With the pandemic, a trip planned 2 1/2 years ago was cancelled. In May 2022 I received a call from EZ Travel Trips letting me know they did not forget me and I had a trip. Bottom line; when I called to pick a date and location the location I discussed with the sales person was no longer available. I called her and she told me she did not do reservations and gave me a direct line and she was sure the location was still on the list. I got online to do everything and found the location was gone. I then called the direct line and was give the runaround. I asked for my deposit back and the answer was no. I was not happy. I left a voice mail. Today I received a call from Katelyn responding to my voice mail. When I explained the situation she said she would inquire and get back to me. She called back 20 minutes later and told me they would honor my pick that was no longer on the list for the dates I originally had chosen. SHE DID A GREAT JOB TO ACCOMMODATE ME AND I AM NOW SET TO GO RATHER THAN FIGHT TO GET MY DEPOSIT. KATELYN DID A GREAT JOB HANDLING MY SITUATION AND HANDLED IT IN A PROFESSIONAL MANNER. HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS ARE PERFECT. THANKS KATELYN

I bought this trip 2 years ago during the pandemic for $400. It's a really good deal for your family and I get another trip once I go on my first trip. The team is awesome. Always getting back to me if I had any concern. I had reach out to the hotel I'm staying at and they had the wrong dates. I had to reach back out to EZ travels and they took care of the issue. Everything is set and me and my family are ready to travel to our destination this Friday. I really appreciate Katelyn and Deandrea for all their help.

My wife and I have been more than pleased with the customer service experience. Responsive, understanding, and a patient team. Our first trip was smooth and wonderful when we arrived at Orlando and stayed at an amazing resort. Friendly staff and easy to get to Disney World from our location. I definitely recommend Ez travel trip.

We purchased a trip package in May. Booked for Oct...then had to rebook in Sept. But found out that wouldn't work either, back to October!!!! Hated to rebook for a 3rd time, but Kaitlyn was super friendly, professional and made it work!! Again. So far so 😃👍...

When I got the call I could not believe it , the vacation package they offered me was too good to be true I thought for $698. When they told me they had Jamaica it was perfect because me and my wife have been talking about a trip to Jamaica for the past three years but could not afford it. EZ Travel Trips made it easier for me to make memories with my family. Danni was very helpful and he also was patient with me, I asked a lot of questions and he told me what he knew and if he did not know he went and got the answer for me and that is what I call going above and beyond. I highly recommend traveling with EZ travel trips they will really take care of you while saving you over 75% of what you would normally spend.

I never use someone or a company to plan my trips, but I was already stressed out about planning that "perfect trip" but with all the price hikes these days it seemed impossible. I took a chance here after reading some reviews and man were they right! I wanted to travel out of the country and I didn't think it would be possible, let alone this cheap. Even with the new strains I was still able to get a good deal for a trip to Jamaica. The people were super helpful and friendly and genuinely seem to care that I get the best experience possible, VERY RARE THESE DAYS. If you're someone who is trying to find an amazing deal, EZ Travel Trips gets the job done. Coming from someone who is skeptical about these kinds of companies, I don't regret my decision trusting EZ Travel Trips with my dream vacation to Jamaica.

I went out to the great Smokey Mountains on thanksgiving thanks to Ez travel trips ! Due to Covid I didn’t think it would be possible to take my family but I got just that plus more !! Three trips for only $698 I look forward to going the Dominican Republic with my husband in June

i cant wait to go to Hawaii. My husband & I have been saving for a year & when EZ Travel Trips called with this amazing deal i couldnt say no. we were expecting to spend at least 1000 per plane ticket & now we have plane tickets & our trip to hawaii for $698. highly recommend. ill sit through there tour to save all the money im saving & i get 3 trips for less then i was planning on spending on one

My vacation to the great smoky mountains was extravagant. I had an all inclusive vacation to Dominican Republic for 4 days and 3 nights plus a cruise for 8 days and 7 nights at an unbelievable price . This package is definitely worth more then the price they charge PLUS TWO ROUNDTRIP AIRFARE TICKETS !!!!

These guys called at exactly the right time i was going through a situation and they brought some excitement back into my life for the moment. Once i heard the price i couldnt believe it was true. Wanya was respectful and did a great job speaking to me and making everything clear to understand about the package. they even include Two round trip airfare tickets on the second vacation. Thats not even the best thing this package consists of THREE vacations for the price of one
