Mandy did a wonderful job planning our vacation to Bora Bora! It was so convenient to have a pro handle all the multi-leg travel arrangements so that we weren't stressed about how to put that together. All of our travel documents and itinerary were made easily accessible too. She had helpful recommendations on where to stay, things to do, and how much money to budget for food and activities, which were all very much appreciated. Our trip went so smoothly! We'd highly recommend using Mandy as a travel advisor!

Mandy was thorough and vigilant when scheduling our trip to Orlando's Universal Resort as well as shifting gears when the COVID shutdowns and changes began to occur. She was communicative and incredibly helpful, keeping us updated on the changes to our flights and hotel, as well as collecting all the necessary information needed for a successful trip. She even checked on us a day into our trip to see how things were going - such wonderful customer care! We won't plan another major trip without engaging her, and neither should you. I have been working with Travel Advisor Mandy Horn for several months now regarding my family's vacation plans and itinerary to various locations. She has always provided exceptional service. Most recently, she helped me with travel plans to the beautiful island of San Lucia (as my wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary). As always, Mandy provided us with vast information that helped us narrow down our choice of resorts (we went with the Sandals Halcyon Beach location). She also kept us very informed (really kind of held our hands through the whole process) regarding COVID19 requirements before leaving the U.S. and what to expect on the way back (testing was done at the resort). As much of the required testing and documentation required very quick turnaround time, Mandy helped relieve our anxiety by providing us step-by-step instructions (for San Lucia's COVID19 requirements for tourists). Her recommendation of resorts, excursions, and special events (we opted for an in-island tour (with a mud bath experience) and also a candlelight dinner on the beach) helped make for a fun, memorable experience. Mandy has always provided that personal touch, going out of her way to ensure my vacation plans are well thought out and enjoyable. Because of this, she has solidified her standing as the only Travel Advisor I need. I highly recommend her to other travelers. You will not be disappointed.

Mandy planned every detail of our honeymoon to Jamaica. Unsure of where we wanted to go, Mandy outlined several places that met our criteria. Every option was in our budget range, and she sent a very detailed video/email outlining the pros and cons of each one. The Air Force took our kids and grandkids to Okinawa Japan, so, of course we had to go! But, trying to figure out all of the options for booking flights that would take us halfway around the world was overwhelming. Mandy booked a great itinerary for us that met all of our requests for timing, type of fare, etc. I knew nothing about the airline company (ANA) that Mandy chose, but we were really blown away by their outstanding customer service and comfortable airplanes. Mandy provided so many tips for us about traveling to Asia where the time difference was 14 hours off from ours, and we were very thankful. We hope to use Mandy again in planning another trip to Okinawa. And we probably wouldn’t change a thing! Believe me, you would never regret using Mandy’s excellent services and expertise.

Recently, we planned two trips one to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic and the second to Europe. Mandy was our savior! She always got back to us via email very promptly with suggestions and seeking every way to make our trips stress free. Especially when it came to our Euro trip, we didn’t know what we were getting into and Mandy gave us a variety of flight options, hotels that were ideal to our lifestyle and suggestions on transit. Needless to say, Mandy Horn, with the Traveling Compass, was an answer to prayer. Not only did she listen to my thousands of questions, but she did an amazing job of organizing everything for us. From the hotel, to the park tickets, to the flow of each and every day at the parks. She picked the right fastpasses for our family and her knowledge was indescribable. I just came off a weeks vacation at The Port Orleans French Quarter Disney World.It was booked and all plans arranged by my professional and knowledgeable Travel Agent Mandy Horn from Global Dream Vacation and it was definitely one of the most seamless processes.
