Reviews of Big Bus Tours Las Vegas

Word to the wise: make sure you hold on to your paper copy tickets/receipt because if you lose it, and you want to hop back onto the bus, you will have to pay a reprinting fee of $20 per ticket. Your email confirmation will not be sufficient to hop back on. Also, they do not allow selfie sticks on the bus.
Overall, my husband and I enjoyed our bus tour. The young guy with the ponytail/bun was really upbeat and informative. The weather was absolutely perfect. As far as covid/masks, they enforce masks upon boarding but if you’re on 2nd level, you can remove it if you choose to. We were able to maintain social distancing. Recommend that the bus company be consistent in their messaging as far as masks. This tour guide said effective today, no more masks. However, upon boarding the bus at Excalibur bus pick up around 3:15-3:30PM, the older Caucasian gentleman was very abrupt about the masks and was communicating different messaging stating that masks are still required as far as transportation. We had our masks in our pockets and he said “stop right there! Put on your masks.” and came off abrasive towards us. Overall, we will probably be back on for a night tour.

The big bus tour is a must do tour when you are in Vegas. Make sure to do it early in your trip to learn about all the spots you should visit. Great value.

Few things that was disappointing with BigBus Las Vegas.
1: Busus not coming on time
2: No wifi
3: No live bus tracking. I had to blindly wait until the next bus.
But overall, I use BigBus where ever I go. These above changes will be great.
Maksim Krigmant
We went to this bus tour at night, during the rain, on one of the coldest and windiest nights of the month... Even with clattering teeth, we enjoyed the the tour! The guide was interesting, so knowledgeable and very funny! The driver was going slow and steady, pausing by the most important places for all of us to have a chance in taking pictures- which was very considerate. We did learn some interesting things about the buildings and Vegas strip in general. I would definitely recommend the trip with this particular guide!
Nyor Mirror
Great live narrated tour. We had the Go City pass and had to jump through a few hoops to get the tour secured but here are some tips so you’ll have less of a hassle and a better experience.
For the day tour you’ll have to have your go city pass scanned and turned into a ticket near 3791 S Las Vegas Blvd, The Aerie Store (a division of American Eagle). The Big Bus employee is not IN that location. He is ON the side street just south of that address wearing a Big Bus uniform.
This is the first stop for the day tour and they leave promptly at 10am. (Our left at 9:58am) so I suggest you come early. I also HIGHLY Recommend that you load up at this stop because it’s the only way to guarantee a top seat. They will load passengers at numerous other stops and the bus will fill up to capacity and you will be siting downstairs or not riding at all.
The tour guide is informative and funny and provides fun facts about the strip properties and what’s is development. The entire tour lasts about 2 hours.
The tour DOES NOT stop at the Famous Las Vegas sign but does drive by slowing so you can get pictures or video.
My son and I took the entire tour to get a feel for the strip and then got off at the Mob Museum. I’m told the wait to hop back on is 45 minutes. We chose not to do that and just did the deuce or ride share for the rest of the day.
Oh and unless your in Vegas in the summer, bring a hoodie for the top because it will get windy and cold.
I would definitely recommend this for first timers or for someone who hasn’t been to Vegas is 26 years.
Stephanie Lutje
Had a blast, did the day tour and our guide was hilarious. After walking everywhere this was a nice way to keep exploring but without all the foot work. You can get off and go see things and then just catch the next bus when you are done. Highly recommend it!
MrsOlatubi
Great tour. Loved that they stopped at Freemont Street for 1+ hours.
Jim Wilson
We purchased the two day tour along with the night tour. Our first guide Lyndsay was amazing. Very knowledgeable and all facts checked out. She kept us entertained and interacted with us. Special mention to Bruce who was brilliant on the night tour and made sure we all got in and out of Fremont Street. Bruce was very funny and we had a great time on his tour. Thank you.
Wendi Ec
Fun ride, we were sitting on top and really enjoyed. The guide was informative, and funny. One hour stop at the Golden Nugget and Freemont street is awesome!
FL Marshall
The tour was fantastic! Bus driver and guide were very good! Would recommend to anyone who wanted to tour Hoover Dam. We are from Virginia and have friends who are planning a trip next year, they plan on using this company!
RaShun Gunnells
Bruce with Big Bus is hands down the best tour guide in Las Vegas. Bruce and his driver made my first trip to Vegas memorable! Must take the day and night tour!
Jennifer Lang
The night tour is a really fun tour! The tour guide we had was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about Las Vegas. The only thing that wasn't the best is that it was really cold riding on the top of the bus. It would be really awesome if they had blankets that guests could use on those cold nights. I would highly recommend this tour.
Alex Vaillancourt
Rodger was our guide and he was as knowledgeable as the best. Funny and an overall great guide. Chris was the driver and we felt comfortable and safe the whole time the bud was in motion. I would suggest the tour to anyone who hasn’t done it.
Heran Mekon
Hands down the best experience I had during my stay in Las Vegas! I got a glimpse of the city and its history -context: solo female traveler. When I got in line, a gentleman named Scott took great care of me, such a kind, lighthearted fellow. Later Chris (our driver for the evening) and Randy (our knowledgeable, hilarious tour guide/ MC) took over and provided us with an unforgettable night embellished with incredible views, fascinating facts, and many laughs.
7:00pm - Pick up. Don’t worry about not being first in line. Sometimes, last is first. There were four buses total, and everyone was offered a seat at the top. Tip: For the best views, get seated at the very front and avoid aisle seats.
We were taken up and down the Las Vegas strip, caught the Bellagio fountains in action, then drove into the downtown area. - contrary to some reviews, we did not hop on a highway, the route was planned so we could see it all.
Approximately 1-1.5 hour stop at the Golden Nugget ( Downtown). Here you can have a drink, gamble, “sightsee,” buy souvenirs, maybe grab a bite to eat.
Then back to our pick-up point.
If you are thinking about doing the Big Bus Night Tour Las Vegas, do it!
Amy N Banet
Our experience was fabulous! Knowledgeable tour guide, funny and quirky. Told lots of secrets of vegas during tour. We did the 2 days 1 night tour on Groupon and honestly felt like we covered everything in the first day. Don't need more than 1 day/night. Very awesome tour and super nice staff! Highly recommended!
Brooke Hannah
While on a trip around the USA we have done a few of these Hop On/Hop off Buses. This one was by far the best! This was the first one we had where there was an actual tour guide narrating, not just an automated voice clip. We had Des who was doing “double duty” as she liked to call it, driving and guiding. And she was absolutely fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable about Las Vegas and to top it off she was very funny! Will definitely recommend this tour!
Christine Baker
Alvina was an amazing driver, who was also very helpful with other questions I had about Vegas in general. She is very calm, and willing to help however she could.
Bruce was the 'voice' of our tour and he was very knowledgeable. We went away with a lot of information we didn't know. Bruce was funny, and very personable. He made it feel as though I was having a conversation with an old friend. I would recommend them 100 times over.
If Alvina and Bruce were our only two tour guides we would have rated it a 5 star experience. 4 stars because our last bus ride was guided by 2 kids who played the radio the whole time and didn't have much to say about anything. Luckily Alvina and Bruce made up for it, and it was still a wonderful overall experience.
Jeff Foust
We had a wonderful night time tour! You get to see all the big sites from the comfort of the bus, and also get a little time on Freemont Street. The tour was well worth the money, and the kids and adults in our party all had a good time. Bruce was very knowledgeable and funny, and Alvina was an excellent driver!
Anne
Very good tour I really appreciated both my tour guide and my driver. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable about the history and the current events of Las Vegas and the surrounding area. My driver did an excellent job driving that ginormous bus and not hitting anything and not scaring me so that is a plus. Here are some of the highlights of the pictures I took on our tour.
Chante Lopez (C LO)
Fun but very cold! Bundle up and we are from ALASKA!😅 Hats gloves and a big jacket in those Cold January nights cruising the Strip …
Lady Icis
This was a great experience wish we did this on our first day rather than our last. The tour showed us so much more we didn't see. Our driver and our guide was amazing and I thought in my opinion they were the best! The driver she was a very good spirit. They were real helpful and patient with a wheel chair for my Mom and it was accessible and easy. If you come to Vegas do this first! I be back on my next visit in a few months😊 #philly
Missy Sallas
Bruce was our guide. Amy was our driver. He made a personal connection with each group, even personally showed us a place to get dinner on the tour. We saw all of the popular sights and Amy gave us ample time to snap pics. I would recommend this tour to any Las Vegas newbie.
Jodi Flatt
Worth every penny to see the sites and lights. Bonus for the fun history lesson and insider tips to make your trip even better. Highly recommend.
Molly Coy
The tour itself itself is great! It takes you to all of the hot spots and offers great views. I like that an actual tour guide is talking and able to interact with the passengers rather than an audio guide. The downside is a bus comes every 40 minutes but is normally longer due to traffic, etc. and when I was there the real time tracking wasn’t working on their app. The app also lead me to the wrong site for a bus pick up and ended up missing the bus and having to wait another hour.
Alex Chapman
We went on this tour yesterday with Bruce P and were so pleased! He was so upbeat and friendly with every single person and was always showing us something along the tour. He did a phenomenal job and we really enjoyed our time with him 😊 The only thing was that it was so hot outside and almost unbearable, but that's not the bus tour or guide's fault
Rahni Kennedy
Positives:
*Can get on and off when you want
*Stops at most tourist points including the Vegas sign
*Good tour hosts
Negatives:
*No shade at the stops
*Tour hosts giving some inaccurate facts
*Dangerous to walk from Mob Museum stop to Freemont Street
*Live bus tracking wasn't working
Overall it was ok. It will get you to all the main tourist locations. Find any discount you can get and don't pay the full price.
Frank Hoodenpyle
Give better instructions on how/where & when to catch the buss. The driver let us sit until 8 o clock & we had to run to board the bus.\Find a tour guide that is a little more mature & less juvinile. His attempt at humor was pretty lame & we did not care for his disrespect for Queen E's passing. We realize the young man was trying...perhaps he just needs more experience.
The "free drinks" scam was off-putting, so we did not participate. Just to get our e-mails & join the club membership. NOT!
Joyce Chen
It was great for those first time to Las Vegas and would like to get a glimpse of the city. But don’t use it as the main transportation to attractions in Las Vegas. (Well, I’m not sure if I was the only person tried to do this. Lol.) There wasn’t real-time bus tracking, so better get to the bus stop early, otherwise you would have to wait around 45 minutes for the next one.
Sahil Luthra
Tour is great! tour guides are funny and entertaining.
Only thing is bus may not come on time!
Deborah Stephens
I plan on doing this tour again when I go back with my teens. This tour gives a lot of info and you get to see the entire vegas strip and old vegas. I would have given 5 stars BUT I was with a group and this is a hop on, hop off tour and I bought 8 tickets for my group and was not aware that we could not hop on and off at different locations than each other because only I had the scan code and you only get one ticket for entire group. I wanted to get off at MGM and they wanted to get off elsewhere. So only I could hop back on. I think the number of tickets purchased should be equivalent to number of hop on hop off tickets issued.
Jacky Vogt
We had a great tour! Friendly, knowledgeable tour guides. A wonderful overview of the Strip. Highly recommend!!!
Amaya Reynolds
Our friend booked for us the late night open top ride and to be honest we were quite tired as it was the day after we landed from the UK. Once we got on, the guy who took the tour (sorry forgot his name) was so up beat and entertaining he kept us awake and fully interested in the tour and the places he was showing us! well worth the money - thoroughly enjoyed it. I was going to post a pic of our friends fast asleep behind us, but i don't think she would appreciate it. (she blamed the wind, not the 4 double vodkas before they got on!)
Christian Stephenson
Very informative and the best way to see Las Vegas at your own pace. The bus has a canopy to keep you shaded on the upper deck and aircon on the lower deck.
The staff very friendly, the best way to explore Las Vegas if you have a short place of time. Would definitely recommend.
S. Harrison
The tour was great. The bus to pick us up broke down before getting to us, so we had to wait an hour to start the tour. I understand, that was an unforeseen issue. It would have been nice to have a replacement bus quicker, especially in the sun. Once we started the tour, it was great! We decided to just ride the tour all the way through. It was a great chance to see areas of Vegas that we didn't have time to see otherwise.
Jo Johnson
Bus driver Carlos and tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable about Las Vegas. See you again soon!
Amy Williams
Night tour was awesome. Loved seeing the city all lit up and definitely enjoyed the Fremont Street Experience. Would have given 5/5 but on our day tour the tour ended abruptly (before scheduled time) without prior notice, so we ended up having to walk back to our hotel from several blocks away, or wait 45+ minutes for another bus to come thru. One bus was even at stop when we arrived but wouldn’t wait for us so we could continue without the wait.
LaToya Holmes
We rode the bus at different times both Saturday & Sunday & enjoyed the drivers & tour guides on each bus. They are very knowledgeable about the city & the attractions. I can't wait to go back & take another bus tour. These are pictures from bus.
Nicolette Anthony
Great option one in Vegas you can hop off at many different locations and be picked up. Definitely a deal if you want to casino hop
Nada N.
It was fun tour. We went on Sunday afternoon, and It wasn’t crowded at all. The guide was so funny. She told stories, and jokes, and made sure that everyone on board is having fun. It gets very chilly in the evening, so dress accordingly.
Shannon Foust
Alvina & Bruce were fantastic. We had a great time on the night tour!
Taylor Surman (Simmorill)
The night bus tour is amazing. Roger was our guide - he was funny and knowledgeable. It was truly a treat, and amazing value for the money. We got to see the lights of the Strip, and then had an hour of freetime at the Fremont Street Experience. It was a great way to see all the lights without having to walk for miles!
Natalie Rebecca Allouche
Great tour guide , fun personality and awesome driver! Highly recommend
Douglas Sweet jr
If you’re in Vegas, take the Big Bus Tour. Don’t hop on any one though, make sure you’re with Big Bus Bruce . He makes the tour fun, informative and looks out for his riders. You won’t regret it !
Lori Jackson
This is a must do in Vegas! We live here, took the day tour with an out of town relative and absolutely loved it! Learned and saw so much! And the guide was awesome!
Soha Zaza
We took the night tour... it was really nice except for the hot weather. The route took us from the flamingo Ln to downtown Las Vegas through the strip. The ride was very informative but we could have been speared some of the details like the jail location. There was a one hour stop at the Golden nugget, very boring, felt like more than one hour wait. The other thing that we would have loved is to see the bellagio fountain atnight at night
Tami Marchinko (GreysonLochlan)
Great tour! Wish it was easier to predict the times the bus comes back to stops you get off at.
Colin Trent Johnson
Alvina and Bruce were awesome hosts on our tour. Go Santa!
-from LA
Imstillhere Warren
One of a must do while in vegas. The drivers are experienced and your guides are very knowledgeable. Alot of hidden gems
Beth Smith
I liked being able to see much of the city. The tour guide was not good. I would have liked a little more information about the history of the places rather than just talking about partying.
Bernie Quinitchette
The driver Derek, was extremely helpful and cautious with the tour. If visiting Vegas again I would definitely seek his services.
june gloria
It goes to Downtown all the way to Mandalay Bay awesome trip.
Kristy Copeland-Acuti
You gotta get on the bus and sit up top with Big Bus Bruce and Sean. They are the best tour guides and totally made our trip.
Donna Shirdon
Alvina and Bruce were fantastic. I especially loved that they were dressed up as Raggedy Ann and Santa Clause. They knew there stuff. Thank you!😄 …
Dennis Denson
Overall good but they didn't stop at the Vegas sign for photos, extended the Freeman Street part of the tour.
michelle rodriguez
The bus takes forever to get to each stop.
Other than that, i recommend it for a first time visit in Vegas.
They tell you a brief story of each hotel, chapel and everything about Vegas that you would like to know. Cool stories. Good spots for pictures and great locations to stop by.
Other than that, i would just pay the $8 for the double decker which goes around the strip 24hrs.
Andre Rivera Jr.
Best way to see any city that Big Bis is located in. I have used them in Paris, Dubai, and Las Vegas.
Howard Renn
Big Bruce was a Blast. Rode his bus 4 Times….. Thx. From “Minnesota “
RG Jones
What a great tour. It lasted almost 3 hours and you could hop on & off throughout the tour. We saw everything.
Doug Shaw
We have used Big Bus in several cities all over the world. We used them in Las Vegas for a night tour of the strip to see the lights and learn about the city. This was a great tour, with a great tour guide.
Matthew Goodman
Would highly recommend getting a big bus tour around Las Vegas. We got the 3 day pass with the night tour and can't fault any of it. All guides highly knowledgeable. Ken was really good. Laughed the whole way up and down the strip with his jokes. Thanks Ken!
Kristin Burns
We had an amazing guide, Melissa. She was equal parts funny and knowledgeable.
Oksana Popova
Vickie is an awesome tour guide! I do recommend her for everyone who wants to take an interesting and fun bus tour on Las Vegas Strip
Adriel Allouche
Very fun, Alvina and Bruce were kind and funny. Would recommend.
Sweet Note
Hard to find west wing of mgm. But German was very helpful in getting tickets and times. Need to post times of bus tour especially for hopping
Monica Helms
Very informative. We were able to get on & off with ease to visit landmarks and enjoy Vegas at our pace!
Nicole Roufs
Great tour! We had Lindsay the first round and she was great! Lots of info and energy! Second guy we had wasn’t quite as good as she was but great way to see the city!
Cindy Herzer
We were told to be in line at 6:00 p.m. for the 7:09 p.m. evening tour. The standing wait was quite uncomfortable. The sights and information were great. However, the tour guide Bruce had a sarcastic abrasive rude humor which we didn't
find endearing.
Adrian Cotton
I have visited Vegas many times over the years and this is the second bus tour I have completed - first tour with Big Bus Tours. My tour guide was Edith and the driver was Jory. They are an amazing team. Edith has proven to be very friendly, brilliant, and professional. My brother and I were on a tour March 5th. Edith presented stunning information about Las Vegas that was totally new to us both. She gave us an incredible welcome a tour guide can give. Jory, the driver was significant unbelievable. He helped my disable brother onto the bus and came back for his wheelchair. He made sure we were safe in our seats before departing. There were a lot of reckless drives on the road that day, but Jory handled the roads like an astounding & professional he is. Edith knew ahead of time the directions we were going and was on point with her brilliant communication. Together Edith and Jory are the dynamic duel – a great team that gave a stunning tour. Very friendly and welcoming!!! Thank you Jory… Thank you Edith.
Terri Turner
Alvina was so friendly-we loved her Raggedy Anne costume! 😊 …
Augustina Joseph
Excellent experience!! We took the premium package, comprising of both the day & night tours, separate days of course. The night tour was obviously great, you see the city all lit up with beautiful lights and great views. But the day trip was equally good! This was on a beautiful sunny day, touring around the city, the guides explaining each and every aspect of “Las Vegas”. And not to forget the numerous pictures we took!!! Totally worth it!! 🤍
Brandon Manchester
The tour is great. Lindsey, the tour guide made it phenomenal! She was the most amazing tour guide. Energetic, knowledgeable, super fun! We had an absolute blast and highly recommend this tour. We went on the tour our first day of a week long stay and Lindsey made the evening fun, informative, and gave us lots of great ideas for our upcoming stay. She alone was worth the price of admission.
Natalie Martinez
Amazing tour and very entertaining. This is a must see
Bobby Murphy
Bruce was an awesome guide. Very knowledgeable and funny.
Dominick
I did the bus hop on hop off your in las Vegas March 2022.
Bus seating gave great views of the strip and got many good photos. Both guides were very good and gave interesting stories. Goodbye value as part of the gocity pass.
Minus one star because the live tracking was not available. Really need that up and running so one can comfortably wait in a hotel instead of sitting at a bus stop for 30 minutes
DCLXVIIVXLCD
It was supposedly our tour guide’s first day, but you could never tell! He was very knowledgeable about every inch of the city. He was funny and thoroughly answered any and all questions the group asked. Also the driver was great too! Thank y’all for a great time!
Alex Marshall
Best way to see Las Vegas, Big Bus Bruce was a great guide....much love from your favorite helper. - FANCY PANTS from South Carolina
Shejeer Shukkoor
My kids loved this and now they r asking when we are gonna come back for the vegas family bus ride
John Puma
We had booked this Bus Tour to get an Las Vegas Experience and get to see sights we normally would get to see ! Well worth the time and money …. Tour Guild Edith was so helpful and knowledgeable ~ She certainly was very professional. She was very friendly too , you can tell she enjoyed her job .
Lajuana Johnson
Great tour guide and driver. Tour guide was BTS driver's name escapes me but she was amazing. Would recommend it for any visitors to the area. Night tour not for small kids.
Ms. Someone
There is a bus stop sign Like in picture
You can ask what time will arrive next bus whom wear big bus tour clothes
Erica Frazier
Big Bus Tours is a staple on all major US cities. If you want a convenient way to explore the city for 1 price, this is the tour to do. I've done the Las Vegas tour twice, and I love that it takes you the length of the strip to Freemont Street and the Las Vegas sign. The only downside for this trip is the extremely cold weather. Riding outside, on top of a bus, doing 45+ mph will freeze you.
Also, the Vegas tour guides are hilarious 😂
Cynthia Johnson
Our guide was amazing!!! She’s only been with the company 9 months but she was a pro!!! Had a great time!!
Joy C
Great tour, learned lots of information. The bus schedule was off both days we attempted to join the tour. Be prepared to wait 30 minutes to an hour past their stated pick-up times.
Jenny Peters
This tour was great, and we highly recommend it. It's not only a great way to see the city but to just get around for the day in general! Our tour guide Bruce was very fun and knowledgeable! (Thank you Bruce!) -The "East Texans"
Bekah s
The day tour was awesome! Our tour guide, Edith G. was amazing! The night tour was also fun but that tour guide (I don't remember her name) was somewhat obnoxious because she swore and was really loud in the microphone. We also didn't like getting off the bus for an hour at the Golden Nugget very much. Overall these trips were well worth the money! It was really fun riding on top of a double-decker bus! Carlos was a great driver and all of the gentlemen helping with tickets at the main stops were helpful and very friendly.
Stephanie Simmons
A great experience to do when visiting Vegas. You get to see the Las Vegas strip lights up at night and get to visit old Vegas. Such a great experience.
Cecilia Tello
Good option to know Las Vegas
shirley mcclanahan
Saw great sights, around Las Vegas, My daughter and myself had a great time!
Carol S
We took the night tour on March 29, 2022. Our tour guide Roger was so informative and we really enjoyed him. The woman driver was very nice. It was a great experience and I highly recommend this tour!
Gabriela Raya-Lopez
My family and I went on the night tour and it was awesome! The weather was perfect. The tour guide was hilarious, and very knowledgeable about the area. I highly recommend the night tour to anyone. You will get to experience Las Vegas in a different way and see the city lit up.
Donnell Harris
The bus 🚌 ride was Excellent love to do it again …
Grace Balint
Craig was the best tour guide ever! Lots of puns, great energy! The lady who drove was very nice. I got off then back on later with a guy guide who was a little cranky but the driver Chris was great! Lots of fun information and neat trivia tidbits.
Duo Yboe
Great tour!! It is a must! The view is amazing and the guide keeps it interesting! I would do it again!
Angel Little
Learn the city on a tour to see where the "must go" areas are. We went around one full time, then did the hop off/on. Edith and Dez were great guides! They let you know family friendly and not family friendly areas.
D Gaither
Great tour guide and awesome driver. Even timed it right to watch the volcano eruption at the Mirage. Remember folks in the cooler months wear a warm jacket, hat and gloves for this tour for the night tour.
Tiffany Smith
Our tour guide was awesome and funny! Sit up top for the best view but be prepared as it may be windy!
Nikki
We booked this as a last minute thing to do. We caught the 1pm tour leaving from MGM. The guide was hilarious and made the tour entertaining we didn't hop off anywhere because I was enjoying the breeze. Since the pass was good for 24 hours I figured we would explore Fremont St the next day. We got up and caught the first bus headed to Freemont the guide wasn't as fun as the previous one before. We got to Freemont (must see) and did a little bit of shopping and caught another bus going back didn't quite enjoy that guide either. I would definitely do this tour again especially with the first guide we had.
K Edwards
BOOK THIS TOUR!! My trip turned into a solo trip due to covid and I had the best time!!! Definitely wrap up if you go around this time as it is extremely windy. However they do have inside seating but of course it’s not the same experience. If you can I’d get the two day pass and use this to get around the city.
Tia Jacobs
Edith was very funny and informative. I started the trip late, as in the last run, so I didn’t get to do all that I’d like but when I come back I’d definitely do this tour again. I purchased the night tour but couldn’t do that as it would have caused me to miss my planned show. Next time though because the lights are truly beautiful. I only wish they had a few more stops but worth it
Claudia Rocha
The best city tour experience. Yo can get off and hop right on. They have multi linguall guides. If you 66. Even Portuguese. I'm impressed
Serita Cabell
Went on a tour while on a work trip but was able to get some leisure time in. Edith G. was hilarious and informative at the same time. Loved her commentary while on the tour and we actually ended back on her bus after hopping off at the mob museum and Fremont street experience. If you want to do the strip tour and get on and off to explore traditional tourist sites, I definitely recommend the big bus tour.
Katie Varney
Let me start by saying that they have a great deal on Groupon. The tour guides were friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. The bus drivers were great at getting us from point A to B. Never had to wait more than 20 minutes for a bus. It was nice just paying a one time fee and being able to get on and off the bus all day! I would highly recommend to anyone who’s wanting to see more of Vegas than the inside of casino!
OakParkZoe
Originally planned on going at night, but the day tour made more sense. We decided to get picked up at the Welcome to Las Vegas sign stop, which is located at the Harley Davidson store across the street. So if you're driving like I did, you can either park at the sign parking, take a quick picture at the sign, or park at Harley Davidson after snapping your picture. They stop for breaks at the very next stop, so we got us some spiked slushies, and enjoyed them on our ride. If you didn't drive, you can hop on and off at any stop on a single ticket. The tour guide is funny, and gave alot of history about the strip, where you should go, what you should do, the city of Las Vegas outside of the strip, and the stories behind the landmarks and who built them. Alot of opportunities for videos and photos. Would do it again at night, there is an adult tour 21+ that they offer as well!

We took the Las Vegas Day tour on Wed Sept 22 around 5pm with the tour guide named Lindsey I think her name was, She was awesome! She had great info and awesome stories! She was a lot of fun and I hope to get her as a guide again! It was a lot of fun! Thanks!
Vicki Lewis
We did both the Strip route and the Old Town route which went to Fremont St. It was a full day and we loved it. Owen was our driver on the first part and he was awesome. He showed us the best donut shop ever. Both guides were very informative and had lots of stories to tell. We loved being on the upper deck as we rode through the city. We highly recommend this tour.
melinda talley
Comedy on Deck was the company and Charlie was our guide, she is AMAZING! We had to alter the day because the Hoover Dam was closed in the morning (bad traffic accident) and we went straight to the Grand Canyon and stopped at the Dam on our way back. It was a very fun day and didn't seem long at all. Breakfast and lunch were good. We we're back in Vegas while still daylight. Would 100% book again of Charlie is the guide.

Big Bus was definitely a great way to get around Vegas AND learn more about the sites at the same time! Their buses ran as scheduled and were very clean and comfortable. Getting on and off was easy (especially with their advice on how to get where, and tips on what to see or do). I had the pleasure of spending afternoon on the bus driven by Michael K, with Rodger as our narrator - they truly made the tour part of the experience worth my time and money and made my day in Las Vegas truly memorable. Thanks!
Chris Bogdan
Took the night tour. Great experience to see the strip at night. A little fast to take good pictures though. Great hostess. Stops only at Fremont street for an hour experience. And you can drink on the bus! Sit up top for a better experience. If you want more time for pictures, choose the hop on and off tour.
Joel castillo
Tour was good, the guide was knowledgeable. Problem was the air conditioning. The first bus the air was blowing poorly. On the second bus the air wasn't working at all. With Temps over 100 degrees customer comfort should be a concern. Very disappointed with this part of the tour.
D Mitchell
The Big Bus Tours is not what the description reads because the air conditioning did not work well on the bottom level and the bus took longer than expected to arrive at the stops. The bus looks nice from the outside and the tour guide was sitting at the top or second level and at times the microphone was choppy because of the wind.
Emily Zeigler
We took the night tour and it was really cool! An awesome way to see the entire strip as well as downtown and Fremont St (there is only one stop on this tour at the Golden Nugget/Fremont St). Our guide Kay was really sweet and definitely knew a ton about the city.
MAJ GEN
I should have took this ride the first day I got to Vegas. It shows all the places I missed and should have seen. So get a ticket and do this bus ride the first day!
Daisy H. Wallbanger
My fiancé and l did the night tour. The Big Bus we were on, the air conditioner didn’t work and it was a very hot and humid that night. The ride was good because Anaya(l think the was the host name) she was great! She kept us entertained and had fun little facts about certain things. The only reason l gave three stars is l have a word of advice of the Big Bus Tours to do. You should have complimentary bottled water for all passengers because it is hot and people do get thirty. With it being a three hour bus tour and the bus doesn’t stop until it get to the Golden Nugget, people need to stay hydrated. That would definitely help more with the business and make sure that all buses have air conditioning in working order for the elderly or people with health issues that want to take the tour and be comfortable at the same time. Other than that, it was decent.
Danielle Walock
We had an amazing experience for our first time. We had Gabe sell us our tickets and was super friendly and told us everything we needed to know. Daniel was our first tour guide and was hilarious and made us laugh almost our whole ride. We had roger for our second ride and he did the same. We loved how they were all so informative and just so happy. We had such a great time and will definitely do it again on our next visit in Vegas. 10/10 recommend! Only thing was it’s a bit expensive.
Danielle Serratore
Did the night tour of Las Vegas. Make sure to book with a non Yahoo e-mail address. Bc we booked with Yahoo e-mail we never received tickets. Kayleigh was very helpful and responsive on how to solve. Can’t say the same for her colleagues who are quick to assume we did not purchase tickets through the BigBus site and therefore did not have valid tickets. If it wasn’t for Kayleigh we wouldn’t have been able to take the tour.
Jessica Dyer
I have done this tour several times! I love it!! They had significantly less stops this time than they did a couple years ago but it is still so fun and a great way to see the Strip!!
Patricia S
Out tour guide at night was very cool, sweet girl. Said her daughters birthday was on new years eve. Great , exciting tour guide. Loved every interesting fact . Was FUN!!!

I cannot recommend this enough if you are in Vegas for less than 2 full days and want a relaxed and comfortable experience as well as sight seeing. Groupon may have a deal for this, so book your voucher from them instead of physically buying a ticket from the representatives because they are otherwise expensive, but not overpriced. Overpriced would not be the right word because the tour is definitely worth the price; however, with Groupon you save, and who does not like to save! Saying something is overpriced means that it is not worth price you paid, and the product is worth less than what you paid for and/or you were not satisfied.
The bus drivers are great and the tour guides are awesome! They stop at all the good spots on the strip and downtown towards Main Street. We bought a pack of four tickets and did the red and blue line once around the city. We stopped at about 3 of the stops and also for lunch near New York New York Resort. We did not have to wait longer than 25 minutes for a bus. The bus was easily navigable. It was also easy to get on and off. Again, I highly recommend if you are in Vegas for a very short time like we were.
Linda Phillips
Loved the 4 hour Night Tour. I would recommend doing this on your first night in town, there are things you’ll want to see that you didn’t even know about! The tour includes everything from the famous Vegas Sign to Fremont Street. Mike G was our guide, he did an excellent job! He was informative and personable! (and kudos to our driver Alex who kept us safe in heavy traffic)
Catherine Kew
My sister and I went on the Big Bus Day Tour in Las Vegas. Bruce was our tour guide and Michael K was the driver. They were exceptional. Bruce was funny, had lots of historical knowledge of Vegas and was easy to listen to. Michael K drove at a comfortable speed so it was easy to take great photos from the top of the bus. It was a fun day and made our visit to Vegas that much more enjoyable.
Anthony Pontiero
My wife and I have visited Las Vegas every October over the last three years. This was the second year we booked the Big Bus Tour. This is an easy way to make your way around the strip and to take you from the strip to downtown. We enjoy listening to all the tour guides, some better than others, about the facts and the history about the city. The last tour guide we had before we left this year was named Bruce. He was a fantastic tour guide. Thank you for all the good laughs as we made our way back to Fremont Street. We hope to see you again next year. - Your friends from Nebraska!
Olivia Williams (Livie)
My favorite thing we did in Vegas by far! Loved every minute of it. We stayed at circus circus so pick up was right outside. Both tour guides we had were so awesome. I enjoyed their jokes, and knowledge about Vegas. It was a great way to start our trip because we got a good view of the strip and got to point out everything we wanted to do. I suggest staying under the canopy up top. It's hot in Vegas but you get the breeze and shade under there. I did think tickets were a bit high- but found a great deal on groupon and after taking the tour would pay full price no problem!! Highly recommend taking this tour- you can get on and off at many stops which makes it fun to stop and grab a bite to eat or something and get right back on all day long. We loved it. For sure can't wait to go back and do it again.
Cindy Porach
Tour guides were very fun but we were stranded the first day way up at the Strat - no bus came for almost an hour so had to call an uber then the second day the bus flew right by our stop. Employee at the stop with us called but driver said he was going too fast to make the turn so kept going. An hour in the hot sun waiting when another bus finally came. Worth doing but don't get off!!!

Big Bus Tours are the best way to see and learn a destination. We did the Las Vegas tour in 2016 and now again in 2019 and brought some friends along. The guides are knowledgeable about attractions as well as history of the area. With convenient stops to hop on and off it's a great way to move about the area and see everything. We had T for our guide this time around and she made the trip memorable with her personality and jokes.
Brenda Bellaire
Took the night tour bus and sat up top for our first night and first time in Vegas. Loved being high up over the strip amidst the crowds, lights and action. Would definitely recommend as a great intro to see the strip. We were dropped off at Fremont Street for over an hour, plenty of time to see the light show, street performers and buy some souvenirs. My only complaint would be that we couldn't hear most of what the tour guide was saying en route. Not sure if she was speaking loud enough or there was an issue with the microphone. There were also a lot of pauses. Vegas has so much history as well as current growth, seems it should be easy enough to talk about the town non stop for two hours. Great time overall!
Jennifer Breyer
We absolutely Love the Big Bus Tour.We do this everytime we come to Vegas. All the Bus Tour Guides make it a fun experience.Vicki was our tour guide she was in training and did a great job today! A Thank you goes out to Our Favorite Big Bus Tour Guide ..."Big Bus Bruce"
We met him on a tour on 2017 and now again 2019..still had the picture we first took 2 yrs ago and recaptured the candid moment..He was very funny, friendly , and made the tour a Fun time for everyone..It is a great way to see everything and learn the history of places..
Evgeny G
It was too cold to ride upstairs and couldn't hear a word from the guide. Bus driver was pushing masks. Not the greatest experience.
Laurie Martin
We got our tickets online and was at the BigBus stop at the Tropicana in plenty of time according to the brochure we picked up at one of the casinos. We waited and waited. We asked a security guy on a bicycle and he told us that the pickup had been moved to the M Grand!!!
Our first tour guide was great we could hear and understand her very clearly. I can’t remember her name but she was great. The second guide, Roger was extremely hard to understand.
Overall, it was a good tour.
Sheila Paesler
We took the night lights tour and T and Michael K was our guide and driver. T was fantastic, she brought humor along with knowledge of everything on the tour. She was very personable and lots of fun. I noticed when we arrived at Freemont Street the other guides left their people off the bus but T took us through the Golden Nugget, she showed us the shark tanks and the worlds largest golden nugget. She also took us where she would meet us and gave us time to look around. She was so much fun, I recommend Big Bus Tours and especially T and Michael K!
Nick Lovett
This was a kool bus tour highlighting the Las Vegas "Welcome" Sign and other famous eateries, casinos and mob spots. Fun facts were provided about the start of Vegas and some of its well-known high rolling whales. We stopped on Freemont street for 30 minutes of shopping and sightseeing. The entire tour was about 2 1/2 hours and was fun using the City Pass option. My only complaint is the company's answering machine voicemail message is outdated ( says the company is currently closed) and does not provide information for current tour bookings or a way to speak with a live person. FYI: Tours are given Thursday through Monday and you will need to arrive at your destination pickup at least 30 minutes early so you can get a good (upstairs and outside) seat.
Cynthia N Mejia
I had a wonderful experience during my stay in Las Vegas. Actually, I did the two day tour on the big bus which was interesting. During the tour it enabled me see many things on the strip and Fremont Street as well. This helped me set my itinerary for my daily activities in Vegas. I am hopeful to visit the big bus tour again, but at night this time. The tour is worth it!
Tyler Faetz
This bus service provides a tour experience encompassing approximately eight to nine locations. This includes both the Strip and "old" Vegas (Fremont District which was the best stop!). Staff was very friendly and accommodating, but the experience was diminished by the lack of appropriate ventilation and AC circulation. I should preface this by saying we travelled on an exceedingly hot day (114 degrees), and the open top deck makes it difficult to fully cool an interior space. That said, side ventilation is non-existent, so the only circulation seems to come from the very front and perhaps the back. Avoid on very hot days.
Susan Libbrecht
Big bus tours is a wonderful and convenient way to see the cities. Beneficial before going exploring especially. I would’ve given five stars, however, I was not very happy with the functionality of the app while in Las Vegas. I stayed at a hotel that was currently not on the route because of construction and that was not communicated to me. Therefore, I spent three hours looking for a stop. However, I did call the big bus tour office and the ladies there were more than willing to help me find the nearest stop.
Will use Big Bus Tours again.
Kira Hewitt
My husband and I really enjoyed this tour. Our tour guide and driver Roger and Michael were great. Very knowledgeable and occasionally he would say my husbands name which we told him at the beginning of the tour which made us feel included.
Darlene Martinez
Melissa was both knowledgeable, interactive and funny. We had a great time. We went early and brought our kids but make sure to get to the bathroom before. And a friendly tip . . . Sit on the right side of the bus.
denetta harris
I absolutely loved my night bus tour. Randy was friendly and very funny and informative. I highly recommend doing this tour. Quick suggestion is to get there an hour early if you want to sit at the top. Happy I did.
RoyalMutch
This tour was the best part of our honeymoon trip to Vegas. Our tour guide T and driver Chris were very informative and patient with all questions, made sure everyone was safe and was able to see everything possible (Mirage light show&Volcano show). It was a very pleasant experience.
Adriana Diaz
Make sure to get your tour from Edith G.! She is super funny and able to hear her clearly despite the windy weather. Really great tour.
Zoey K
It was my first time experienced the big bus tour. The guides were very knowledgeable, and the view was great. It was great way to see the las vegas in very short amount of time. Only two things I disliked were the location of bus stop and the weather. I had hard time finding the bus stop every time I tried to hop-on. Ask for the map first! And, it was end of Feb., there was cold wind blowing entire day, and I was freezing. It is better to have some extra jacket and mittens if anyone travels during the winter or early spring time.
David Soules
Tour host was great! It was a bit cold the day we went but still a fun way to see Vegas.
Gina Trombino
It was just fabulous all the way around and Bruce had us laughing we loved him so much!! He really made the trip!! This is the Northern New York sisters from Planet 13!! 😃 …
Carolyn Phillips
I thought the tour itself was wonderful! It was a great way to see the city highlights and hear some of the city's history. The only negative is that we were in Vegas May 21st thru May 25th. It was unseasonally cold and windy. We sat in the interior of the bus. The bus window had some type of " screen" film which made for horrible pictures. When we switched buses for the 2nd part of the tour the bus we got on did not have the "screen ".Much more conducive for photo opportunities.
MARIA Ramos
My husband and I took the tour hoping we could hop on and off at several locations unfortunately that was not the case.. The stops were very limited and the tour was not entertaining at all. You did not get what you paid for. In all honesty it was not worth the money.
Kia W
Philly here! And we must say Big Bruce was DOPE! The knowledge he given during our tour was amazing to learn. We left talking as if we was locals of Vegas. He was even more helpful with the time of the shows on when to ride the high roller. The type of connection him and the driver has also was amazing. Keep up the great work. Hope to visit soon and tour again.
Kayla Fletcher
Nino was our tour guide on the first part & he was amazing! Not only did he know the history of the city but he also told us about some cheap spots in the city to get inexpensive food options and souvenirs. The second part of the tour was not as good as the first part. The tour guide was very loud and it was a lot of times where it was dead silence. All in all it was a good experience and I would just recommend Nino when you go.
Mamma Sparkles
We only had two days to spend in the Las Vegas area. We wanted to experience the lights of Vegas Strip, so we took the Big Bus Night Tour on 6/07/2018. It was one of the best experiences we had on our vacation. Not only did we get to see the lights and famous sights of the Vegas Strip, we also got to experience the Ceasar Palace volcano eruption and the Bellagio fountains dance! I want to especially thank our driver, David, and tour guide, Suzy, for their consideration in making our tour one of our most memorable.
Gloria Young
Hop on and off tour was great
C T
I highly recommend this tour. The tour guide and bus driver were awesome. I've been to Vegas several times and learned things I had no idea about. I really enjoyed it.
KmanKool
Our driver, Randy was entertaining and gave us a deep history of the Strip. Phenomenal!
They will tell you that the bus is going to be about 40 minutes but expect closer to an hour.
Monica Clark
First, let me get the bad out of the way. We did the night tour. We were told to wait at the pickup location early so that we could get good seats. My husband and I waited for almost an hour at this bus location. Come to find out we were at the wrong location. If the nice officer on the bike didn't direct us to the right location, we would have missed the tour. When we did get to the right location the bus was 35 mins late which was understandable because we where in Vegas during the Mayweather vs McGregor fight. Our tour guide Gloria was awesome! She was very knowledgeable of the city. The driver was amazing! She has a unique name so, I'm not going to attempt to spell it but she was super friendly. Overall, I would recommend the tour.
Brenda N
Took the 3 hour night tour down the strip. Was a great night but got pretty breezy. The person conducting the tour was very friendly and knowledgeable and the driver and ticket guy was good too. It was a Saturday night and the place was hopping very exciting to see but too much smoke for me in the casinos. The bus tour was great though.
Terry Radant
Good way to get around Las Vegas without having to walk everywhere plus you get a Las Vegas history lesson the whole time you ride. It drops you off at most of the major casinos and will drop you off at Fremont street with pick ups every 30 minutes from every place they drop you off. Very friendly drivers and guides would suggest this to anybody and will use this bus service again everytime I go back to Vegas
Paul Coghlan
We did the night tour in late September 2016. The instructions on their flyer on where to meet the bus are really poor, so be prepared to ask some locals for help. The pick up point is on the on Linq Lane, about 200 metres east of the strip. It's near "Point 10" on their tour map but about 100 metres south. We asked the High Roller valet parking guys who pointed us exactly to the spot. Other than that we had a great time and our host Kevin was awesome; we all reckon he is Will Ferrell's brother. It was a great tour and heaps of good information, history and fun, with our driver timing the Mirage Volcano perfectly for us. Be aware, Fremont Street can be a bit risque; we had our 14 year old daughter and son with us and we saw their eyes bulge at some of the sights!! Overall, I'd recommend the tour to friends and tell them to do it on an evening Kevin is hosting!!
Daniel Barnett
This was our first experience with a hop on hop off tour, and it definitely gets busy as the day goes on. Depending on traffic, the pickup times are every 30-40 min. Vicki our tour guide was awesome and very helpful. Thanks Vicki!
Kirsten Skow
First: Definitely check GroupOn to see if there are Big Bus deals! We got our tickets at 30% off.
Second: Get the Big Bus app. It's super easy to use and they've got a system they're testing that GPS tracks the buses. It doesn't update super often, but it's great to get an idea of where they are.
We got one-day passes and left from Excalibur. If you are purchasing with something like GroupOn, the employees with Big Bus will be able to print your ticket out right from the GroupOn app on your phone.
Our first tour guide was Michael, who was fabulous. He knows so much about the area and relates it back to his very interesting life.
The beauty of Big Bus really is the hop-on hop-off system. We were able to get off at Bally's and go have some lunch at Mon Ami Gabi (fabulous) and then wander down to the LINQ and the High Roller to catch the bus on the "blue line" that takes you downtown (this is also the one stop that the red and blue lines overlap so you can jump from one to the other).
I can't remember the name of our second tour guide, but I think his last name was Simmons, and he said he was from Chicago. He was hilarious! Great entertainment on the way to downtown.
We hopped off at the Mob Museum, which was great. Takes a while to go through, so consider that if you are wanting to catch the Big Bus back to the strip after.
The only negative experience we had on this tour was catching the bus again after the Mob Museum. The street that the stop is actually on was closed for a show and shine, but the sign for Big Bus was still on that street with no employee in sight or in the hotel it is outside of. We eventually asked security at the spot they had blocked the road and they let us know the bus would pick us up in front of the Mob Museum. It was a confusing experience that I think could have been handled better by the company by letting people know about this change when getting off at that stop or making contact information more accessible through their app or website (I have yet to find a phone number or anything like that, but I stopped looking once we got the info from security). We waved the bus down, so I can't say whether or where it would have stopped if we hadn't.
Our tour guide for the second half of the blue route was the odd one out of the four. He was sort of surly and actually complained to another customer on the bus about a man who hadn't tipped him.
Our last tour guide was Bruce (for the last part of the red line) who was incredibly friendly and engaging. If you want to see the strip lit up without doing the night tour, definitely catch the red line close to the end of their service for the day. We had the pleasure of being two of only four people on the bus with Bruce, so he had more of a chance to answer questions and personalize our experience. He was a fantastic note to end the experience on.
Just a few tips if you're doing one of these tours:
Not every bus has a cover over the roof seats of the bus, so bring a hat or sunscreen or whatever.
If you want to do more than a few things on the routes, plan to get a pass that's for more than one day. We were on the first bus of the day, got off for lunch and walked a few blocks to the next stop, and then we got off again to do the mob museum. Just doing that, we were on the second last bus out of the downtown route and I think it linked us up with the last bus doing the red route. If we had wanted to do some shopping or wander Fremont Street, we definitely would have had to either catch a different method of transportation back to our hotel or have done it on a second day.
The tour guides each have their own approach to the job and different methods of keeping you interested and entertained. Show your appreciation with a tip!
Big Bus is definitely a great way to see the new and old hotels and sights of Las Vegas and learn all about it along the way. I definitely recommend it, even if there are no coupons or discounts available.
Harmoniah Carter
Amazing tour. The guider was a female and she was sooo hilarious and familiar with things to show off. We loved her personality. Would definitely do it again
Lori Ann
Loved it!! Randy was our tour guide and he did a great job. I wish I would have booked this at the beginning of our Vegas trip because he gave us all the go to Sights and hot restaurants, so it would have been Beneficial To us at the start to give us enough time to hit the hot spots. It was affordable and a great experience. This was one you couldn’t see the entire stripe by walking and they stop to let you take pictures of the Vegas sign. I would recommend over and over again.
Ashley Rose Ford
I love taking Big Bus tours everytime its in a city I'm visiting, usually in the beginning of a trip to get an idea of places to visit. This trip we ended up not being able to take the bus tour until the day of our flight home. Timing is everything! Ira was our guide and so informative as well as hilarious. Amy our driver (who was the birthday girl the day of our tour 3/3/2020) was a doll and an awesome driver. We've all been cracking up and reminiscing about the ride and would definitely do it on our next trip. Would highly recommend in any city you have the opportunity to take one.

Good overview of Las Vegas’ points of interest
Kathy Campbell
Had a 2 day ticket, First day not so good, second day had Roger as tour guide. He was fantastic. Knowledgeable and interesting! I decided to stay on the bus and do the whole tour, not risking another tour guide!
Jose Cruz
Had a great time. It was a bus tour mixed with a comedy show. Are guide Adams interaction with the crowd was superb, very informative and entertaining. And shout out to our driver Lisa as well. A must do while in Las Vegas.
Joacim Lara
Check the times for every activity in las vegas due to covid. I was planning on riding the bus Wednesday but was only working Thursday thru Monday. Luckily I had the vegas pass so I was able to arrange my plans with no problem. I didn't visit tbh but it appeared as if I did so might be as well warn people about that lol hope I saved you from my misfortune
Autumn Bates
Big Bus Bruce was funny and very informative, the driver, Carlos, was a great driver. I definitely recommend this company if you want a good tour of the city. I learned a lot about the history of Vegas. 10/10
Cookie Lusche
Delightful tour to see city sights and learn about Vegas. It is amazing to see all the new innovative construction MSG sphere Resorts World Circa You can stay onboard for the 8 stops or hop off and next bus about an hour Advance reservations required and masks
DMc
Opportunity to explore all of Vegas versus walking or driving. Make sure to ask for a brochure. I didn't and missed out on a couple of places I wanted to hop off and check out. Overall loved it and well worth it!
Kim Jones
This was great to do. We got to see a lot and learn about the area. The only thing that could've made it better, is if they sold cold water on it (hint, hint). Nicole was a great tour guide. We were dying of thirst, but didn't want to get off and miss anything.😊 …
Rebecca F
Loved the experience -- driver and tour guide dud a great job but so did the ticket handlers.
Linda Patterson
Great ride, informative guide 👍 …
C
Enjoyed this tour of Vegas on Saturday night especially our guide Carlos making it a funny night. Not sure if that was his name but did a great job giving us all the things Vegas had to offer. Couldn't
keep my eyes off of the scene. Thanks Carlos and driver!
Snig Somana
A great way to see the city and learn about it. The guides share a lot of good information about the city. I went on both the Day and Night tour and both were good. The Hop-On Hop-Off option is great! Shout out to Big Bus Bruce (Night Tour).

BIG green-light for our guide, "Big Bus Bruce."
Big Bus Bruce has a colorful view of sin city and is candid about his personal experiences at hotels, shows, areas of Las Vegas, and what other tours to see and not to see.
I totally agree with other reviews regarding:
1.) "Big Bus is a 'little' run down"
Heat didn't stop Big Bus Bruce from rolling right along even when his microphone finally went on strike.
2.)"Big Bus NEEDS to offer water"
It was 118 degrees in Vegas when we decided to jump on. We were not prepared with enough water for the Big Bus to be EVEN HOTTER. My husband compared the "breeze," from the bus moving, to a blow dryer. Big Bus should sell bottles of water or work with local vendors to be at certain Big Bus stops.
Nothing could have tasted better than the bottle of water we begged for after we tipped Big Bus Bruce $10 for his imparted interpretation of the strip.
Abc
Tour guides were great, bus is well maintained & tour is everything they promised it will be.
Didi Dinova
We took the big bus last week and we had fun with Jessie! (Sorry if i spell your name wrong:) .. We were there the whole day so we hop on and off on a busses with other tour guides but she was the best of all! Very funny and professional! About the big bus - a good gooddd way to see Las Vegas!
john taylor
My first time on big bus was great! Rodger was funny and very informative. He really kept the atmosphere on the bus fun! I would definitely do another tour and would highly suggest Rodger as a tour guide!
Justin
Melissa gave a great tour! We actually rode two complete tours just for her commentary. Captured some great photos as well.
Mike W
The night tour is the way to go with these guys. Rodger was our awesome guide and he was very knowledgeable and passionate about his city of Las Vegas. Amy was our driver and she was great too.
robert reid
Looking at all the bad reviews where you on the right bus, We had a great time all our guides were fantastic plenty of room on buses and were all on time and for being to hot your in Vegas on a open top bus.
First class BIG THANK YOU FROM US
Tahir Kamran
We enjoyed bus ride on 08 October 2017 in Las Vegas. This is a feed back for one of the agents whom we met on Linq Promenade. His name is Tommy and what a fab individual. Tommy guided us about the trip, how to get ticket from location nearer our hotel, how to park car to make most of our trip and when we told him that bus did not go to Las Vegas sign due to the incident there earlier, he offered us a free ride next day so that we could have enjoyed pictures. If we had time, I would have seen him again and offered a coffee/drink as reciprocal gesture.
Shail Brahmbhatt
Randy and Michael took us to the night tour and Oh boy Randy is funny guy or atleast he try to be one.
And Michael tried to get us to places at the perfect time like Volcano or the fountains. I would highly recommend using it on your first day if you are a Vegas virgins.
rainie taylor
Rodger was the most awesome guide! It was my first time on big bus and he was great! It was so neat getting to see downtown and being told what everything was a cool places to go! If I go again I def want Rodger as my guide!!
Audrey Farnsworth
Terrible experience. There was an ad-hoc translator in spanish which ruined the English explanation. She shouted, the guide did not consider that there were people on the bus who did not speak Spanish nor wanted shouting for over an hour. We got off the bus before the tour ended as we we were going deaf!
Martha Mock
Great night and beautiful sights. Our guide was knowledgeable and sometimes funny. Believe he should stick to the rules and when 30+ of us show on time shouldn't have to circle the block for those way late.
Christopher Prokop
Great tour to discover the city. Pricey but still a good idea.

I do not remember the staff names but the guys working the last shift (Circus Circus and Excalibur on 18 july 18) help my family out by providing support for my son who was in a wheel chair and making sure we were dropped off at the right desination even thou we did not board in the particular location previously. (We boarded the bus at Circus Circus and the staff ensured we switched buses to Excalibur to be closer to our hotel) They were very helpful, kind, friendly, and caring in every step of the way. Thank you!

Driver is great and the guy up top knows what he’s talking about but just to keep it 100% with you guys he’s a or he just has naturally terrible responses and comments to anything besides the tour
Michele G
Great way to start our trip and get inside tips on places to see and eat. Should not have to wear a mask on top outside of bus in 100 degree heat.

This was a blast! After walking every day all over, it was a pleasure to sit in the open air and hear tales of old and new LasVegas. We loved the driver and the guide. Do this tour!!!
Joshua Borem
Some tour guides kinda suck but when you get a crappy one just hop off and you'll get a different one next bus. ***Overall this is a good way to see the sights, get entertained and educated, and have unlimited transportation around Las Vegas. *** Ray was my favorite of the 5-6 we had.
Thomas McClellan
Take the night tour its a great experience and if you lucky enough you'll get a chance to see the volcano at the Mirage from the upper deck.
Kristian Sweezer
Wonderful experience!! A must do in Vegas ! There was a wonderful lady work brown or blonde hair giving the tour! She did a wonderful job!
Keith Price
Tour guides amazing and very knowledgeable. Had a great time. I would recommend if it is your first time in Las Vegas to do this tour. Very helpful in getting to know the city.

Great way to visit a city. I’ve done it in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne and had a great experience. Vegas was no different. A good way to learn about a city in a short amount of time.

I did the night tour with Tour Guide Randy and driver chris. They were absolutely amazing. Randy really made tour special, he is super funny and knows alot of history and interesting facts on the city, the restaurants and the history. I would definitely recommend taking the night tour and requesting randy and chris!!

Guide Vicki and driver Derrick were great, friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Enjoyed the tour and would go again.
Ashley Baker
The company was not ready to accommodate the crowd and had to call for another bus and I definitely suggest not taking the tour at night, as the traffic on the strip is congested and takes away a lot of your time. The tour itself was good
S Carlisle
Make sure you plan enough time. To go through completely on the whole tour it is a couple of hours with all the stops. Fun and guides are amazing!!
Brandi House
I thought it would be more sustenance in the ride. The driver and guide were friendly. The heat ! Please offer water or something because I thought I was gonna pass out
Thomas Hayhurst
We had a great expirence and fun with the tour guide Melissa. We were on the trip 3 times.
Derek Giles
Had a good time, cheeper then a taxi and Lyft/Uber. get some history and a little entertainment. The first guy I can't remember his name but he knew the history like it was his own life, really appreciated that. Then there was Bruce, Hi illinois here! Thanks for making us laugh and keeping us entertained. Would recommend for first timers.

You will enjoy, experience and see more of the strip if you walk. Had we knew the strip wasn't that long we could have save a lot from bus tickets. Instead of waiting for bus to come you might as well walk and get to the next stop faster. Then catch Uber if you want to go to downtown for Fremont or Outlet shopping North.
Therese Conlon
Just want to thank Randy for doing an excellent job with the history of Las Vegas. Your humor made the tour really fun! I got mad at my husband for not tipping you directly and putting it in the tip container! Lol
Joseph Doohan
Great way to see Las Vegas. The bus can be slow as there is no regular pick up times at most stops so you could be waiting 30-50 minutes before the bus arrives at your stop.
Maria Gonzalez
Guide Edith was great@
Johanna Garcia
Besides the heat from Vegas, our night trip was fun. Alex was well knowledgeable and entertaining, making the ride fun.

Rock Wilson
Pretty good but when we needed to "hop on" to get to a show they told us they couldn't have a bus there for quite a while. Made us run late. Seems unorganized and shoddily run. But it is a good way to get from place to place.
Donna Patterson
It was a great experience to view Vegas without waking. Amy and Alex were GREAT.
Mozi Rajaei
We tried the bus on Las Vegas. Staff were very nice abd professional. Everything was on time and a great experience.
