We booked a Disney trip instead of gifts for the kids for Christmas. Our flight out was canceled. Our agent was very proactive about helping us navigate the challenges we faced to help us have the best trip. She updated our travel plans on the ground when we decided to drive and checked on us during our drive there and once we arrived to be sure everything was going smoothly.

We booked with Will and Nikki Gott through their CruiseOne business. Nikki is always upbeat and friendly. She willingly answered any questions we had throughout the booking and planning process with positivity and grace. We cruised for a 5-night Holland America Caribbean cruise and had a fabulous time. The atmosphere of the ship was definitely more subdued that a Carnival Cruise, but that is more our speed anyway. The crew we dealt with were very friendly and helpful when we needed it. The food was really good, except for our gluten free travel companions. They had a bit of a difficult time figuring out what was gluten free and what wasn't with not a lot of gluten free options to choose from. But overall, we really had fun. The shore excursion to Monkeyland in the Dominican Republic was fun and we really enjoyed the clear waters and beach of the Bahamas.

Steve has been our travel agent for several years. He is Outstanding! He has the most up to date information regarding our cruise. If he doesn't know..he finds out..quickly. he always responds to us the same day..sometimes within the hour! He has gone the extra mile..spending hours on the phone sometimes..trying to get us the best deal.or answer questions for us. You never have to worry about a thing when you have him as your TA. He has got you covered!

Excellent service - always very prompt in returning emails when we had questions or requested changes. Friendly and easy to work with - highly recommend! We had a first hand comparison with another agency when the cruise line had major changes to our original itinerary. Our traveling companions had booked with someone else and took almost 2 weeks to straighten out while Nikki had our new itinerary rebooked the next day!

Jennifer from Cruise One | Magnified Vacations was an OUTSTANDING guide for our cruise. We are relatively inexperienced travelers, yet Jennifer's guidance gave us complete confidence throughout the entire process. This was the first time we used a travel agent, but 1) it did not cost us anything extra to use Jennifer's services, and 2) Jennifer was open about the entire process even before we agreed to use her as an agent. Jennifer found us a great value and - true to her word - when the price dropped, she was able to pass the savings on to us! Jennifer was super responsive to text, calls, or FB messages, and she followed up with us all the way onto the ship to make sure nothing (weather, delays, COVID) could ruin our 20th year anniversary trip! Her experience with different cruise lines, ports of calls, and excursions was detailed enough for us to learn what to expect, how to plan, and which "extras" were worth paying for. We will definitely be using Jennifer again for future trips! (And after the wonderful experience we had with this cruise, there will definitely be future trips in our future!) Stephanie at Magnified Vacations helped us find the best deal for our family to visit Walt Disney World in Florida over Fall Break. She researched various options for us and let us choose what we preferred. She was able to get us preferred adjoining rooms at Pop Century Resort. We decided it was the best accommodations we have had at Disney! We have been multiple other times at different resorts that we had reserved ourselves, but this trip was the best.

Our recent trip to Cancun that he helped us set up was one of the best vacations we'd every had. I met Nikki Gott one of the owners at a luncheon I was hosting. I had recently moved to the area and didn't have a travel agent. My husband and I travel often. I liked Nikki and gave her a call and told her what I was looking for. Within several hours she sent me several options and by the end of the weekend I booked a trip. Her and her husband had been very responsive and checked in with us all the way until the day before we left. Once on our trip we experienced some issues with our resort. I sent a email to Nikki and she responded right away. Her and her husband spent several hours trying to get our issue taking care of. The resort was not cooperative. No fault of the Gotts. When we returned from our trip we came back to a card and a gift card from them apologizing for the issue. (Again this was something not I. Their scope or control). They are still working with the resort to try and do something for us. I found this to be amazing customer service and I will he singing their praises to everyone be I come across!

Will Gott did a wonderful job helping my wife and I plan our trip to Alaska next year. We told him what we wanted to see and mentioned important details to us. He planned everything else, gave us three options to choose from and explained the differences between each. After some Q&A, and some reading about each option, we quickly narrowed our three options down to one. We gave Will some priorities and he prepared our final itinerary, complete with price, which was very comparable with preliminary information. A close friend died unexpectedly on a Wednesday. I found out the next day that the wake and funeral were on Friday and Saturday. I really thought that I was going to get raked over the coals by the airlines because I was booking a flight at the last minute, but needed to book a flight right away regardless. I remember meeting Will Gott at a networking meeting and contacted him. Within an hour of calling, I had my flight booked at almost the same cost as if I had booked the flight weeks in advance. When Will asked me if I needed a rental car, I told him that I would and he made those arrangements as well. I couldn't have been more pleased with everything that Will Gott did for me and moving forward, I will always call him whenever I need to travel or to book a cruise. Will and Nikki Gott at Cruise One have been wonderful to work with. We have used them on numerous cruises over the past 8 years and have only had top notch customer service by them. They make planning a cruise easy, answer any questions regarding excursions or transportation, or any other questions we had. We had to reschedule a cruise due to one of us testing positive for covid 3 days prior to the cruise and they helped us navigate the cancelation and rescheduling process, even though there were some difficulties with the excursions being cancelled they handled all of the difficulties for us. I would highly recommend them for any future cruises and trips. They reply to our questions as soon as possible, even when they are overseas on a trip themselves.
