From the time they picked us up at the hotel till we left the aircraft it was nothing but first class and professionalism. Bill our pilot was very outgoing and went the extra mile to make sure our flight was comfortable. As an aviator myself he is an excellent pilot very safe. I highly recommend five star helicopter and we look forward to doing another ride with them again

We had a great time doing this tour. All the staff were very friendly from checking in with April to getting our photos taken to the briefing room personnel to the traffic enforcers to the amazing pilot named Capt Jimmy! They also offered free bottled water and champagne upon check-in. That was definitely nice. As mentioned, photos are available for purchase. It was one of the cheapest I had to pay for photos while in Vegas. Worth it! There was a brief prior to getting on the helicopter for safety precautions and such. If you get a chance to do this tour, go for it and you will not regret it. It is an experience I will forever remember. It was breathtaking to see the Strip (Las Vegas/Paradise) and Fremont Street and other surrounding areas from above. PS. They do not allow anything else onboard but your phone. So if you want to give tip to the pilot, make sure you have that money in your pocket.

Hands down the coolest thing I’ve ever done! Our pilot, Ray, was absolutely fantastic. He was extremely personable, knowledgeable, fun and caring. He knew I was nervous and checked in with me (and the others) every step of the way. He definitely provided us with the experience of a lifetime. If you’re considering taking a helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon, which I highly suggest you do, do yourself a favor and ask for Ray to be your pilot; you won’t be disappointed.

We loved our flight over the Grand Canyon and Las Vegas strip early this afternoon (4/21/2022)! It was beautiful and the pilot was knowledgeable and gave us tons of facts about certain things/places we saw. They have complimentary water and champagne. Everyone was nice. I’ll remember this trip.

Mr. Mad dog is quite frankly the best of the best. The tour was the best I have ever experienced. His energy is so vibrant and fun, me and my best friend never sat in silence unless we were taking in the views (or in shock from the cool info he explained to us). His humor and sarcasm matched so well and he is so experienced (was in Marines and has been flying helicopters for years). The flight was smooth as butter he knows how to say the right things to calm you down if you have any nerves. He is also close with all the natives from the reserve and brings them snacks and is just the most down to earth, caring person. He all so gives good hugs 😎 #bestie #maddog4pres

JORDAN!!! BEST EXPERIENCE EVER, we did the Grand Canyon helicopter tour. Our pilot Jordan went above and beyond (bonus points for being cute too). He was incredibly knowledgeable about everything from the history of the area to all the formations around us on our ride. Helicopters are the superior flying car and you will agree after a ride with 5Star!

Simply outstanding. The views were spectacular and our pilot Chris was extremely knowledgeable about the tour, terrian, and history of the area. The helo was AC, clean and very comfortable. Yesterday we had our helicopter flight to the Grand Canyon with VIP access to the skywalk, what more can I say than AMAZING !!!. We were picked up from our hotel by 5 star helicopters promptly at the arranged time, taken to their offices and checked in and given a safety video to watch before boarding our Helicopter, our Pilot Manny was great, he gave us lots of information as we were flying over the designated landmarks, the views of the Grand Canyon were breathtaking and the skywalk was a must do, it was an amazing day all round. 5 star Helicopters and all staff were amazing. 5-Star went above and beyond from the minute we were picked up right through our full flight and tour. Top notch equipment and a VIP experience start to finish... this tour is not one to compromise on just to save a few bucks. The price was very fair given the quality of their service. They went out of their way to make our Anniversary special and did the same for another couple as well. Our pilot was professional and precise, while still being very friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the area. We were admittedly nervous to start, but with 5-Star we were quickly at ease and enjoyed every minute. Will definitely use again and recommend to our friends /family

My husband and I did the GRAND CANYON AND VALLEY OF FIRE HELICOPTER CHAMPAGNE LANDING TOUR. It’s well worth the money!! Our pilot Tannin was amazing! He narrated the tour very well and we had a very smooth ride. The aerial views of the Grand Canyon, lake Meade, and Hoover damn are breathtaking. Landing in the valley of fire was great. We got beautiful pictures and the champagne and cold drinks was an added plus on a very hot desert day. We also loved being picked up in the Mercedes sprinter bus. Everything was top notch. Once in a lifetime experience for sure. FYI please don’t lie About your weight when you book because they will weigh you when you get there but won’t announce it

To see the Grand Canyon was a life long dream, I was surprised by my daughter with this amazing adventure. It is truly hard to put into words how Epic this was. I was able to tour the Grand Canyon!!! It was about a 45 min ride to the Grand Canyon from Las Vegas, we were traveling at about 120MPH. It was my first time in a helicopter. What an experience!!! I did get sick but I was kind enough to wait until we landed and go to the restroom to vomit. :/ lol... It is kind of like a motion sickness, I have a weak stomach and I tend to get car sick if I try to read in a moving car, which is kind of the same experience. However it was definitely worth it!!! The pilot was humorous, kind, and informative! I was able to capture some really great pictures and obtain an incredible memory! We flew 15 miles INTO the Grand Canyon, (not above it but actually in the Canyon itself.) On the way back we were able to catch the sunset and arrive back into Las Vegas as the lights are turning on and the skies are turning off! Moments when you project genuine laughs and real smiles are moments I hold dearly. I am so blessed and grateful for such an experience. Now that I know what it feels like to ride a Helicopter maybe I'll be more prepared and not get sick for the next experience. I Highly recommend doing the Grand Canyon Tour!!! I forgot my Pilots name unfortunately, I would love to give him his recognition, However I do remember Bettina being such thoughtful and friendly customer service, she really contributed to my experience! Far and away the best money I’ve ever spent! Mike (“Mad Dog”) Davis; our pilot, made the tour unforgettable and special in a way that could never be matched. We booked the the ATV/helicopter combo tour and they were both great. We've been on several atv/razor excursions but Dillon made this tour the best one for us so far. I have to give a huge thank you to Ryan for allowing me to borrow his coat to keep me warm and dry for this cold and rainy tour. Our helicopter pilot Ray was really fun and informative. One of the must do attractions in Vegas. You get to see the entire city night view. It's approximately 10 to 12m ride. They do offer hotel transportation if you choose the package. Our Lady pilot, doesn't remember her name, was too good.

Flight was awesome but the drive back we had to go 15 mins away from strip to return somone to their hotel.which definitely put a damper on our wvening. Also the customer service people on phone where rude and not good.

I'll cut to the chase, the pilot Jimmy Long made this tour for me. Not only.was he funny more importantly he's a safe and great pilot. The reason I have 3 stars is the long drive to the site due to all the stops at hotels to pick up people. Also the long wait at the facility before the flight. Not much to do there. Sure they give you 1 champagne and water but not much else to do then after. The flight itself to me was to short. Should have been 20 min rather than 13 min. I would have enjoyed Jimmy's humor and flight skills for longer period of time. The bus was clean and the driver was great, so was the counter staff. On the way back to drop us off it was incredibly hot and the AC on the bus was not working, wait times and flight time were too short.Total time for a 13 min flight from pick up to drop off was 3 hours. Saying all this I can still recommend this company.

Have zero regrets booking this tour. It was my first time out west and we were in Vegas for a work event so didn’t have a ton of extra time. This tour made seeing the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam possible in a half day. The communication from the company was excellent with multiple check in calls to be sure we knew where in our hotel to be and when for pickup. Pickup and drop off were seamless. Upon arrival, we were offered refreshments and waited in a air conditioned building. Our pilot was excellent, very knowledgeable and gave great facts about the area throughout the flight. When we landed at the Grand Canyon, we had a private entrance we went through bypassing a huge line of people who were outside in the heat waiting on buses (have to say I felt pretty fabulous being escorted past all of those people off the air strip) . We went straight to our private shuttle and straight to the canyon (van had ac but it didn’t work that great so this was a pretty toasty ride but was only maybe 10 min drive). The less positive - We did share the helicopter with 2 other couples. Everyone was seated based on weight and the people who got to sit up front definitely had the best view and leg room. That said you can see from all seats. If you are tall and big, it is not the comfiest flight as space is limited. My husband is 6’ 220 lbs and he was snug in his seat. The helicopter is also very warm (it has AC but it still was probably 80+ degrees inside). Our trip was first week of June.

Fabulous helicopter ride with Tyler. Everyone was so professional from the driver Gerald who picked us up to Gloria, who checked us in. We took the champagne landing tour, and loved the champagne toast in the valley of fire. Everyone in our group was so nice and the views were spectacular. I highly recommend this package!! We did the 7am tour of the Canyon and then kayaked in the afternoon. Im mot a morning person, but it was SO worth it. Our pilot, Mad-dog, made the ride informative and awe-inspiring. I've never seen the Grand Canyon like that...and now feel like I hadn't before seen it at all! It was an eye/mind-opening and all-around 'wow' ride. Ask for him if you can!! The kayaking was great too and an awesome way to get off the strip for the day and see the surrounding nature. Worth it, but not as much as the helicopter ride with Mad-dog.

Took the Grand Canyon tour that did not stop and touch the ground, this was our first helicopter ride and we really enjoyed it. We saw the Hoover dam on our way and the pilot did amazing telling us about the area around us. Was a very good flight and worked perfect with a busy schedule. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 was because the attendant at the counter made us believe we could not take photos of the helicopter or in front of it, that we had to purchase their photo, but we were able to take our own photos outside after the tour.

We booked a sunset grand canyon helicopter ride. We paid extra for a private SUV to pick us up from our hotel and return us at the end of the trip. Firstly the lady that collected us from the hotel was amazing, really friendly and made us feel extremely welcome. It was a different story when we arrived at 5 star, the receptionist was miserable and didn't seem interested in helping us at all. The pilot was lovely, she made the trip great. Unfortunately we were allocated the worst seats in the helicopter, my partner is 6'5 and was allocated the only seats with no leg space so it was extremely uncomfortable. When we arrived back from the tour we were told that we did not have a private SUV to take us back to the hotel. When we questioned this (given that we had paid an additional 200 for this) we were met with a very rude and aggressive woman who told us "this is the deal, you are going in that minivan", we requested a refund for the private car that we booked and again was met with a very rude and aggressive response. In the end after much displeasure of the woman she agreed to find us a SUV to take us back to the hotel. All in all a really nice trip was ruined by a shocking and rude woman. I wouldn't reccomend given that it was supposed to be a luxury tour at a high price!

Had an awesome time flying over vegas on a night tour. Got some pretty good pictures. Our pilot, Jimmy, was hilarious and made the flight that much more better. The staff inside were nice and courteous. Lila was super cool and helpful with the setup and finish. We went during covid restrictions and the place was very clean and we didnt have any issues or worries. Would definitely go again.

My friends and I took a night helicopter ride around Las Vegas. The reason for losing a star was the shuttle service. It was a Mercedes Sprinter Van, but the air conditioning did not work. Since we were in the van for 45 minutes in the 90+ degree evening, this started the experience off poorly. Also, the night flight specifically is less than 15 minutes, but it was worth seeing the city from 1,000 feet above ground.

Our wedding on the beach and reception in Carlsbad, California, was canceled due to Covid 19 in May 2020. So, my fiancé and I planned a Vegas wedding when they re-opened in June. We decided to go with 5 Star Helicopter wedding. I called Laila and she immediately started putting our wedding together for June 23. Laila and Janine were so amazing at planning our private helicopter wedding. Everything was perfect from the private shuttle pick up at our hotel, to the gorgeous roses bouquet, champagne toast and photo shoot. Our helicopter pilot was super friendly with a great sense of humor. The Las Vegas strip at night was breathtaking. Laila, our wedding planner and officiant was professional and made sure everything was perfect. The wedding vows Laila said were so romantic, touching and special. Lastly, we thought the photos were so beautiful. Janine was the best photographer. All in all, this was a cherished and special night. 5 Star Helicopter Weddings are fabulous and we highly recommend them to anyone who wants a memorable and stress free wedding. 5 Star employees from the driver, to the wedding planner/photographer to the pilot deserve a huge ovation. My boyfriend and I vacationed to Las Vegas in late March and last minute decided to try to find a helicopter tour to the Grand Canyon. We attempted to book with several places and all were full. Our last call was made to 5 star tours and they were beyond accommodating. They weren’t going to let us leave Vegas without the tour we wanted. They hooked us up with a Grand Canyon/Valley of Fire tour that exceeded our expectations. We had the absolute pleasure of having Austin as our pilot. Austin was absolutely amazing. He engaged in conversation the entire trip and really made the trip outstanding. His knowledge of the area, willingness to let us ask questions, and humor were out of this world! He also took the time to ensure we got some really awesome photos! We could not have asked for a better pilot and experience. If you are ever in Vegas check out 5 star helicopter tours...and say Hi to Austin! 🙂 10/10 recommend this company!

Safety first !!! our first flight was cancel because of the high wind in the afternoon. It was disapointing but the wright call. They gave us the choice to get a full reund or to do our fight the next day. So the next day the driver came and drove us to the airport. We where welcome with champagne and met with Bill, our pilote for the day. I was honestly scared but he made me feel safe from the start. He was realy entertaining and open to question. He made the experience so fun that I'm now looking to get my license. Special thanks to Bob, our driver on the first day. He gave us a lot of great suggestion on where to spend our evening in Vegas.

This was my first time flying in a helicopter and it was a blast! I couldn’t stop laughing! The pilot was very nice and made the flight fun and made me feel at ease with his lighthearted jokes and pointing different places out around town. The staff was very kind as well with smiles and great customer service. Now the shuttle bus does have different stops and you do have to wait BUT it was so worth it! You can’t just jump on a helicopter and go. This company makes sure you are 100% safe and the weight of passengers plays out properly so you will be grouped up with people that will balance out the helicopter. Drink your free champagne and just enjoy yourself! The lights of the strip are amazing and I’d go again in a heartbeat!! Thank you for such a great time!

We cannot say enough about this trip! The company's administrative staff started off on the right foot with us by calling us to let us know because of a heat warning, that we would need to change the time of our flight. They suggested we try the sunset tour with Champagne toast. We opted for that option (at an additional cost). They gave us the information about where and when we would be picked up at our hotel and what we could expect when we arrived. Once there we checked in and offered a cold drink. Then we met our pilot, Mike. Let me tell you, when someone loves their job, it shows and makes such a difference in the experience you have as the guest. Mike was knowledgeable not just about the grand canyon but about the native tribes of the area and about geology of the area. I'm not sure what we were expecting as far as cheesy commentary, but that couldn't have been further from what we got. Mike made us laugh and his sound track gave us chills. To say we had a great experience would be a vast understatement. Thank you Mike, Carey, Kelvin and everyone else at 5-star Helicopter Tours!! You made the last day of our trip one to remember.

We did the dinner and Vegas strip tour. Great food at Pampas and the flight was perfect! Carey was our shuttle driver from the strip and and he was an excellent ambassador for the company, giving us a great first impression and making us feel welcome. He also helped vector me in to catch the shuttle when we couldn't find the pick-up location. So i dont usually write reviews but this was truly a once in a lifetime experience. Me and my brother took the Grand Canyon helicopter ride. It was great and my man “mike/mad dog”(the pilot) was truly the greatest. Along the tour i got a little sick from motion sickness so he put some calming music he talked to us about some of the amazing facts about the canyon and after 5 min i felt completely better.(Thank god) I suggest taking a medicine for wooziness. I also suggest you recommend mike as your pilot. Thanks Mad Dog! PS. Ask for seats 1- 4

May 10, 2021 Mother’s Day weekend. My husband decided to surprise me with a trip to Las Vegas for my Birthday/ Mother’s Day. He had been looking at a helicopter tour and we came across 5 Star. It was amazing from beginning to end. The company picked us up at our hotel in a Mercedes Van and drove us to the location. There at the location was a nice office and souvenir shop. The staff there were friendly and polite offering water. Our pilot came to greet us. His name was Mike aka Mad Dog. He was a blast from go. His humor put us at ease with our adventure. Mike is very knowledgeable of the area and has over 10k flight hours. We felt safe with him. While inflight he made sure to engage everyone to ensure we were each having a great time. The information Mike shared with us about the area and the Grand Canyon was very informative as well as interesting. We had an amazing time on the fight. We were the last flight of the day so we got the bonus of flying over Las Vegas to land at the FBO there. Can’t describe in words how much we enjoyed our flight and Mike Mad Dog was the perfect pilot. Take the flight and ask for Mike you won’t regret it.

We took the sunset tour and it was absolutely INCREDIBLE! Highly recommend Briac as your pilot as he was outstanding! The shuttle picked us up from our condo and took us to the place of take off. We then boarded the helicopter and took flight through the Grand Canyon seeing breath taking views. The best part was landing in the valley of fire to watch the sunset with champagne, beer, or just water! Afterward we flew threw Vegas allowing us to also see the strip at sunset. At first I was very nervous, but this is something I would 10/10 do again! Definitely would upgrade to the sunset tour!

He shares wonderful knowledge about the Canyon as he flies you through it, as well as giving you the best possible camera angles for the perfect shot for Instagram. Not only does he verbally guide you through the story of the Canyon during the flight - but you stop in the valley of fire for photos, and he has the ability to get THE PERFECT panorama photo of you, the chopper and the red rock in the background. My wife was very nervous (due to anxiety of heights) before the flight, and during takeoff - but Mad Dog engaged with her, let her know where the winds were coming from, what they were going to do to the aircraft, and how we can expect the aircraft to move. My husband and I along with our lifelong friends came to Vegas and wanted to see the Grand Canyon. We were told that the only real way to do that is in a helicopter and they were absolutely correct. Starting with Joseph (our most excellent and friendly) driver who picked us up at our hotel to Gloria who met us and got us all checked in and even made us look good in our photoshoot, to our pilot, Ray. After our safety check, we were given the best history lesson I ever had (and enjoyed). Ray's delivery of amazing facts and stories made our trip that much more enjoyable-learned a lot about the construction Hoover Dam and Lake Meade, the Indians, early settlers/explorers, mines, and the miners. Such a great experience. Ride to and from the Grand Canyon was breath taking. We started with a little mix up with limo pickup times however they apologized multiple times and made it up on the rest of the experience. I highly recommend seeing the Grand Canyon this way. The Brazilian steak house that comes with the package is not the best but it’s all you can eat.Me and my fiancé got the front seat right next to the pilot which was awesome but if your in the back of the helicopter you will be squished in shoulder to shoulder with other people lol .If you plan on getting a ride back to your hotel from them,be prepared to wait at least a hour for pick up.Other then that I would go again.

I had the pleasure of taking my first helicopter ride on 5 Star and I was very impressed. The waiting area is very upscale and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I enjoyed a glass of champagne to help calm my nerves. After the orientation we were escorted on the tarmac to a beautiful helicopter. Leather seats and wood floors were a welcome luxury. This was an amazing experience that I would highly recommend to anyone that wants to see the Grand Canyon. We did the extended Grand Canyon tour and it was worth the money. We were lucky enough to be in the front of the helicopter (which I believe was the best view) so if possible ask for that! I don't think that I would be worth it if you were stuck in the middle in the back. The helicopter holds 6 passengers and was a little warm. Our pilot, Vincent Carter was super friendly and pointed out many things that I wouldn't have otherwise noticed.

He made it interasting, and fun for sure we will come back and ask for him to be our pilot the ride was about 1hr and 15 min, the vegas strip flight at night was an amazing view but it was only like 5 mins ride... and the personel just made everything boring, they just made us feel not wanting to come back,,,, they suck..... This was the first time for my husband and I and we were very nervous, and when we got on and I happened to get the honor of a front row seat right next to the pilot I thought I was gonna faint, but the pilot Jim was AWESOME. He knew I was scared buy took the opportunity to help me face my fears by making jokes and even slightly tilting the helicopter so I could open my eyes and look 😅. It was a PHENOMENAL experience and recommended 5 star tours to everyone!

Amazing experience! Our group signed up for a tour over the strip at night. A very nice shuttle picked us up from our hotel and brought us to the airport, where we were greeted with glasses of champagne to sip while we waited for our flight. WE HAD A BLAST!! Family of 5 with a screaming toddler but Layla and the lady at the register was so nice to us. They checked us in and got us out to the helicopter within minutes. The guys who guided us thru the whole process were patient and clear with what they wanted us to do. And Jimmy the pilot was funny and kind to my toddler. We went on the Grand Canyon / Hoover Dam tour. It was amazing. There are no bad seats and Gehrig (Our Pilot) was awesome. Truly and amazing experience. There are some bad reviews for 5 Star but those reviewers should be clear that they were on the 10 minute Vegas strip tour which only goes one way up the street. The 5 and 6 seats might be a little constrained on views as the strip is on your left but this is not the case on the longer GC tours as the pilot does everything he can to make sure everyone gets greats views and pictures.

I had to reach out to confirm the pick-up time on the day of... pick-up at hotel went smoothly... check-in easy, free water... this is where 2-3 star rating comes from: waiting room crowded and HOT! Tour was 10-13min at best... not enough time to release the nervousness and enjoy. 1-2star: wait for ride back to hotel... almost 45min!

We booked the dinner and flight deal. Dinner at Pampas was great. Things they don’t tell you when you book: 1. The “limo” is a black party bus with limited AC. 2. If you don’t bring the credit card used to book, they refuse to fly you unless you pay again. 3. You may wait an hour or two while other groups are flying. 4. It may take an hour or two to get you back to your hotel depending on traffic. 5. After dinner they will pick you up at miracle mile valet down the escalators from shoe palace. Do not go to Planet Hollywood valet. Overall an average experience.

Went on the helicopter tour of the Grand Canyon. It was a fantastic bucket list item that I hadn’t even imagined would be on my bucket list. I am terrified of heights so I made sure to sit in the middle in back on the way there but the way back sat in front and was more relaxed once I knew what to expect. The pilots are all great and obviously love their job. Only annoying part was that seats are tight when you have heavier Americans that take up more space. The space is obviously limited but it was a wonderful trip despite feeling anxious the whole time about the heights. The view from helicopter seemed quite open from any vantage point. Even when I was in the back seat I still was able to have a good view.

Amazing! Had the best/nervous time of my life. They walk you through everything you need to know to stay safe and not in trouble. It is a quick ride around and over the strip. You can see all of Vegas! Our pilot was very informative, giving us ideas on where to go next, explaining new and old buildings, and even putting a few tilts in there for better views. The last thing you get to see before landing is Allegiant Stadium, which is really neat to see from above...as well as inside. Take off and landing were a breeze. I was worried about my motion sickness, but not once did I feel ill. We made the mistake of walking there, since it wasn't far from our hotel. Do not do this. You are off the strip, away from everyone, it's dark, and doesn't always have a sidewalk. Drive of Uber if you can.

To start off, the helicopter tour itself was amazing! Alex was an amazing pilot, he was informative, funny and made the experience worth going again on the next visit. The staff at the building were great too. Everyone had a sense of humor and professionalism! Now the downside. The rides to and from sucked. Plan to be stuck in the van (not a limo) for at least an hour both ways. The drivers while they try to be friendly drive like they dont care about anything. More than once they ran red lights, drove thru stop signs and made sure to slam on the breaks last minute. Not to mention they like to blast old school rap like it's the party bus. I will definitely do the flight itself again but would recommend driving yourself.

Tour was great and tour guide was friendly and knowledgeable. However, it appeared very little attention was given to either safety or COVID protocols. Other than issuing waist-worn inflatable vests, we were simply asked if we watched the safety video running on a loop in the lobby. Despite several of us saying we hadn’t, no safety measures were covered. Regarding COVID concerns, we were told to wear masks, but there was no indication of sanitizing procedures before or after our flight, as I noticed other providers emphasized. But like I said, it was a fun flight.

By far the BEST heli tour you could choose to see the canyon and hover Dam! The staff are wonderful especially the Driver and Pilot. Providing full pick up and drop of to any hotel on the strip. If you can...request for "jimmy" as your as he us an absolute personality! he really made our flight worth it and has an abundance data base of information in his head about the places you will fly over. the drivers are also very nice and pleasent plus you also receive complimentary drinks while waiting for your flight and on landing back again. If you are unsure of which deal to take i would suggest taking the "EXTENDED TOUR" for a few dollars extra you really get to enjoy the full potential and flight time of the tour. Please be kind and be sure to Tip the Pilot and Drivers as they really do go that extra mile to make your trip an Amazing one! 5 Stars all around!!

I booked the night flight over the LV strip with my girlfriend. We were picked up by a limousine at our hotel. The driver was such a nice and funny guy. We enjoyed the limo ride very much. We drove to the heliport and were welcomed by the friendly staff. The served us a glass of champagne and we took place on a couch in a well decorated waiting room. We received the instructions professionally. After a short period of waiting, we could enter the helicopter. The pilot was very kind to us and the view over Vegas made us speechless. The pilot explained everything excellently. We could hear typical Las Vegas music via our head phones (like Viva Las Vegas by Elvis etc.) After we took a huge amount of photos and videos we landed safely and were escorted to the waiting room to receive a picture of us in a souvenir book. After that we were dropped at our hotel again by the limousine. We really enjoyed this. And we want to thank again the fantastic staff: the limousine driver, the staff at the service desk, the photographer, the pilot and of course the employes, that escorted us to the heli and gave us the safety instructions.

Absolutely amazing!!!! My BF gifted this to me for my 30 b-day and I have to say it made the trip for us! The pilot was so friendly and made the trip 5 STARS. The view was breathtaking and gives you a whole new perspective on VEGAS! Something I will remember for a lifetime. The pilot and views of Vegas made it 5 STARS! Now, why did I give it 4 stars... Its wonderful they pick you up from your hotel BUT they don't tell you about the 3 other stops they need to make! It took us over 1 hour and 15 min to finally get to the destination. Not only all the stops but the location of the facility is further away. The driver was so scary as a driver we almost got in 2 accidents and he slammed on the breaks so we didn't hit a car in front of us. Now once at the facility... We walk in and were told to go check in at the front desk, the staff was busy chit chatting that they apparently didn't see a group of 12 of us standing right in front of them. After 5 min of just waiting for someone to make eye contact and greet us they ask us to sit while they call up groups! Terrible service at this point. Once checked in they offer champagne which is a nice touch. They give you a few minute safety instructions and your on your way! Now the drive back to hotel/restaurants... The shuttle then takes you back, they drove down the road for about 10 min before the driver noticed she left a person at the facility. SOOO back we went, no problem for us but the poor lady! After 1 hour again we finally got back to our hotel. They make stops for people who paid for the restaurant portion after (2 total stops) then they take the rest to their hotels (2 more stops) now back to out hotel MGM. Honestly this was the worst part took a total of 3 hours for a 13 min helicopter ride! If you choose this place I would say forget the shuttle what a waste of time!!! Buy a Lyft or Uber or cab, trust me you'll be thankful. (If they allow you to do that). Thanks to the pilot and views of Vegas that made this trip amazing! I would post pictures but I don't want to spoil it, you have to see it with your own eyes. Pictures don't do a justice.

Everything was awesome like the actual tour itself. The only problem we had was the guy giving us instructions told us one thing while we were inside and then changed it while he was walking with the first group outside and didn't tell us anything so we try to follow his directions and then we get yelled at. He wanted to get mouthy by saying "we are in charge" as if we are trying to do stuff ourselves. The guy can't even follow his own directions then yells at you for not following his new directions he never told you so overall it was good except for that. The pilot was funny and the other staff was nice.

This was an amazing experience for my fiancé and I. This was our second marriage so we wanted to do something unique ( without the 4 kids!) Laila was our wedding coordinator as well as our officiant. The package we got was able to be modified because we wanted photos but no liquor or flowers. The limo driver was early and very nice. We had a photo shoot with Janine and she also took photos in the helicopter. Sterling was our pilot and the ride was smooth and breathtaking. Everything was very organized but also relaxing at the same time. We are already talking about renewing our vows with this group, maybe at Hoover Dam. Perfect experience!! Very well-organised. A great experience all facilitated in a nice, friendly way. Definitely a must-do. Only downside is I wish the flight were a little longer. I would pay more for a longer flight as from where I was sitting, I couldn't get pictures of some things like the Stratosphere.
