Jess from Vic’s Vacations did an amazing job planning our vacation to Cancun in October! We had never traveled out of the country (the other couple had been multiple times) and she knew exactly how to make all four of us feel at ease with our trip. Words cannot express how helpful Vic was in planning our honeymoon to Italy. Throughout the entire process she was extremely thoughtful, responsive and knowledgable to make our trip one we will never forget. She coordinated all of our plane/train tickets, private transfers, daily excursions/site seeing trips, all in which exceeded expectations. She even helped to rectify changes that happened to our flight schedules and checked into our flights for us when we were having trouble doing it ourselves while abroad. We reached out to Katie with Vic’s Vacstions to book our Minimoon following our wedding, we had a strict budget in mind and no real direction to help her other than we knew we didn’t want a cruise because that’s how we were used to traveling. Katie asked us some questions about how we liked to travel, what we enjoyed doing, and what we valued most— that of course being amazing food, fun adventures, and beautiful landscapes. She presented us with Hotel Xcaret Arte, an all-inclusive resort with over 8 adventure park options, multiple Michelin Star Restaurants, and beautiful views around every corner— all within our budget. We were excited for the trip, but having never been to an all inclusive resort, we weren’t sure what exactly to expect. To say we were BLOWN AWAY, is an understatement! Katie KILLED IT with this one— we found ourselves saying the whole week “Katie outdid herself!” and “How did she know us SO well?!” We felt so prepared for our trip because of her organization, knowledge, and skill set— she had answers to all our questions and left us with no surprises or questions at all. I would recommend Katie to ANYONE looking to travel and will NEVER travel without her ever again. I can not say enough good things about Katie and her services and look forward to many more travels with her by our virtual side!

Vic organized our honeymoon to Greece- Santorini, Mykonos and Athens in October 2022. Prior to the trip, inquiring about the trip, budget, expectations, etc were very easy to communicate about. A beautiful itinerary was provided. Payment was easy to make. Documents we were provided leading up to the trip were very detail inclusive, left little to question especially if you are someone who is traveling out of the country and/or Europe for the first time. Once we took off, the trip was as seamless as it could be! We had a lot of moving parts including hopping islands, time change, weather, etc and any hurdles that presented themselves, both Vic and the local travel agent were exceptionally helpful as well as quick and easy to communicate with. Vic uses an app to keep your itinerary all in one place and I really liked using that instead of carrying paper around. I was extremely grateful we had an agent for this trip as I am typically someone who plans trips by myself, but the added layer of support was needed and appreciated. I most definitely will be reaching out to Vic for future travels and I recommend utilizing her services! Great bang for your buck in my opinion!!

Vic is the absolute best!!!! We worked with her on our trip to Mexico over Christmas. She took all the stress out of planning a trip. She presented us with several options, and found us the most amazing resort! The week we traveled happened to be like the worst travel week of the year. So many flights were getting canceled and delayed. We got our flights canceled going and coming home, but I just called Vic and she took care of it for us. We will never travel internationally without her again!!!

We collaborated with Vic prior to our honeymoon (which took place in the heat of Covid). We gave her a budget and a few ideas - she made sure to stay within our budget and didn't present any ideas that weren't possible for us. She made the entire process of traveling to another Country during Covid easy and fun. She made sure we knew exactly what we needed to enter/leave the Country and provided us with moral support when necessary. When booking our flights, she accidently booked our flights a day later than planned. On her dime, she corrected her mistake to ensure we were getting the full travel days of our planned honeymoon. Our first stop was a very romantic, local hotel and our second stop was a Sandals (which I was not a fan of when we arrived). I texted Vic and asked what our options were. She was on the phone with Sandals within minutes to find out what our options were. We were able to switch to a different Sandals property near by and our Honeymoon turned out to be the best trip ever!! You will not be disappointed with Vic. Customer service is her main priority and your questions will always be answered. We will definitely use her for all of our future travel plans. Thanks for being amazing!!

Vic is THE best! I had never traveled to an all-inclusive resort anywhere and had no clue where to begin. Vic immediately took me on and helped me chose the best location for my requirements and then did ALL of the behind the scenes work. My boyfriend and I were able to show up on the day of our flight and have our itinerary for transportation, check-in, COVID requirements and everything in between already planned out thanks to Vic. I found Vic’s vacations through a blogger that had recommended her on Instagram!! Me and my fiancé had recently gotten engaged and I immediately followed her page and reached out in hopes of her helping us plan our honeymoon! We had no idea where we wanted to go but we knew we wanted somewhere tropical and an amazing destination! She responded so quick to our inquiry and had given us multiple honeymoon options with different price points- and all the little details laid out for us! It was the best decision I made and now I will not go on another big vacation without her. First, we decided to go on a trip last minute when I had time between school sessions. Vic was so sweet and put together the best vacation we have had in such a short time. I find booking vacations to be very stressful so it was sooo nice to be able to have someone else do all the work! She sent us 3 great options along with a personal YouTube video on each which I thought was very unique! After booking, she was always available to answer any questions leading up to the trip. Vica Vacations does not disappoint! This was my second time booking with she is always on point. I asked her in January for a good time to head to Magic Kingdom in the coming months. She got right back with me with hotel and pricing based on lowest price and best travel dates for lower crowds. We went in February and had a blast! I booked the trip for my 4-year-old daughter and myself. Victoria took into account my daughters age and interest and came up with a great "plan" for us. Victoria is always so helpful. From answering silly questions, I could have probably googled to just sending reminders. Also, she was able to add an extra night last minute when we decided to head to Orlando earlier than expected. Our resort was nice enough to upgrade us to a better quality hotel when our hotel ended up having to cancel our room due to a water issue. With the help of Victoria knowing what to ask for and what "better" hotel to accept,we got a very nice upgrade to an even better, more fantastic hotel! Without Victoria, I would NOT have known what to ask for or would have settled with something I wasn't very happy with. However, having a travel planner on my side was a huge help! We have used Vic to plan a family Disney trip and then an anniversary trip to Sandals in St. Lucia. And we are currently using her for another family Disney trip and another Sandals getaway in a few years. Needless to say, we wouldn’t turn to anyone else for travel needs.
