Jordan helped my husband and I find the perfect all inclusive resort in Mexico. We had to cancel and reschedule our original trip and they were there to navigate it all for us. Shayla Northcutt planned our entire 2 week Honeymoon in Italy and did an exceptional job. We gave her the cities we wanted to visit and a high level view of things we wanted to do (relaxation vs. sightseeing). From there she built a trip filled with amazing tours, cooking classes and winery visits. All of our transportation from airports, hotels and train stations was included which made inter-city travel super easy. The full breakdown of our trip she provided included day-by-day instructions, meeting times, tour details, walking routes, tickets and confirmation codes. Having this information neatly presented to us allowed us to focus solely on enjoying our honeymoon. During our trip, Shayla was extremely responsive when we had a few questions regarding our tours and trip home. Although I'm a hands on customer that likes to be involved in the planning process, it's nice to know they have our back when we run into issues like my brother-in-law mixing up weekends and almost missing the cruise. Shayla has visited so many resorts and she gives me an honest answer when I ask about staying at a particular resort. They send us all the paperwork for check in, international travel rules, documents, etc and follow up to make sure we don't have any questions before the trip.

Angela is the best! She has booked three vacations for us over the years and our most recent was a trip to Florida that went perfectly! She always listens to what you ask for and treats you like family. We were planning on only going for 4 days, so Angela priced it out and sent me a quote, and shortly afterwards she called me to let me know it was actually about $200 LESS to stay for 5 days. She also always picks the best hotel possible and we always feel so comfortable with her choices. Planning a vacation with this travel agency is always a dream because we don't have to do anything besides show up! 10/10 always

Our travel agent was Britney, and she was amazing! She made our honeymoon in Berlin, Germany, stress-free and the tours she included were so much fun. It was truly catered to our interests (history!) There was no issue whatsoever checking into the hotel, or even getting to the hotel as she had a car get us from the airport! Everything was taken care of for us, and we are so very thankful. Honesty is something I really appreciate as we leave everything to them. She made sure she covered everything according to my requirements. I wasn't able to make the trip because of some personal reasons but I absolutely advise to use her services. I had contacted travel agents and I was supposed to pay a fee even before they looked at my requirements. That is not the case with Northcutt. Angela Grigar is an amazing travel agent from booking to watching for and applying any discounts that may come after your booking to making sure the entire experience at the destination spot is excellent. Whether you’re going for a special occasion or to just relax she is extremely knowledgeable beyond any I’ve known. She knows the best resorts with all inclusive, all adults, family, wedding destinations, groups, etc. She has stayed on the phone for hours to make sure we got our refund when the cruise lines canceled all travel and never complained. She’s looked for different flights for return when ours got canceled by the airlines without any explanation. Angela seems most happy to know her clients are happy and makes sure you’re happy. My wife Chelsea and I had our honeymoon plans change 3 different times due to COVID and less than 2 months out from our wedding and supposed honeymoon we were left with no confidence that we had the time or possibility left to make a dream honeymoon come true! I'm not kidding when i say after just 1 phone call with Shayla everything changed. Within weeks we had a full itinerary of a week long trip in Cancun with excursions and air travel all figured out! We were given multiple price point options and had numerous contact at any time or day for even last seconds changes Chelsea and I made even a week before our trip! And to top it off the day before our wedding, Southwest flight times were changed from a 7am take off instead of the planned 3pm flight time for our honeymoon which was the next day and she spoke to the airlines and found a way to get us the correct flight back and we got points back in return! The stress relief we felt going into a the perfect honeymoon we didn't think was possible just 2 months ago is now a memory we will always cherish and cannot thank people like Shayla and Jordan who did everything they could to make this work for us enough! They 100% know what they are talking about from first hand experience and it shows. The hotel rooms we stayed in were so beautiful and the experiences we had were exactly what we hoped for! 2019 Florida /Universal trip was without a hitch thanks to Angela Grigar /NTA! Updating to add 2020 Keystone / Brackenridge /Denver: Yet again, amazing service & fun times were had thanks to the planning by Angela Grigar with Northcutt Travel (even through Covid-19). 2021 update: Vacationing our way through the holidays thanks to travel agent extraordinaire, Angela Grigar at NTA. So far we've done either 4th of July or birthday cruise to Mexico, 2019 Universal Florida and 2020 Thanksgiving in Colorado. This year we spooked it up a bit with A Halloween getaway to Fright Fest with accomodations at The Emily Morgan Hotel in San Antonio-currently ranked the 3rd most haunted hotel in the world and this trip though short was definitely worth it. The hotel is historic, so it lacks a few amenities like a mini fridge, but it absolutely makes up for it in history, hauntings and friendly staff. We finished our trip with Halloween day hike through The Natural Bridge Caverns (i mean really, what's Halloween without a visit to old bat caves?). Thanks again Angela & NTA for another perfectly planned, without a hitch vacation!

I can’t say enough about how amazing Hailey was as a travel agent. She helped a very diverse group of ladies plan a girls trip to Italy for 12 days and did an absolutely bang up job. She dealt with every hiccup we had along the way, assisted in planning, and was easy to contact and reach throughout the whole process. In fact when we had an issue with a train strike in Italy, she took care of it before we even really knew about the issue and had the problem solved well in advance so that our travel was never disrupted. We all had the best time traveling to Venice, Florence, Rome, and Positano and enjoyed each of our hotels, and the activities and schedules she assisted in creating. We had the perfect amount of scheduled and unscheduled time, and her idea of doing a few walking/food tours to get a quick lay of the land in the cities was one of the best ideas, as they truly were delightful.
