I called the Nigeria Visa Services office late in the afternoon on a Wednesday to make inquiry on how I could get a Nigerian Visa on arrival because my flight was departing on Friday at 6am (in roughly 48hours). I spoke to Jim and he told me that was cutting it too close and would be really challenging. However he dropped everything else he was doing and told me to bring my documents. I got it to him by 5pm on Wednesday. Jim did what he did best and I received my visa documentation by 6pm on Thursday. I was jumping and doing cartwheels. To say I was happy was an understatement. When I arrived in Lagos which was the true test, I had no problems with immigration and everything went smooth. I want to thank Jim and the Nigeria Visa Services for doing an awesome job in helping me procure a visa to Nigeria in about 24 hours. They did the impossible and did it with excellence, care, and integrity.

I was very skeptical at first, but reading the reviews on here, I decided to reach out to them. I told Mr Jim that I will be traveling in May and I need a visa for my son and an ETC for myself. It feels good to actually communicate with someone as well as hand them in your important documents and know that it’s in safe hands. Trying to do your visa on line with no communication and when you do call it’s the longest hold, which is really aggravating. It took only a couple of days for expedite. I found Nigeria Visa Services online while I was frantically looking to get an Emergency Travel Certificate (ETC). Before I called them, I called a few other services that did not answer their phone. I was a bit worried because I live in California and they are in Houston. They answered right away and texted me the information I needed. I also called them back for clarification and all my questions were answered. I sent the required documents and fees, and was told it would take 10-15 days to receive the ETC. My experience with Jim was flawless. I showed up with documents in hand just as he was closing up shop for the 4th of July holiday. I desperately needed a visa as I was going to be traveling internationally in a week's time. Very efficient. Our VISAS were ready in a week--wow. What a blessing. That being said, there is room for them to be more organized. The checklist of required items they sent me didn't mention I should bring proof of tickets and a letter from the host. I've done my own VISA applications in the past for Nigeria so I asked about that and they said "yes bring those." Also when I got there, they asked for proof of my bank statement--they never mentioned to bring that and they obtained the VISA without it. Overall, it is important to clearly communicate to customers what they need to bring. But overall an excellent service and I would recommend them to anyone. Much easier than doing the VISA process on your own and very fairly priced.
