I booked a 10-day West Coast tour with the Golden Bus Tours which turned out that we had to cancel it due to some visa problems. However, the manager and staff handled the matter professionally and fast. I really appreciate that the management, at last, agreed to reduce the cancellation fee from 50% to 25%. I will be sure to book a future West or East Coast tours again with them.

I took 5 days tour from New York to all East Coast with Goldenbustours and I want to share my review here. First of all they are very organized company, have a professional customer service team who handle all of my requirements. Second the tour itself was amazing and tour guide was helpful and knowleageable. Tour guide took care of all of us and explain everything in perfect way. Had a great time on my trip to Martha's Vineyard. I plan to go back on my own for a longer stay! The Breakers Mansion was beautiful (loved the ocean view from the patio) and also enjoyed the Essex train/boat ride. Trista was an excellent tour guide and kept everyone on schedule. The Red Roof Inn we stayed at was not fancy but was clean and confortable, perfect for a quick overnight stay!

Golden Bus Tours is good to take, especially if you are first time. There are always things to improve, because quality comes at a cost. But you will enjoy it. I did the tour on Christmas Day 2017. Avoid the Winter if possible.
