kidding, the literature review needs to let you know that there needs to be an expected tip (of $10.00 per person on our all day Grand Canyon tour).

Excellent service from the driver, buses clean & servicable. Former DOT Investigator with experience dealing with motor coach operators and these guys seem to run a safe business with good equipment.
Please note we had the one day Las Vegas to Grand Canyon tour with pickup around 5:45 am then drop off at 9:30 pm.
Two stops for observing the Grand Canyon on our tour, please review the itinerary the driver gave us.
Morning continental style breakfast as you get picked up at your hotel and get taken to the GC Your Company center to sign in. You get assigned a driver and a different bus other than the one that picks you up.
The three major stops are the Lunch Buffet and then two different areas to observe the Grand Canyon.
These guys rock...

A great experience. Staff is knowledgeable and expert. Such a long commute but they keep you safe ,well informed . Gives in detail information best recommendation on what to see and else. Will recommend this highly for anyone who would like to do a day tour to grand canyon . Everything is great except the food stop , a lunch buffet is offered but that place is definitely sub-par ...however that do not stop for 5*

Went to La for the day from Vegas. Drive was a little long but we were kept entertained and informed the whole way. Brilliant experience, they do tend to rush you at the stops but for a good reason. You want to see everything and it's only in 1 day. Will definitely go back, maybe stay in LA for a day or 2 next time.

The Zion national Park tour was incredible! Definitely not enough time if you take the day excursion. The views are breathtaking. We walked in the river and that took away some precious time to see other sites but boy was it worth it. The water wasn't clear due to a recent flas flood but super refreshing. Nino, our driver, was hilarious and very friendly. Hope you have the pleasure of getting him as your driver. Lunch was included and was on point. A lunch from the Honey baked ham and a bag of snacks as well. A+++. Reason for not being a 5 star review, was the absolute mess of a morning pickup with other excursions.
Christian Inskeep
We had a great tour. Fair price. Good driver. Nice bus. Only one bad part and that was dropping off some girls who didn't know where they were going. Driver should never have left the highway in a bus without knowing EXACTLY where he was headed. Almost ruined their 5 star, but I won't blame his efforts to help, just a minor lapse of judgement.

South Rim Bus Tour. Worth it!
We were picked up from Hotel around 6:15am. We were taken to Grayline office to get us checked in where they check our tour confirmation number & we will be given wrist bands according to our chosen tour. After checkin we get to have free coffee and board the bus.
Tour stated at 7:30am as per schedule. 1st stop is for our breakfast at McDonalds which is around hour and a half away on Andy Devine, Kingman, AZ. Breakout time will be approximately 30min.
We skipped Hoover dam because our driver was saying lot of people were complaining about not having enough time at the canyon so we could take photos on our way back instead. Reached grand canyon airport by 12:00pm. Only the ones opted for helicopter ride will hop off here (lunch will be provided when you get back on the bus) and the rest head to lunch break which will be for an hour. Lunch coupon and menu photos attached.
Reached our first spot of the day Bright Angel Lodge around 1:45pm and second spot Mather point Lookout around 3:00 pm. Breathtaking views! We get an hour to spend at each spots. Around 6:45 pm we stopped for dinner at a subway in Kingsman, AZ ( we are responsible for dinner) for about 20min. This is where you will have to tip driver between $5-$10!!!Reached South Point hotel at 8:45 pm where we changed our bus for our drop offs at respective hotels
Coffee at check-in & lunch are the only complimentary you get on this tour. Restrooms are available at every stop throughout the tour

Nice relaxing bus tour ride to Black Canyon through Boulder from Las Vegas. Tour guide/Bus driver was very knowledgeable of the area. The Hoover Dam and Lake Mead were a treat to see.

These our pictures from our bus tour with the Grand Canyon tour company it was a great tour and we got it on Groupon. The man we had was talkative and was nice and told you knowledge. Just a long ride but well worth it

The tour was exactly as described on their website. We were picked up from our hotel promptly at 6:35am. The charter bus that picked us up was luxurious with wonderful padded chairs. We were taken to the "terminal" where we were offloaded and asked to check in. The lines here can get pretty hectic but we sailed through pretty quickly. We were then assigned a bus, Ours was bus 2. Our driver was Dirk. He was pretty chatty on the mic and shared some interesting information about las Vegas and the surrounding towns, casinos, and other attractions. Some of his humor was witty some was crude. This charter did not have luxurious comfortable chairs as did the first one. We visited the South Rim and everything ran as scheduled. One quick stop in Kingman which was awfully horrible. The stop was at a McDonalds and there were two other Charter busses there at the same time.
Next we had a lunch buffet in Williams, Az at the Train Depot cafe. Building was nice with a gift shop and lodge feel. The food was simple with few choices.
Once we arrived at the Grand Canyon we were dropped off at Mather Point. Be prepared to be amazed!
You spend an hour and 30 minutes and are then shuttled to Bright Star Lodge. This area also has a gift shop and a great lookout area. There is a restaraunt and a bar area.
Don't overlook visiting the Lookout Point. You will spend an hour and 30 minutes in this area.
Your bus will drop you off at your hotel or they will group stops if the hotels are close by.
Overall we had a great time. The trip ran smoothly and it was definitely worth the price!

Recommended! I booked my one day trip with Grand Canyon Tour Company on 10/6/2019 from Las Vegas. I found discount through Groupon. The trip was well organized and the driver+guide Tess was very informative. She managed the trip as per plan and she kept everyone updated with major spots during the trip.
I wanted to rate 5 but the company need to fix two things, the lunch buffet was worst meal during my trip to Las Vegas and Canyon, everyone complained in reviews but idk why company never bothered to change.
2ndly I requested on call to reserve a seat of my choice and they said it's first come basis, I was amongst couple of first to reach their departure location and requested to reserve seat but denied.
Later I noticed they have reserved paper on few seats which disappointed me. There shouldn't be discrimination when you've foreign tourists.
I wish I could've find an option to night stay at Canyon.
Don't forger to give gratuity to the guide before leaving the buss.

We had an amazing experience with the Grand Canyon Airlines from Boulder City Municipal Airport. They picked us up from the hotel at the appointed time and then, we went to the Boulder City Airport and we boarded the plane. During the flight we started an audio guide in our headphones and we had some amazing aerial views of the Mojave Desert, Hoover Dam and The Grand Canyon that we'll always remember. After we got off the plane, we visited by bus the Eagle Point and we took some photos and then, we went to the Guano Point where we had the lunch and took great photos of the Grand Canyon and the Colorado River. Thank you for this awesome experience!

Great tour Company! The bus ride was very enjoyable. I believe Tony was our driver and he was awesome. We went on the west rim tour!! Magnificent!
Gary _DSLR
Very professional, great driver. Toilet A/C on bus, Recommend, but the canyon is a long way from Vegas, prepare for a very long day, 6am till 10pm..
Tahni Fortin
Driver was awesome, fun and informative. The Grand Canyon is spectacular. We were later than advertised getting back to the hotel but, that meant we got a little extra time at some of the stops. Remember to bring cash for a tip :)
Maryam Abouie
Great bus driver (Derek), very funny and knowledgeable! We took the tour to south rim which was about 14hrs and out of that only about 3hrs was spent at the Canyon. The scenery was great not not worth the long drive.
Lashelle Sutton
Toured the Hoover Dam. Loved it. Comfortable seating. TV screens great for the video shown. Driver very Informative. Bathroom on bus was nice.
Stephanie OReilly
A beautiful experience.. not the best lunch, but we went for the Grand Canyon experience that was amazingly beautiful, like they say it's not the same seeing it in person than in picture!!!

This is a great tour company which organizes tours to grand canyon.
On time, provides muffins and coffee for breakfast.
Offers sandwiches as lunch.
Cold water once you come back from canyon.
Affordable services. Knowledgeable guide.
This company offers really good day out in Vegas. Offcourse you can enjoy Vegas at night.

The bus driver was the highlight of this journey. He provided fitting stories and great enthusiasm as well as gave us a sense of where we were.
That being said the rest of this tour made me and my companion feel quite like cattle being transported for slaughter. The seats were very uncomfortable for us heavier guys. My short time at the Canyon was greatly impacted by the residual pain in my back and legs from those seats.
Other than that the day was not wasted, I saw things and did stuff. Had fun and would do it again.... in a rental.
Chef Alberto
Funny drivers! Knowledgeable about the history of las Vegas and surrounding areas. Courteous and make the ride fun. Can't wait to go again!
Greg Fenning
South rim tour was AWESOME! Mark was a great driver. Very funny and informative. Bus was fantastic too. I'd give them six stars if I could.
Diane Bialek
I just love the Grand Canyon, and could go again, and again, and again. Each time I visit I see something different. It's amazing. I would suggest that you need to spend a minimum of 3 hours there.
Marcia Baroni Smith
Great, reliable, service to Grand Canyon South Rim!
In 2014 I had bought a tour with them, and I was impressed that they gave us a full refund even though the reason our tour couldn't happen wasn't their fault, it was due to bad weather - a flash flood made it difficult for the bus to make the trip to the Canyon safely. That's why, this year, I had no doubts about booking a tour with them. I knew from experience they were trustworthy and valued great customer service.
The bus is comfortable enough for the length of the trip and everything happened according to the schedule they had provided. Overall, exceptional value for money. Our guide (Tess) was careful, attentive and surprisingly funny! Her great humor made for an even more pleasant experience.
If I could just give one suggestion: provide headset microphones for the guides so they don't have to hold the microphone and drive with just one hand. It would be better for them and much safer, too.
James Browne
It was a great day. Well worth the price! Wally was great in both his driving skills as well as his knowledge of the lay of the land. Every suggestion and instruction he gave us was true. The Sky Walk was definitely a worthwhile highlight.... but so was the informational video of its construction and specs (okay I'm a closet nerd too) But honestly, a suspension not supported below? I will most definitely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Las Vegas!

Just make sure you learn about the choices of tours, there are at least three levels. The bus driver was awesome and the buses are clean an new.

Great tour guide, amazing experience. I highly recommend this trip to everyone

Not high adventure for a trip from Vegas but worth not having to drive to see the view. Nice buffet for lunch part of the package.

Love the tour guide Keith. He was very informative and entertaining.

We booked the west rim tour for 4/28/2021 through the Grand Canyon Tour Company. The booking and payment was a bit confusing as the tour is actually through "Sweet Tours". It turned out to be all legitimate though as I learned later that the 2 companies have partnered. I also thought it was weird that much of the communication after booking was via text messaging, but again, it all turned out legit. The tour itself was great, driver promptly picked us up at the Mirage at the exact time they said 06:25, to the minute. We stopped at a couple more hotels to pick up other passengers then we were off. The driver then made an unannounced stop at the famous Las Vegas sign to get pictures with Elvis who just happened to be there at 7AM ( for a tip of course ) . It was definitely staged and I thought it was tacky.
The drive itself was interesting, especially if you are not used to driving through nothingness and desert. Saw some nice rock formations and landscapes, cool run down towns, random buildings in the desert and even a couple scraggly looking antelope. You will drive over the Hoover Dam bypass bridge on the way but will be unable to actually see the dam. The driver stops for a 15 minute break at a store in Dolan Springs. The driver keeps the ride interesting with a history lesson about Las Vegas, facts about the area and a lot of dry but funny humor.
We arrived at some Hualapai Indian "checkpoint", where we actually had to get off the bus for a Covid temperature check, which I thought was weird. We got back on the bus and were dropped off at another place which was like the hub. From there you take 5 minute shuttles to the two viewing locations. The viewing locations were great and definitely give you awesome and satisfying views of the canyon. You have in total about 2.5-3 hours to check out the canyon, plenty of time. Any longer and I would have been bored. Once your done you take a shuttle back to the main hub where the bus awaits you. On the ride back, if you sit on the right hand side of the bus, you will get to actually see the Hoover Dam. We hit some traffic on the way back and got back to our hotel around 5:15
On another note about this company. The owner, unbeknownst to me, had tried to ship me a "tour welcome package" prior to my arrival. It had been returned undeliverable and on the day before the tour they contacted me at Mirage and the owner "Annie" hand delivered the package to me. Now that is unbelievable service. I was very impressed.
Phil Logrippo
Great value. Good tour for the price. The buses are nice and our bus driver Gary was awesome. He was a great driver and was funny and made the drive fly by. He stopped at several locations for pictures and 2 hours was plenty of time at the dam. I took the mini tour and paid $5 to upgrade to get the generator tour. The only complaint is that they have one bus pick us up and bring us to their terminal where another bus takes us to the dam. If they just gave us time to be at the terminal we could've walked from our hotel and slept in that night.
Christine D.
Very well organized company, on-time and on schedule. Our tour guide/bus driver was awesome...very nice and very knowledgeable. Brought lots of reading material but didn't need it because he played three movies and two documentaries on the monitor. Didn't need the bus restroom either because we made two stops on the way there, and one stop on the way back. If you want to avoid the long line at the check-in, provide your own transportation to the bus depot and get there by 7am (it is by the airport); Don't be late, they will leave without you. The buffet was fine. You can bring food on the bus. Please bring some cash to tip the driver at the end of the trip...it is a very long 11 hour day for the driver, and the driver was awesome. I appreciate him getting us there on-time, staying on schedule, and getting us there and back safely. And, of course, the Grand Canyon was spectacular!
Andres Quartero
I enjoyed this tour, our driver was awesome and very patient with everyone, very knowledgeable, and made the whole bus laugh all day long!!...oh, the drivers name was Chris, the bus was clean, and comfortable, definitely recommend this company👍 …

Took the overnight trip. Not a lot of people seem to take this, since we were the only group on our bus taking this tour. The rest took the day trip. The drive to grand canyon was good. At the canyon, the driver told us to take the free shuttle (run independently) to the lodge from their stop. This wasn't great since we had significant luggage and had to carry it around.
We had drop-off at a different hotel and I had informed the company about this multiple times. They told me to just inform the driver. We arrived on time at 4 pm but the bus didn't come until 4:30. The bus driver was annoyed about the drop-off and made us go to a different bus. When I told the drivers about my conversations, one of them just said "the management is stupid". The drop-off was still not the closest one (on website) which was more inconvenient with the luggage. The bus drivers only allow overnight guests to board last and we were scattered through the bus.
Grand Canyon was great. There was a shuttle service to a lot of the view points (run independently). The lodging provided (Yavapai lodge) was good, though it wasn't near any viewpoints.

Great Day spent visiting the Grand Canyon tour guide informative and friendly...stopped at the Hoover Dam on Route..love a good road trip

We took the South Rim tour on January 31st. It was amazing! Our assigned driver, Stan, was increidibly attentive and friendly. He knows A LOT about Las Vegas and Arizona, their history...very interesting facts! Also, punctuality at its best. The oriental buffet we had for lunch: delicious. Thanks, Grand Canyon Tour! Strongly recommended!
James Callaghan
A great day out to the South Rim at a great price. I booked online and was picked up the next day at nearby hotel. Check in was straightforward, with free coffee, water and pastry available as we waited. Our bus was comfortable and our driver, Tess, was a fount of interesting information. Free buffet lunch was included. The Grand Canyon itself is awesome and you get to see it from 2 locations with plenty of time to take photos or buy souvenirs before the journey back to Las Vegas. Based on my experience I would thoroughly recommend this company.
Andrew Sipotz
We had a great experience with our Hoover Dam and Lake Mead boat tour. All the staff we encountered were friendly, but huge props to our driver who went above and beyond to make sure we had a good time. He was knowledgeable of the history of the area, helpful, and very friendly.
This was a great value, with complementary drinks and pastry in the morning. I felt this was the only time in Vegas I'm not being constantly nickel and domed, and the company was honestly trying to provide a great experience without trying to up sell on pictures/giftshops/snacks.
My only feedback was that our bus arrived at 6:20am at our hotel, which is convenient, but the actual terminal you transfer at was just down the street, so it would have made more sense if we just took an Uber/walked and saved (or slept in) another hour. It would be great if the tour company called this out when we booked.
Keep up the great work though!
Ashley P
Did this tour as part of the Vegas go pass. It was a great experience to go to the grand canyon. The issues I had was the information provided about this tour. It said that you would get back at 9pm, but it was midnight when we got back. It wouldn't be a big deal if it was the correct information. Also the buffet that you stop at was just decent food. A lot of the food was spicy, so if that is your thing I suggest bringing other food. The last stop we had, we were waiting on the driver to leave, even after the entire trip he went on about how people need to come back on time. I thought it was weird too how the driver kept mentioning how it's just a big hole in the ground and you wont need to spend time walking around. In my opinion walking around is what makes the experience so great.
ATOMICRAGE KID
I will not complain about what I saw the only problem I have is that I was told that there will be three stops at the Grand Canyon and what they're actually was was two stops at the Grand Canyon and one stop which was the buffet. The sites were amazing and the other thing that we were not very happy about is that you only get one hour at each stop and that is it. It is a 17 hour trip and you spend it 2 hours at the Grand Canyon in total. If you book the bus to make sure that you are aware of this or you will not be happy. Our driver was great and made us laugh and numerous amount of time I have no problem with him this is the schedule that he is told to follow the only problem I have is with the tour company not being explicit as to how much time you have it stops and how many stops there will be in total at the canyon.
Mike Barrette
Our grand canyon tour was good but long. Find out what time the tour leaves the main depot and get yourself to it. We spent the first 2 hours just picking people up before going to the main depot. Larry, our tour guide/ driver was very knowledgeable and funny and kept us entertained with info and movies etc.. Food was ok but be prepared to spend some of your own money, not all food is covered. When they say to be back at the bus by a certain time, be back at that time! Had to wait for some people to the point where Larry had to go back and pick them up after dropping the group off at another stop. Overall this is a great tour and we enjoyed it.
P Higgo
I have been to the Grand Canyon 3 times with this company and each time has been great!! They allow enough time for you to pretty much take it all in. Visiting from Virginia, I felt right at home using this company. Just an overall relaxing trip from the Vegas strip. And the buffet is really nice!!)
The driver we had this year - Mark from Pittsburgh - GREAT GUY!! He was an excellent driver and he is very funny. Consider yourself lucky if you get him. If I go again, I will ask to be on his bus if possible.
M P
This was a really interesting experience. The tour bus picked up several different groups from each hotel in Las Vegas. We then got to drive out to the Grand Canyon. We had about an hour to hike up to the "Welcome to Nevada" sign and the bridge that overlooked the Hoover Dam. That was AWESOME. Super windy, but beautiful. They were very on point with keeping with the schedule so we would get back to our hotels in time. This was nice because we had a flight to catch later that day. After the bridge hike/tour, we drove a little ways to the actual Hoover Dam. This was one of the neatest little tours, with a lot of information I never knew. The speaker system on the bus cut out a lot and was really quiet, so it made that part pretty difficult to hear. Otherwise, the trip and ride was great.

We took a tour to south rim last week .. We have been picked up @730 from our hotel . pickup bus itself was very cool and comfortable. We boarded our bus @8 . Our driver is very knowledgeable and given more information on the iconic places we see out the window which was very interesting . two documentary on Hoover dam and Grand Canyon and three movies were played during the Travel to and fro which was very engaging . I need to appreciate the fellow travelers who respected the time given by the driver which made a tour a memorable one !!

Our bus was late getting us and then ended up not at the right entrance so we took a cab to their office. From there they gave us a super yummy breakfast and lots of water for the day. Our drivers name was MARK this is the important part, Mark kicked butt!!!!! Mark alone is why I am rating this company a 5 star. He was so funny and even though we only had 4 hours sleep the night before he kept us in high spirits all day. The free buffet lunch is actually pretty gross but I filled up on French fries and chicken soup so I was a happy camper. The Grand Canyon was breath taking, of course. We seen lots of wild life and Mark gave us so many facts about the area. We paid $75 each for the bus trip there and back (about 12 hours), 3 hours at the canyon, breakfast, water and lunch with the most amazing tour guid!! I was impressed with the value of our tickets!! Most of all thank you Mark for making our day amazing!!

Legendary and Historical place, but v can learn many things here. Salute to all those brave people who made such a visiting Grand Canyon Power station.. 👏👏👏🙏 …

We were picked up at the hotel at 7am and then transported to the depot to get onto our bus for the day, Tess (our driver) acted as a guide on the trip and in the downtime we watched a few movies/docos which made the day go faster. Lunch was at the Rodeo restaurant was nice and tasty and better than I was expecting considering the tour price wasn't expensive. We were dropped off back to the hotel by 9:15pm. Extremely happy with my decision to go with Grand Canyon tour company for my south rim trip. Big thanks to Tess for making it a great day out.

If I could rate the staff separately, I would rate them all at 5 stars. Everyone was helpful, especially our bus driver (sorry that I have forgotten his name). Departed Las Vegas around 7:30 am, drove past the Hoover Dam, then to a place for lunch before arriving at the Grand Canyon. Had about 4 hours to experience the Canyon before departing for return; we arrived around 10 pm. My only complaint - and I knew this going in - was a total of about 8 hours driving to/from for 4 hours of canyon experience. The staff and other bus riders made it enjoyable. Note: the audio that explained some history about Las Vegas spent way too much time detailing the "criminal" connection to Vegas. I would think a PR firm could help spin things more positively.
Jason Forsyth
Just completed an excellent tour with Mark as our bus driver. The bus was timely and picking us up, got a breakfast and lunch on time, and got us around the canyon very fast. Everything was super smooth and extremely affordable. I would highly recommend this to anyone wanting to see the Grand Canyon. Our driver Mark was very knowledgeable and helpful.
Merel Remmerts
Took a long tour to the grand canyon and it was very beautiful. The tour takes you to the Hoover dam en the Grand Canyon. There are plenty of photo opportunities.
The bus driver (Stan) did his best to give us a good experience and was very friendly :)!
Siddharth Dalmia
Awesome experience. Mark did an excellent job, felt like he loves his work. Safe driving, punctual, knowledgeable, humorous, friendly. Buffet was good and also the dinner. Highly recommend for Grand Canyon and Hoover dam tour.
Lettie Parsons
Loved every part of the excursion except the Chinese Buffett. It was absolutely horrible. Wish they would have chose another establishment to use for the company. The canyon was gorgeous, Mark our driver was very good. It was a great way to see the canyon.
holly brundies
Absolutely amazing!! The views they take you to are incredible. My tour guide/bus driver was so informative and funny and I felt safe in this huge bus. We got to eat and it was very well organized. I would do this again.
matthew michaud
The experience of seeing the Grand Canyon for the first time and maybe my only time was worth the long day of getting up early and getting back to the Strip late. My wife and I were not impressed with the food option for lunch and dinner. Mark was a great driver and very knowledgeable guide. We saw elk at Mather point...unbelievable.

I hosted a group of 84 to the Grand Canyon with the Grand Canyon Tour company and I would like to say that this company has true professional working in every facet of operations. Amber (larger party event coordinator) was nothing short of spectacular! She and I corresponded many time prior to the event, she even took on payment methods for my family as my deadline date had elapsed. With Amber taking this on enabled my group to book the tour all the way up to the weekend prior to the tour. Way to go Amber!!!
During the tour, one tour bus had a mechanical issue. This mechanical issue fractured our tour group. Amber and their operations center worked feverously to get another bus into place to pick up the other portion of my family. Amber took it upon herself and drove to the location where they bus had mechanical issues. They provided (2) complementary meals to accommodate the mechanical challenges and continued the tour day without issues. Way to Go Amber!!!
Finally, Gary (the tour bus driver) was perhaps one best tour guides we have ever experienced, he was very knowledgeable, entertaining, and accommodating the entire trip, from pick up to drop off. To cap off a wonderful tour, the Grand Canyon Tour company made reasonable accommodations for the mechanical challenges that separated our group. I along with my family are extremely well pleased and would highly recommend them to anyone seeking to take a Grand Canyon tour. Job well done!!!
Sincerely

The tour was a great day out, loads of amazing scenery for family pics to remember by. Stopped off at the Indian reservation and saw how their houses and tepees were constructed, really interesting. Skywalk was a blast too. Only one grumble which was that the tour company changed the pic up point for the morning of the tour on the afternoon the day before the tour by emailing us, which we didn't get because our phone has no signal in the US so we where left standing at the original point only watch as the bus went past us without stopping. Luckily we was able to rearrange for the next day, so all well in the end. Lesson! Check your emails to be sure!!
Recommended tour if you get the chance.

Tour: We went for the south rim tour of grand canyon. The tour guide that we had had an amazing sense of humor. During the tour, you get to see hoover dam and route 66 along with the grand canyon. The canyon is majestic to say the least and you'll get about 2-2.5 hours in total to check out the canyon. The travel time between spots is long and you'll probably fall asleep (unless you are with a fun partner).
Food: So first they take you to a breakfast place where you get like a cup of coffee and a croissant and that's it - that's all the free breakfast there is. This builds up a huge appetite for lunch and they take you to a fabulous all you can eat place which has a large selection of good food and drinks (non alcoholic). For dinner, you'll stop at a place where there are a bunch of restaurants and you'll probably have to make your meal to-go and eat in the bus.
Overall it is a pretty fun experience.

Wonderful tour thanks to our guide Mark for the South Rim Grand Canyon tour. The bus was very comfortable and pickup from our hotel on time as stated. Mark is very knowledgeable and made the tour interesting. The only knock is the horrible buffet. The few selections were cold and very salty. Sandwiches or anything else would have been a better offering and made this a 5 Star review.

I took the tour with my family. A shuttle from hotel took us to Vegas airport , after check in we flew to Grand Canyon. After landing shuttle tour started. Boxed Lunch was provided. Tour guide/driver was very informative. After ground shuttle tour was over, plane was ready to take us back to Vegas. Tour is very well planned. Weather was very nice and plane ride was smooth. I highly recommend it. One thing to keep in mind, tour company doesn't go to every hotel for pickup. Check with tour company before making the hotel reservation, if your hotel is on their list.

Took the tour to the south rim of the grand canyon, Mark was the driver, he was very knowledgeable and entertaining. Be prepared for a long day but they were well prepared with movies for the long drive and places to stop along the way. They gave us excellent instructions one we arrived to the south rim with two different stops. I cannot say how well organized and professional they were.

South Rim Tour: THEY DID NOT STOP AT THE HOOVER DAM AS PROMISED IN THEIR LITERATURE. After they picked us up at our hotel, we were taken to a transfer center to get on a different bus. The least they could have done is warned us of this itinerary change before we left on the second bus. Pretty slick move since once you're on the way to the Grand Canyon, there is no way to back out of the tour. Rest of tour was great! You can do better, Grayline!!!

I knew the ride would be long from Vegas to the Grand Canyon, but I didn't expect it to be made so uncomfortable by the bus driver. Non-stop talking and repeating himself. The actual bus was comfortable and modern with power sockets in them, allowing for the use of the complimentary WiFi during the 8 hour (there and back) trip.
The actual tour was exactly as described. Early morning snack, buffet lunch and a guide less couple hours at South Rim. Prices for that were reasonable.

Well organised grand canyon early morning trips. Danish and coffee good. Met our driver Larry and he turned out to be a fabulous guide with a great voice for commentary. Gift shop reasonably priced. Although we were checked in by an extremely efficient young man, it might be worth having a second person to manage queues and lines.

Took a Hoover Dam/Grand Canyon tour. Bus was clean, cool, very comfortable. In fact, everything about the tour was awesome. That is until the driver's comments bordered on sexist (he thought show girls had to be a certain size) and begging for tips (apparently Groupon has negatively influenced his pay ALOT). The box lunch was surprisingly good. Although we were picked up at our prospective hotels, the drop-off included repeated comments from the driver that we should get off at a nearby location and walk or risk being on the bus MUCH longer. This driver should consider another line of work if this company wants their staff to make want to guests return. But perhaps he was just having a bad day and should have stayed home.
Shadasia Lewis
This was a great tour to experience seeing the canyon. The company was right on time picking us up from the hotel to take us to the tour bus. The driver was really nice. She made plenty of jokes and kept us entertained throughout the ride. The buses are comfortable but i recommend bringing a pillow cause the ride is long. The internet/wifi was spotty at times during the ride. They served us a small breakfast..pastries, water..
The all you can eat lunch buffet was decent. You can get full and walk it off at the canyon. You get about an hour to an hour and a half to get good pictures and explore the canyon. For us, we would of liked a little more time. We toured he South Rim which the views were amazing.
Corey Bibler
Very good company. Highly recommend. From convenient pickup at our place. Friendly employees and drivers. Nice newer coach with restroom. Our driver Larry, was very informative and entertaining. Ample food/restroom breaks. Good buffet style lunch included. Expedient, safe trip up and back.
Kaytee Scull
Bus was okay. It was air conditioned and there was a bathroom. The driver made plenty of stops and was knowledgeable about the grand canyon area. The website said we would be there 3 hours and we were only there 2 hours. I would have given it 4 stars but the driver kept asking for tips which was really annoying.

We had a great time at this day tour. It was a all girls trip for my birthday and Mark was our tour guide. He was very friendly and knowledge of everything in the trip. He gave us great information, facts and a few tips. I recommend to do tour during the week, since there's not a lot of people. Before departing you do get some snacks like coffee, tea, bottle of water and some pastries. Bus does come with WiFi but they do show some movies through the trip. We were pretty tired from the strip so we slept the whole way to the canyon. We do have a stop for a lunch buffet. It's not a wow buffet but it does the job for a free lunch. On the way back, they do stop at a Carl's Jr or gas station to get another snack. We packed some snacks and sandwiches and that did for us on the way back. I would strongly recommend this tour and with groupon purchase was a great saver. One thing I do want to say it's to make sure YOU TIP YOUR TOUR GUIDE, They do a fantastic job to give you knowledge of the visit and tips are always encouraged. Mark was great and the 3 of us tip him and he was very thankful since we did see not a lot of people at the bus tipped when they got off. They do give you a paper at the beginning saying the amount of gratuity expected per person $12-18. All in all, great experience, make sure you take advantage of this tour when you visit Vegas. We purchased the West Rim package with the skywalk and helicopter/boat ride. There is not enough time to do all of these and enjoy the Grand Canyon. We also almost delayed the bus because the wait for the helicopter from the river was over 1 hour Was also not happy with our driver continually reminding the passengers to tip him and how much was appropriate. He then shamed people who did not tip him.
James F
My wife and I took the south rim Grand Canyon tour with our tour guide Ben. He was an excellent host with unlimited knowledge on Vegas, the Hoover Dam, and the Canyon. He played different types of music in different areas to bring meaning to our tour. I would have enjoyed to have a little more time to eat without the rush, though I understand we are on a timed tour. Overall I would highly recommend this tour if you have never been to the Grand Canyon and want to have a deeper understanding of the area you are visiting.
Tracey Rauh
Long day but very worth it. Our first bus driver was mean and rude but we only had him for the very short first leg. The important driver who was there for there rest of the day was great. The buffet at the Rodeo is awful, so if plan to eat at one of the neighboring chains.
Corey Boire
Hoover Dam trip. The whole Dam trip was great. Dam good time. Willie was a dam good driver and guide. I was pretty much the last pickup so I was going to be the last dropped off after the tour. I was able to bail off the bus at the golden nugget and then work my own way back to Mandalay Bay.
Chris Ray
The price is definitely right. ~$110 for round trip from your hotel to the grand canyon. Our driver was...unique. She opened the trip by explaining that her vocal cords were messed up so "don't ask any questions" and to refer to our "manifest". The manifest was a single sheet of paper with bullet points on what the day consisted of. There were no time frames included so whenever someone asked about times, she replied, " check your manifest". We passed right through the Hoover dam on the way there over the new bridge and took pictures (on one side of the bus) real quickly.
On the way back we did stop but we're not sure if that's because people asked her twice or because that's what she was planning to do since it wasn't on the manifest (but was on the website). Overall, she came off a bit brash and somewhat rude.
The lunch was a typical on the go lunch (sandwich, chips, cookie) which was expected. Everything else was rather fine. Tip: skip the ranch, waste of your time! Go straight to the canyon.
Stephanie King
We just did this tour today. Brandon was our driver and he was the best!! He was funny, informative, and personable. He did a great job letting us know everything we needed to know to make our experience as good as it could be. We didn't get a lot of time at the Hoover dam, but we knew that going into it, so that was cool. We had 4 hours at the west rim of the Grand Canyon and it was plenty of time. We visited Hualapai Ranch, the Skywalk at Eagle's Point and Guano Point. The bus was nice and had a lot of space. We didn't have to worry about breakfast or lunch or logistics or drving. I would definitely recommend this tour. We are already thinking about doing another tour with them the next time we are in Vegas.
William Generett
I highly recommend this company for a Grand Canyon tour. Our tour guide Jack was excellent. I highly recommend doing any tour with him. He was very knowledgeable and did an excellent job in all facets of the tour. We had one person on the tour who was extremely disrespectful and selfish. Jack did and excellent job dealing with that person and making sure treat persons behavior didn’t ruin the tour for everyone else.
Jen Wojcik
Great Day! Bus was on time to pick us up- but a tip- make sure u confirm with both the tour company and your hotel for where u should be for your pick up. These Vegas hotels are huge, so if your sheet says pick up at "front valey" make sure that's where u are and not the west valey or something. After we were picked up, the next 3 stops our driver had to get out to literally find people. At one point we spent 20 mins sitting on the bus waiting at one hotel because the people were waiting outside in a different area than where they were supposed to be. Our driver was great, very informative and gave us a nice history on Vegas, the canyon and a little bit on the Hoover Dam. Our driver showed a few movies during our long drive which helped pass the time. There are bathrooms on the bus but they do stop both going and coming back at rest areas to use the facilities there as well as grabbing some fast food if needed. Plenty of time to eat at the buffet lunch. Cute little country place, food is not amazing but fine for what it is. The canyon itself of course is amazing and our driver was very clear on our time and when to be back on the bus. Had enough time to view the canyon as well as hit up the gift shop at Bright Angel lodge. The bus does not stop at the Hoover Dam but on the way home we drove over it and were on the correct side of the road to see it beautifully lit up at night. Staying at the Rio, we were one of the first stops - 5:45 am, and one of the last to be dropped off around 10pm. So prepare for a long day, but it is absolutely worth it. We were thinking maybe in a few years come back and do the helicopter tour with them!
Linda Smith
Absolutely loved the trip to the Grand Canyon along with the helicopter ride. Was taken around the various view points which was fab but rushed as we had to be back to the ranch for tea. Felt this was rushed and no other facilities for example no wagon riding, gun shoot outs or any other entertainment. Disappointed in this aspect of the trip. Also leaving at 7am in the morning was again a bit rushed. Was informed that we would not return to Las Vegas to the afternoon but arrived at 10am with no hotel room available until 4pm!!!
Henrik Olsen
Greatest bustour ever! Funny, informative and safe driver made sure we had a great time all 11,5 hour on tour. Also have to mention that we got great help on the phone from their back-office when ordering the tour from Norway, very nice tone and friendly service. Absolutely recommended!
Thomas Mohr
Basically a well organized overnight tour to Grand Canyon. However, when things like time delays get a bit complicated they appear quite helpless telling you on the phone that the bus will arrive in 5 mins, which becomes half an hour and 45 mins after scheduled arriving time. The drivers are quite well entertaining the passengers on the way but don't really want to get involved with specific issues.
Dee Sunflower
The tour was great! Jerry is a very experienced driver and we felt safe and comfortable. The price of the South Rim tour was very reasonable and allowed sufficient time to enjoy the beauty of the Canyon! The tour is quite organized.

We booked our tour to the Hoover dam the day before our trip. The operator was helpful when I inquired and confirmed our reservation. They pick you up from your hotel or to the nearest pick-up hotel and drop you off as well. Brandon, our tour guide and driver was very nice and personable. My sister and I really enjoyed our trip. I think the price was worth it. We decided to take the premier Hoover Dam tour which includes a tour at the generator. We also get to stop by the Callaghan-Tillman Memorial Bridge and an to an Italian restaurant for lunch.
Sarah Aldrich
Good tour of Hoover Dam. Was purchased through Groupon. Great value. One con- we were told 5 hours door to door. It was 7. The snack shop was packed so we ended up skipping lunch. If we knew in advance, we could have planned accordingly.
Matthew Thomas
Brandon our Driver made the trip for us while we were on the road, such a great personality, your ideal driver on a long road trip like this. Plus the self directed nature of the time we get in the west canyon was a plus. Really enjoyed all the spots that you get to explore. Went in winter time and thoroughly enjoyed it. Would recommend this to anyone.
Linda Buchanan
Had a GREAT tour yesterday! Breakfast was a pre pa kaged Danish...so advise bringing more or different food and some of your own water. They give u each 1 bottle of water. Lunch is at a small buffet and the food is good (included in tour price). Dinner (you pay)stop back in same place but is a sit down dinner and we all enjoyed what we ordered as well as a fair price. We had enough time at 2 areas of the canyon we stopped at. It was a full and wonderful day. Now to rate the driver...his name is Mark and he gets a rating of 10 if we could. One in our group uses a walker and he was above accommodating. He is VERY friendly, knowledgable about many different things we passed on way to and from the canyon

The bus was on time picking us up from Luxor hotel. Once everyone was gathered up, we were dropped off at a center to checkin, grab free breakfast and had the opportunity to purchase merchandise and use the restrooms before heading out to the Grand Canyon.
The driver was very knowledgeable about the area and kept us entertained most of the ride. After awhile though, he begun telling us about his poor salary. It was a desperate plea for tips. He then began to mock Asians after witnessing an Asian couple, from another group, arguing. There were many people in our group of Asian descent. I'm almost sure his behavior was quite offensive.
Minus the ignorance of the driver, the overall trip was nice and informative.
Lisa T
We took the Hollywood tour. The bus was comfortable. The drivers, Jessica and Greg, were very helpful and courteous and Greg, who drove while we were actually in the Hollywood area, was VERY knowledgeable about the area and the sites. Also plenty of snacks and drinks provided. And free hats! Highly recommended.
Jayden Gadson
I enjoyed the Grand Canyon tour with tour guide Gia. She was the best and had positive energy. I would HIGHLY recommend if you do decide to visit to Las Vegas to get a tour with of the Grand Canyon with Gia.
I would absolutely do it again!

I went on the West Rim tour with my friend, and it was well arranged and had all the info that we needed in order to enjoy the amazing experience that we had in front of us.
There is not much to complain about, except that the bus trip could have been a lot more quiet. All these movie-clips that had to be played off was very disturbing and loud, and it was simply too much so early in the morning. I wish there was a way to choose wether or not to listen to these movies, or to just enjoy the silence and relax/take a nap before the long day started. Maybe you can do a little upgrade, and provide every one with each their headset, so it's more optional? This was also very disturbing on the trip back to Las Vegas, after a very long day of sightseeing. I really needed some peace and quiet, but there had to be shown another movie..
Other than that, we had a very good experience and was provided with a great guide!

We paid $187 per person for what was described as a plane tour of the West rim of the Grand Canyon, a four hour experience from hotel to hotel. We were picked up at our hotel on time at 1:30, excited to go. What they don't tell you is that three of the four hours are spent driving around picking everyone up at their hotels and then dropping them all off again afterward. Getting on the plane was delayed, so it took an extra hour out of our day, and we ended up spending one hour on the tour (which I will admit is very cool), and four hours driving on a bus and waiting around. Had I known how much time we would be spending on the actual tour, I would not have gone. What they should do is have everyone meet at a central location, pick them up there, and drop them off there. It seems inconvenient at first, but it would end up saving literally hours of time.

TIMEWISE NOT WORTH IT !
Most of the customers do the 1 day trip. Luckily I had the great idea of doing the 2 day trip which gave us plenty of time to visit!
We were picked up at our hotel (Aria) quite early in the morning. We picked up a few more people in other hotels nearby and drove to the Bus Tour Lobby for check-in and departure to the different excursions (South Rim, North Rim, West Rim, etc.). The trip to the South Rim is long, very long (6-hour drive including stop). We stopped in Williams AZ for a “all you can eat” lunch. Nothing special to be honest.
We arrived at the South Rim at approx. 1.30pm. The bus leaves at 4.30pm which only gives you 3h in the Park. Which is nothing.
But we had booked a room in a lodge and were able to enjoy sunset and sunrise and even rent bikes.
The next day, we tried to call the office to know which driver would pick us up (as the company has 4-5 busses driving back to Vegas). The young lady could not help us and suggested we ask the drivers directly as they arrive. The fourth driver I asked was the right one!
The ride back went smoothly until we stopped in Kingman AZ for refreshments. As always, some passengers don’t listen to the instructions and come back to the bus late.
Unlike the outbound trip, the return did not go through the Bus Tour Lobby. Which means the bus you are in will drop you off directly at your hotel. Unfortunately for my friend and I, the Aria is the LAST one on the list. The tour description mentions a return time in Vegas at approx. 9.30pm. You might arrive at that time only if you stay in the first hotel of the drop off (the Golden Nugget, in our case). We arrived just after 11pm at our hotel! If you do the 1 day trip, this is quite the journey!
The WiFi in the bus did not work at all. I must mention that both our drivers were very friendly and professional.
In conclusion: if you have enough time, I would really recommend to stay overnight. If not, I strongly suggest to rent a car and drive on your own. It will save you a lot of time that you will be able to spend in the park and not in the bus or in a cheap restaurant.
Chelsea Moulton
Wonderful experience. The drive is long, but our driver, Dirk, did well to make it exciting. The canyon was worth the drive and we got a long time to walk around. They picked us up right from our hotel.
Tom Gardiner
We had the BEST tour of the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam with these guys! Our driver, Gary, was a temp driver, but he should be their fleet leader. He was fun, friendly, knowledgeable, and kept us entertained the entire time. The next time I'm in Vegas, I'm going back and asking for Gary.
Lusine B
I purchased my tickets on groupon however I don't think the actual price justifies what you're actually getting. For the groupon price I was satisfied. The morning snack is tea, coffee, and a hostess danish. All you can eat "buffet" was prison food at the rodeo. Tess our bus driver was excellent and is what made this trip great. Dinner again will be at the rodeo that is not included in your ticket. Pick up is at 6am and you arrive at the grand canyon around 1:30pm after all the stops that are made.
Eduardo Garcia
Loved the experience. Got picked up at 7am and dropped off at 10pm. Spent several hours at the Grand Canyon South at 2 different locations! Totally recommend this tour company to any and all!
Shekhar Damle
Excellent overall experience.
Sales office coordination was great with clear communications & we could change dates without a hassle.
Mark was our Tour Guide & Bus Driver. He did a fantastic job in both capacities. He was very informative and knowledgeable about Las Vegas. The breaks were well planned and despite 600 miles driving, Mark maintained his poise ever eager to address tourists concerns.
We were picked up at Hotel shuttle pick up at 6:30 am and taken to common boarding place in Hollywood Hotel. The main bus left around 7:15 after mini breakfast at registration.
We got clear 1+1 hours at Mather Point & GC Village / Bright Angels Resort. Those who preferred to walk the 2.5 mile trail got 3 + hours along the rim trail.
Buffet food was excellent variety at GC Railway Station.
We were back in Vegas by 10:30 in the night.
Tonya Ball-zaro
We had an amazing time. The drive had beautiful scenery. Our driver was very knowledgeable and entertaining. There were outlets in front of our seats. I would definitely use this company again.
Dhaval Shah
Awesome experience ! Pickup was on time. You will have to spare atleast 6 hours for the bus tour of lake mead and Hoover dam. They stop in between for lunch while returning. We got a good deal on groupon. Bus was very comfortable and driver was nice too. The driver picked us from our hotel and dropped back to hotel on time. Trip included all the ticket charges for Hoover dam visit.

Grand Canyon is simply breathtaking. The Skywalk is a heartpounding experience. Not to be missed. The tour is well worth it. The tour organization and timing are perfect. Driver Tommy was informative and caring. Only -ve point is the power outlets on the bus were not working.

A bus, breakfast and lunch is good and also a bus driver is kind too but I could stay only 2 hours in South rim and also a bus driver made almost of us confused about meeting time because she told a lot about time zone between Las Vegas and Arizona. (Arizona time forward from Las Vegas 1 hr)
We reached at there about 2.30 pm in Arizona time and the bus driver reminded everyone about time zone and she said she gave us 1 hr and we should come back on 3.45 pm so almost of us thought this time was Arizona time.
Almost of us used only 1 hr to walk on the rim and came back to wait for a bus on 3.45 pm and everyone talked about time because we couldn’t see the bus and after that we realized that 3.45 pm was Las Vegas time.
Dezzy Dupre
Shuttle bus driver was great! The second driver to and from the dam, not so much. I was picked up at my hotel and put off at another one. Info given on ride is exactly what you learn at the dam. Go mini and then use if you want the dam tour. Otherwise this is a very cheap way to get to the dam from Vegas to do your own thing for a couple of hours. Oh and, eat the dam dog!
nishant jonnala
We did the south rim tour yesterday and the overall experience was outstanding. Everything went well and on time. We got into the bus around 7:00 am at the hotel and then we were taken to the tour company office. Then all of the passengers were assigned to different buses based on the tour selection. We also had a coffee, pastry and water bottle. Then started to Grand Canyon around 8:30 am. Our first stop was at kingman, Az at a McDonald's for about 30 minutes. The second stop was at Williams, Az for lunch buffet. I went through previous reviews at yelp/ google about buffet not being good and was disappointed. But, It looks like the buffet location is changed now. We were at rodeo restaurant and the food was good and exceeded my expectations. Me and my wife are both vegetarians and had good choices. After 45 min stop at buffet we reached Grand Canyon around 2:30 pm. We were given 1 hour at Mather point and 1.5 hours at bright angle lodge both gave us spectacular views to canyon. We started back to vegas at 5:00 pm sharp. There was another stop at Carl's Jr. at kingman,Az and reached vegas at 10:30 in the night. We were dropped directly at the hotel.
Overall, the trip was very well organized and ran punctually. If possible avoid a tour on Saturday as every view point at Grand Canyon was crowded hardly giving us any chance to take pictures.

I spent last Sunday on the Hollywood Tour departing from Las Vegas and had a wonderful experience. The hotel pick-up was on time, and a tour bus brought us to the Grand Canyon headquarters where guests are separated into smaller vans according to their chosen trip.
Upon arrival, guests are provided a complimentary Hollywood hat, as well as a lunch box filled with snacks and water. Julio was a fantastic driver who brought us to Fontana where we picked up Greg, our main tour guide. Greg was immensely insightful and provided an excellent narrative to the whole tour.
Our first stop was to Santa Monica, where we had 30 minutes of leisure time followed by a 3 course meal at Bubba Gump Shrimp Co. (great food and staff!). We then proceeded to Rodeo Drive (20 minutes to walk around) as well as a drive around to view celebrity homes. Lastly, we ended the trip along Hollywood Blvd. where we had 1 hour to take in the sights on our own.
We left our hotel at 6:30 am and got back at 10:30 pm as planned. I would definitely recommend this tour!
Karen N Cricket
Our Driver Willie was great! Funny and knowledgeable about the tour and Las Vegas. Very friendly. On time and made our tour more pleasurable. Great value! A must do!
Nelson L Urgiles
As I was reading the other reviews I notice that they lie A LOT.
Like many of the people who commented here, they promise to pick you up and give you a time where they will pick you up and then they tell you that the bus already left because you weren't on time, even though they know that's not true and the bus just never went to pick you up.
Same thing happened to my wife and I, we were told that we were gonna be picked up at 5:45 am, so we woke up at 4 am to be ready on time, we even went to get a sandwich at a bagel place next to our hotel at exactly 5 am and were waiting for the bus since 5:20am. When it was 5:50 I called the company to ask if everything was ok or if the bus is not on schedule, and the lady told me that the bus "alreadt had left", like, when? We were waiting outside for it. So she told us that we should get to their terminal if we wanted to take the tour, so we did and got there at 6:20, with still plenty of time and we had to wait more than an hour to depart. The bus driver was great and was very friendly and knew everything around and along the trip, the lunch was impressively good to me (was expecting less) so the overall I would say 3 stars is fair
NeeceeB
Loved it. The driver was experience and engaging. Our tour guide had a extremely dry sense of humor, not engaging at all. The overall experience was delightful other wise.

If they would have make the tour in lesser time that would have awesome
Howard Sherman
Great price for a good all day trip to the Grand Canyon. Things did go wrong but none of them were the company's fault. Delays were there but only because of clueless and/or selfish people who took their time to get back to the bus totally ignoring what the driver said about when to be be back aboard for the next stop.
Hasini Yatawatte (Randy)
Took the tour to the south rim. Driver was very knowledgeable and funny. A light breakfast and buffet lunch was included in the tour package. Additional two stops to buy morning snacks and dinner. Was returned to the strip by 9 pm ish. Overall, a good tour if you wouldnt wanna drive to the grand canyon by your self.
Rajeev Batra
Good coach & tour. Hotel Pick-up driver didn't turn up at our stop, claimed he had done. Cabbed to their collection point. Cost me addnl 10 bucks and harassment. Lady on helpline phone was rude and not of much help.
Dilya Kalekey
We’re visited Grand Canyon west rim next day after me and my husband got married. It was great experience, not only beautiful, but also romantic. Thank you for best tour.

Took the "Grand Canyon West Rim & Skywalk Bus Tour" yesterday with my wife and our friend.
The shuttle arrived on time and took us to Planet Hollywood where the tour company operates from. We were a bit disappointed that though snacks and coffee were provided at the hotel, water was $1.
Our bus driver/guide was Ed, and he was great. Talked quite a bit during the trip up, detailing how things were going to work, pointing out photo ops and giving history of the areas we were going through. He was fun and tried to keep things interactive. Once at the canyon, he made sure everyone knew what the sights were, how to find him, and when we were leaving.
The bus itself was old. It was relatively comfortable, though the bathroom lacked a sink and the hand sanitizer was all used up halfway through the trip up. The TV's were old CRTs and only a few of them worked properly. When the road got bumpy on the last leg into the canyon, a lot of dust was shaken loose to float around the cabin.
Overall, we were quite happy with the tour. It was a day and money well spent.

Review for Hoover Dam Tour. Decent bus ride, so-so stops along the way coming and going once you get on the big tour bus. You wait too long riding in the bus picking up passengers at every hotel and casino, then you get to the weigh station and wait some more before you board your actual tour bus. You spend more time waiting and on the buses than you actually do on the tour of Hoover ... but you can't beat the price and they'll take you places you probably wouldn't go on your own. Beware, no heart patients should try to walk up to the Pat Tillman Memorial Bridge but, if you do, the view is well worth the climb.
Paul Ayres
Really good tour to the Canyon, Driver was very nice and helpful explained all about places on route and showed videos on the coach to keep all entertained during the journey. When you arrive everything is clearly explained and then they leave you to go around on the canyons own buses from stop to stop.
Feng Jiao
The trip is quite mediocre. You get a bus ride, eat some food, drink some water, and see the grand canyon (best part of the trip) and go home. That's probably it. Don't expect more. At the end of the trip, the bus driver request each passenger to tip him 10$ per person. I don't know much about the salary for a bus driver. But 10$ pp translates to $10*55(passengers per bus)*250 days = $137,500 cash per year in gratuity. I hope the company is hiring a bus driver :)

When the wheels touched down after the West Rim Canyon Airplane Tour Mom expressed her delight and called the experience "FANTASTIC". All of the employees at Grand Canyon Tour Company are GREAT !!! They were courteous...professional and above all very helpful in making Mom's 90th Birthday a memorable event and complete success. Thanks again to each and everyone of you at Grand Canyon Tours.
Soumya Banerjee
The tour is good. The bus driver is knowledge able and he is very good. The Grand Canyon always look good. But they should change their resturant option for lunch. The food is not tasty and sometime they do not have seat option. Also the tour take long hours like 14 hrs.so a little bit of tiring.
Atilla Wohllebe
Excellent tour company to get to the Hoover dam. Friendly and entertaining bus driver bringing us to different spots to get the best pictures. Free tea and coffee before departure. Pricing okay.
Virginia Richards
Hats off to Keith for the Great Job he did in taking care of my family during out family Reunion this past week. By weeks end he was like a part of the family.
He was patient with us. Very friendly and went above and beyond in getting food for me one day when i was not feeling my best. Very good at his job!

Thanks to Brenda for a great day. She was great and funny! It was well organised from her end. However being picked up from our hotel (confusion around pick ups...) and driven around collecting people was frustrating and prolonged an already long day. I recommend meeting at their depot.
Billy Stringfield
My wife and I really enjoyed the tour to the south rim. Our tour guide Mark was fun and very nice. The bus ride was 4 hours each way but well worth the views.
dick Miller
Excellent tour for the price, our driver Keith kept us on time spent a little more time at Hoover dam which was awesome and went out of his way
to take care of the passengers on the bus. I would recommend this tour which was outstanding and would highly recommend Keith
Kartik Hegde
Everything worked as described and helpful staff. The bus has really small legroom, making it uncomfortable. There was no stop near Hoover dam. Overall a great experience and I recommend this.
Daniel Stillmaker
No complains. The tour was solid, the bus was nice and air conditioned and canyon was beautiful. I wish the drive was shorter but I don't think their going to move the canyon closer if I complain.
Michael boater
Gary was the driver. great guy. Very entertaining, . I would go again. The only misinformation I received was when ordering tickets, I was told there was usb ports on buss wrong only 110v.
So bring your 110 charger
Kristian
I was a little skeptical at first due to the 3 star rating. I took the West Rim Heli and bout tour and it was amazing !!!!! We got to the canyon with good time and actually left 15 mins early! It was a great tour !!!!! Good little lunch box the gave us would definitely do again !!!
JR Reve
first of all i want to give 5 star to Brandon for our bus ride and tour. we were bus 6 on 06/22/2017 at the morning tour. He is one lively bus driver and tour. Very knowledgeable where we were going and yes its basically roam on your own tour!!! i mean really!? people do you need these drivers to hold your hands? and tell you everything? you know what you bought and dont complain about it. Plud these drivers do not let you wait!! you blame the group that was warn multiple times to return at this time and when driving to grand canyon you know damn well its a whole day!!! and the food really? lmao omg people this is a tour guide and expect a 5 star meal? we were happy to even get a meal lol. anyways 5 star for Brandon bus 6. continue the stellar your and bless you for driving us there and dropping us back off.👍👍👍👍🔥🔥🔥
John Gieratz

Andrew Gallo

Elvia Torres
It was beautiful !!!!!!!!!!! Walter from Sweet Tours was marvelous!!!defenetly recommend it?
Steve Barnett
Myself and my son has an excellent trip to the West Rim, We had a brilliant driver a lady called Jackie who made the coach journey seem a lot shorter through her excellent commentary and sense of humour.
Thanks again
Anthony and Stephen Barnett. English Australians, Poms.
Important.
When you get off the bus do not stand too close to the edge, you just don,t realise how far you would f*****ing fall.,
You would just be a fresh red stain of crow food at the bottom of the canyon.
Tonisha Morrison
Very professional and they were on time ( except for when a couple didn't make it back to the bus on time and we had to wait an additional 20-25 minutes for them). Overall, the bus driver was very friendly and informative.
Andy Currier
Grand Canyon tour was fantastic, breakfast snack was a prepackaged small cinnamon roll, lunch a marginal small Chinese buffet. The driver was excellent and the Canyon views incredible.
D.R. Taylor
Great tour of 2 stops on South rim. Driver/guide was fantastic and informative. Only reason not given 5 stars was because the ayce buffet was disappointing.
Grant Kettell
I had great time with the tour provided by this company and received excellent customer service. Typical 1 star reviews haters will hate. On my tour I saw multiple acts of the company going out of their way to provide good customer service.
Brenda Keene
Nice bus and driver but buffet and dinner meal was awful. Good guide and informative videos to watch along the way. They did a good job of showing us around in a short period of time .
Kevin Maskell
Pleasant, comfortable, enjoyable. Not their fault the generator room was closed that day. Very convenient pick up/drop off. Look for a Groupon, full price is expensive.
Gary BarberII
Excellent experience. Take Tony's tour. Great sense of humor and a wealth of knowledge.
Vicki Spencer
Loads of fun in a beautiful bus. Actually had a pole. Very accommodating driver. All in all good way to do the strip and Freemont St.
Brijesh Kamani
Really good experience, was good guided tour, provided nice little breakfast and lunch. Bus quality was excellent, we visited to Grand Canyon spurts rim with them and all excellent.
S Maddox
I normally avoid tours at all costs, but bit the bullet on this. Very impressed. Great tour, great day. Brandon, our driver, was entertaining and professional and helped make the day unforgettable.
Theresa Ashton
Brandon was our driver and he did an awesome job! We did the south rim tour and it was beautiful. The bus was clean and Brandon kept us entertained!
Delia Kent
Grand Canyon Tour Co. Is right on target for getting you to the Canyon and back. Knowledgeable drivers, funny, interesting tidbits of info given by them. Quite a ride to get you to and from but worth every penny.
David C
Tour guide are patient, courteous and colorful. Definitely recommend instead of driving to Grand Canyons. Buses are clean. Office staff are friendly.
Andy McCreedy
Had a rough start going when the AC quit working and the only air was when the excape hatches on the roof of the bus were opened. It was a long ride there but well worth it when we got to the Grand Canyon.
connie carter
I cannot say enough! Our guide Tommy was amazing! We absolutely had the time of our lives! Don't waste time with anyone else, book your adventure with these guys!
Helen Leser
I likes the tour the driver was funny she talked & told of different points of interest along the way
Stoped 4 lunch /shops / she waited 4 a lost older lady /
The whole trip was nice
Price was good high enough but worth it
Nancy Necaster
Shuttle late, had to go to office like cattle call before tour bus. Left 2 hours after pick up. Driver was good.
Lynn Rogers
Wonderful experience
The bus driver very friendly and accommodating. Will use this company again when I plan to return to the Grand Canyon national park.
Carolyn Keilty
Great driver (Tess). She had lots of great stories. The meal destination was a little less than, but it would appear the route doesn't offer many choices.
Ivy Rongo
Left about 1 hour late because they were waiting for 3 late people to arrive. This cut into our time to see the Hoover Dam. Also the little van did not allow a view out the front and the side windows had so much tinting/advertising on them everything was blurred.
Droppin_sik_Beats
Top of the line tour. Great driver and we had a blast. It is a long day but definitely worth it. Priceless moments at the Grand Canyon
Sonja Minder
Great experience. Awesome driver. Very punctual and he explained everything very well and with a great sense of humour. No nonsense kind of drive. Very enjoyable, recommend it for sure.
D W

braeden Brown
Sat in front of bus taking us to the canyon. Driver was very informative and seemed like a super nice guy. Enjoyed trip very well.
Mahesh VS
Nice and very interactive touring company the driver was really good and patient.Guided us very well and did explain about each and every place we cross by. Breakfast and lunch was part of the package which we enjoyed very much.
Joan Ryan
The driver was great he was joking and giving us information on the way out and back to Hoover Dam and Lake Mead. Made the trip really enjoyable.
Frank Sutton
We had keith as our drive he was very funny informative talk about the history of the town of Vegas and Boulder City as we drove through he was very courteous at all times he was funny you made us all laugh we got upgraded to a VIP bus so there was less people on the bus there's more personable he gave us the time to look around and tried to make a little extra stops just so you can get other pictures of Lake Mead different angles of the dam it was even nice enough to one passenger that would have had to walk a few blocks to get back to her hotel where he dropped her straight off at her hotel and it wasn't one of his stops I would recommend if you do the damn tour do the VIP tour and ask for Keith as your driver you'll have a great time and laugh a lot
Rebecca Mclavy
Fantastic your our tour guide Jay was fantastic very knowledgeable and funny. Bus was clean and comfy. Highly recommended
tomasin .b

David Singleton
Tess was our driver, she was lively, talkative and informative, she made the long drive fun. Of course the Grand Canyon was totally amazing.
Yvonne Mitchell
Our bus driver was great with the facts and cheesy jokes! The drive to Grand Canyon was a bit long for my liking.
Gretchen Hollingsworth
Took a generator tour in addition to seeing the Hoover Dam and that was fun. However, we felt like they only told us a tiny amount of information. We wanted to learn more !
Diego Garcia
Long trip by bus you just can stay for 3 hrs is good but at the same time really tired
Angela Oliver
Went to the south rim great views. Canyon is so deep barely saw the bottom. Roof tops maybe half way down looked like tic tacs.
Dave Carpenter
Not bad but if I was to do it again I would have taken the west rim tour it's a lot closer as the south rim is 6 hours one way too much and too long of a day
Yousef Firoozan
It is a very long trip but I believe it worth it
We had a very driver and the people at the central terminal were really supportive, my wife was not feeling good at the time and after discussing with one of the organizers I wish I remember the name), he did whatever he could to help us and he really did...
Recommanded if you only have one day to see grand canyon and are on low budget..!

We didnt really get a tour ..it was just a long ride on a tour bus ..but it was worth every dime we saw the grand canyon and it was amazing ..i really enjoyed myself..the driver was very nice and he drove fine ..i wasnt expecting a tour guide ..the price was very reasonable for the trip ..it was overall a great experience and the restaurant they take you to eat at had delicious food and everyone was nice there too
Cherly Jeune
Loved that they provided snacks in the morning. Wished that we had options for lunch instead of the buffet; I think there was a pizza hut that I would've preferred

Well managed tour. Driver making guidance and controlling the tour. Various types of tour organised various economic packages are there. Service from your lodge.
Leandro Paratella
Cheap 1 day tour, but driver and tour guide seemed tired of tourists and first treats you as the stupidest person possible followed by asking for tips when the trip hasn't even begun! Weird.
Trey R
You have to be here to really experience it your self.
Yvette Ledford
