Can recommend this tour! Meg and the crew were super helpful, made sure everyone was staying hydrated and were having a good time. They provide all the snorkeling gear, which I saw some other charter groups did not (side-note: visit Snorkel Bobs before you go if you need prescription goggles).The area we went to seems a little crowded, there’s a lot of charters there, but it’s a popular spot. I saw a few turtles! Lots of fish. The crew was able to tell us about the turtles even while snorkeling, they seem to genuinely care which I appreciate.

This is a great tour! The boat ride is gorgeous and the crew was wonderful. Turtle canyon is a popular spot so there were lots of other tours there, but still plenty of space to spread out and the crew we're great about pointing out turtles so we all had plenty to look at. We got to see whales on the way back and the captain let us sit out and watch them for a good amount of time. Also highly recommend doing the picture package, we got some beautiful shots and videos!

This 2-hour excursion was awesome! Not only did we see more than a dozen turtles, we were accompanied by a pod of dolphins on the way out from the launch site. We enjoyed the smaller vessel (20 passenger max) because we got individual attention and weren’t crowded in the water. Captain Laura, Angelina, and Bain were expert, friendly, and cheerful. The snorkel gear was top-notch. My daughter and I felt safe and cared for. The juices and snacks were excellent. I can’t imagine a better turtle viewing experience!

This tour was awesome! Compared to the other groups that were boarding nearby, we were a really intimate group which I think made the experience much more enjoyable. We did the afternoon turtle canyon tour on a Sunday afternoon and I highly recommend it! Our captain Lorin, and the crew Taylor and Nicole were amazing. They were so knowledgeable and very friendly. I wish we had more time on the island because I would have loved to try some of their other tours.

What a great adventure! The boat was nice, the crew exceptionally up beat and helpful, and the equipment they provided was of good quality. The snorkeling was a blast and we saw sea turtles and a lot of fish. Priced very reasonably for what you get, it is definitely one to recommend!

Charter Oahu snorkel experience was so much fun. Captain Lorin took us to the coolest spot! Her boat driving made me feel totally at ease the whole way out to turtle canyon. We saw so many fish and turtles!! Everyone was super helpful and happy to do so. Great team and environment. I definitely recommend booking a snorkel tour with them, they are so much fun!

What a great charter tour, I had a fabulous time! The Captain and crew were amazing! They were very attentive to everyone making sure we were all having a great time. Great selection of drinks and snacks were provided. The snorkeling adventure was one of the best I've experienced with TONS of Turtles and Fish. There were even Dolphins we watched in the distance. This is a must on your list of things to do!

We had a fantastic tour with Charter Oahu. Our captain + guides were welcoming and very friendly, and led us through the process with ease. When we got out in the water, they directed us to high-interest areas. The snorkeling itself was amazing, the water was clear, there were plenty of fish, and also so many turtles! There were a couple other tour groups there as well but it didn't feel overly crowded, just some grouping near where the turtles were. Otherwise, we had snacks and some drinks on the boat, which were a welcome add-on. Would highly recommend to others!

We just did our turtle snorkel adventure today and it was one of the best experiences ever. From the boat and the many turtles we seen to the crew. These young ladies are super experienced and made you feel in good hands. Friendly and attentive. You can't miss this tour if you visit oahu!

This was the most awesome snorkeling experience, mostly because of the crew on the tour. There were lots of turtles and plenty of other fish to see. Hats off to our Captain, Lauren Its awesome to see women leading the tours. She is an excellent Captain. Shaleia(?) kept us all entertained and in the moment during the tour. Our photographer, Beth, did an awesome job keeping us all together and took some great pictures. Bain was a great help and very knowledgeable. Part of my party didn't snorkel, but the crew kept them engaged the entire time. 5 stars, you gotta try this! Highly recommend!

This was my first time snorkeling and I had an amazing time. The crew was fun and knowledgeable. I don’t know swimming so they provided me with extra floating equipment and made sure that I had a good time. One of the crew members named ‘Taylor’ really went above and beyond to make sure that I am enjoying the snorkeling as I was very scared of the ocean and she made sure about my safety and also made sure that I am having fun. I really appreciate nice and hard working people like her and hats off to her hard work and kindness.I was able to see beautiful fish, sea turtles, and much more. Overall, it was an exhilarating experience for me and I would highly recommend it!

Thanks to Meg, Shay and Bane for a great couple of hours. They were fun and we felt really well looked after. All equipment was provided, as well as drinks and snacks. I loved that they take smaller groups. Some other boats looked quite crowded! They kept us safe in the water and helped us find the turtles. Would definitely recommend

BOOK THIS CHARTER! Charter Oahu was an amazing experience, we saw so many turtles and colorful fish! Captain Lorin and the crew were a blast, the energy on the boat was awesome. Lorin and Beth did a great job explaining and guiding the group while keeping the energy going the whole time (the jokes were great). The intro to snorkel demo by Beth was helpful. Lorin took time to help make sure our masks were properly on and continued to check in on some of us that decided not to snorkel. The lifevests and float belts were comfortable and I felt secure, it was so relaxing. I really appreciate that Beth and Bain took us out in a group and continued to communicate to us where the turtles were, it was so helpful and nice to have an expert direct us where to go. I felt safe and secure the whole time. So grateful for such an awesome experience and the team at Charter Oahu, you can see the crew loves what they do and enjoy sharing good times with the entire boat. Shoutout to Captain Lorin and her awesome driving skills, she handled those swells like a champ (best boat ride I've been on in a LONG time).

There’s a reason these guys have a perfect score- they are genuinely good people trying to make sure the people on their boat get the best snorkel experience possible. They knew all the good spots and had plenty of tips and knowledge about aquatic life. Great for first timers as I was too. We were the lucky few who braved a bit of rain. The crew was fun and very professional. Top notch gear too. We got to Turtle canyon early and had it to ourselves for a bit. So many turtles! I recommend getting the video package and focus on taking it all in. On the way back we stopped to see a giant manta ray swim close to the surface.

This operation checked all the boxes. The boat is a perfect size and accommodates just over 20 people. This is important when snorkeling, to avoid huge crowds, which spook fish and turtles. Both Bethany (the guide) and captain Riley were very attentive and still gave us our space to do what we wanted. We are always apprehensive when taking tours like this, especially in really touristy locations. Most times the experience is diluted, to accommodate everyone from grandma to baby. Not the case here. While there were only a few people on the boat today with one guide, she said that when there are larger groups, they have more guides. One to spot turtles and one to watch people. We saw dolphins, plenty of turtles (Bethany worked hard to find them) and lots of fish. Worth noting— there were 5 or 6 larger boats (mainly catamarans) in turtle canyon. All had 30-50 people on them and they looked miserable and over crowded. We were so glad to have a mellow, much more private experience and we saw way more life underwater than the other boats.

Nice experience with Charter Oahu. Girls were super attentive and respectful. We get to see turtles, dolphins and whales on the way back. They had nice selection of chips and drinks. I would definitely recommend them. Nice job!

Charter Oahu was AMAZING! I can definitely say I had a memorable experience. The crew was quick to the point, genuine, and overall knew how to run the boat like badasses. When it came to the water, I felt safe and secure. We saw an array of fish, giant green sea turtles, and even sea urchins up close. The staff was highly accommodating, and my friends and I felt comfortable; they offered us drinks, snacks, and fresh-cut pineapple after the swim. So overall, I had a great time and would do it again! Highly Recommend:)

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! It was a great experience! The boat was very clean and nice. Shout out to Alex, Angelina, and Garrett!!! The crews were awesome - even though it was my first time snorkeling, they were very nice, patient, and thorough with instructions. I was able to spot a few turtles and even a sea urchin with their guide. They also served snacks, drinks, and freshly cut pineapples. Great service. Oh, and there is a photo package you could purchase, where you get nice pictures of your group in water, watching turtles, etc. A highlight of my trip in Hawaii!

We are so happy we booked with Oahu Charters to turtle canyon. The all-woman crew were wonderful and took the time to ensure everyone in the group had a great experience. The boat fits 20 people and that's enough to keep the personalized service. We snorkled for over an hour and saw a lot of turtles and other marine life on the reef. A first rate experience.

Amazing!!! Decided to sign up last minute for our last day of honeymoon trip and I’m so glad we did. Lorin, Shay, and Angelina were awesome at giving good directions on the snorkeling and leading us to turtles. Excited to get the photos back from Angelina too she’s a pro. Also everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly! The turtle canyon itself was also super cool. Saw 5 turtles right off the bat and the fish were really neat. Felt like swimming in an aquarium but better. I Would do it again and I highly recommend it!

Fantastic snorkel trip—would highly recommend! The boat was very clean and well cared for. We were specifically looking for a boat that had smaller tour capacity. Turtle Bay is a popular snorkel spot so gets crowded with people, but it was great to be in a smaller group. The crew was friendly, knowledgable and organized. We were able to see many turtles and so many different types of fish! Great selection of drinks and chips. It was the first snorkel experience for our teenagers and thanks to this great trip and crew, it won’t be the last!

Had a great time with Charter Oahu! They made things simple and easy- especially for first timers! If you're unsure how to navigate all the gear, they'll kindly help you out. They even had noodles for those who needed some extra help floating! "No shame in the noodle!" We had plenty of time to explore the Canyon and saw sooo many turtles!

Captain Lorin and Crew Garrett and Bethany were very knowledgeable about the ocean environment - both how to stay safe in the water and everything about the turtles and fish that we saw! Snorkeling with a variety of fish and turtles, what more could you want!? The entire Snorkel 1 crew was amazing. Seeing them work together was outstanding, from our captain Lorin, photographer Angelina, crew mates Chaleia and Bane, we felt safe at the waters. Wonderful snorkeling tour! They had multiple crew members in the water watching and taking great care of the snorkelers! One person in our group got seasick and they took wonderful care of them while the rest of us stayed in the water. They made sure that the older members of our party were well watched over and helped them get around. Also, the all female crew warmed my little feminist heart! Meghan was an awesome captain - the ride to Turtle Canyons was one of the smoothest boat rides I’ve ever been on. Sophia, Nicole, and Angelina were so friendly and wonderful. Emma, Alex, Meg and Angelina were an excellent crew for us first timers! We had not snorkelled before and also panicked a little in the water. My husband, his co worker and myself booked a sea turtle snorkeling adventure while visiting the island and it did not disappoint. The staff was extremely helpful and fun to be around. Very professional but fun at the same time. After snorkeling we were surprised with light snacks and drinks which was perfect for the short ride back to the marina. The fresh pineapple really hit the spot. We would 100% recommend this to anyone visiting!

I cannot recommend this tour enough! Captain Meg and her crew Beth and Alex were amazing guides. They made sure that our experience was safe, enjoyable, educational and most of all, fun. I am not all that comfortable swimming in the wide open ocean but their experience and knowledge put me at ease right away. We saw turtles, all kinds of fish and we even saw whales up close, once we got back on to the boat. Truly amazing. I came away with a greater appreciation of the ocean and all its residents. They did an amazing job! We have snorkeled a handful of times and they really wanted us all to see as much as we could. The photographer was an added bonus to the adventure! It was our sons first time and they made him comfortable with what to expect and what the plan was. Would do again!! I would have loved to have done a half day or a little longer if a trip to see more wild life but that’s just my personal preference.

We had a great time on the Turtle Canyon snorkel trip. We saw several turtles and lots of fish. Captain Loren was very informative. Both Angelina and Garrett were very helpful in leading us to the turtles and making sure we saw them. The snacks were refreshing after snorkeling. Beth was amazing with my wife and daughter and made sure even though it was their first time they were able to go out and see a turtle. An all-female crew that never fails to impress you! They offer an intimate snorkeling tour of twenty (20) people max. Many provide their snorkeling tour with 40 people max, which can get overwhelming quickly. We were promised turtles, and so turtles we saw. Alex dove first to spot the turtles, and then we went next. Angelina took lovely pictures, Taylor was accommodating, and Captain Meghan did a superb job. She even tried to bring us closer to the dolphins. At the end of the tour, everything was very organized, and they even lined up our slippers neatly. The tour started and ended on time. Snacks included! You can get free parking near the youth center (not sure what building that was) but quite a bit of a walk. I highly recommend this tour!

Alix and Lauren created the most incredible experience for us as we were able to snorkel with a dozen sea turtles and hundreds of tropical fish. Everything was done with the highest quality professionalism. Alix had majored in marine biology and had so much information to share. She dove to the bottom of the ocean several times to bring interesting things for us such as a sea urchin. Lauren was the captain of Snorkel 1 and did a fantastic job. The marathon brought us to Honolulu but this experience was a close second -- highly recommend!

Wow! I have snorkeled all my life and this was one of the best! Great amount of fish, many turtles and even 2 pods of dolphins passed under us. Our captain Meg saw the dolphins and informed our superb guide Bethany who took our 6 person guide to the area. Beth and Meg made the trip! Beth dove with my GoPro several times down to get great videos of the turtles. If you prefer small intimate snorkel tours, this is the one to book!

Such an amazing and friendly staff. We had Captain Lauren, Garrett and Angelina for the photographer. My wife and I really enjoyed the smaller group. There were only 8 of us total versus other boats we saw with 40 people on them. We went at 8am which was nice because we got there before most boats and before it got crowded. I would definitely recommend this crew!!

Amazing tour - especially if you want a bit more of an intimate / semi-private experience. Some of the other boat tours have way too many people, this is a smaller boat with a good crew to passenger ratio. They provide snacks and are extremely friendly. We of course, saw turtles, and well worth the trip. The timeline of approximately 2h was also the perfect amount of time. Thank you guys!

We had a great time snorkeling. Our guides were courteous and friendly. All gear is provided and in good condition. They offered drinks and fresh pineapple 🍍; which was delicious. We swam with numerous fish uncaring about us swimming around them. There are other groups there too so it was crowded; our guides did all they could to keep us separated and safe from people swimming over you. In an hour of water time, we did see and swim around 4 sea turtles. We had a good experience and would do it again with the kiddos.

Chelsea, Alex and Lauren were awesome. Very friendly and informative. We saw lots of turtles (big groups of fish also!) and my daughter even saw a baby turtle. We took the 8am boat and it was perfect. On the way to snorkel site, we saw a very large pod of dolphins “sleeping” and then another group swimming on the way back. Got a excellent video of two of them swimming alongside the front of boat.

Went on the snorkeling with Turtles excursion today with Captain Meg and Alex leading the tour. Absolutely loved the entire experience. Every aspect from booking on was handled expertly. THIS IS THE BEST!!! The crew was all female and THAT WAS AWESOME! My family was completely catered to, we got drinks and snacks and even fresh fruit!! The crew was friendly and passionate, they had so much experience and stories to tell. They made us feel comfortable and confident about our snorkel experience and OMG did we see the turtles!!! So many turtles, and lots of fish plus the reef oh my goodness the greatest experience! Beth and Angelina were such amazing guides and made sure we had the best experience! I’d recommend this tour to anyone!!! YOU WILL NOT REGET IT! Only thing I regret is I didn’t get a T-shirt :( so be sure to buy a T-shirt! Snorkel 1 is awesome!!

Had a great time with Captain Lorin and her crew (Shay, Bain, and Angelina - sorry if I misspelled names). They were all very patient with us as none of us had been snorkeling before. They made sure we were safe on the boat and in the water, and made sure we all got to see the turtles. They were so caring, too, with those in our party who got seasick. I would happily go out with them again.

I couldn’t recommend this trip enough, we arrived at 10:40 the trip started at 11. Before we left the captain Riley went over all the safety insurrections and told us what the trip entailed. It took about 10-15mins to get to turtle bay, the snorkel instructor Alex helped fit us for gear on the way and explained how to snorkel and what to do if we needed help. The boat probably fits about 20 or so people but there was only 6 of us on this trip. Once at turtle bay, Alex came into the water with us and helped us find the best places to see the wildlife, pointing out any sea turtles and such. She even took our camera and dove down pretty far to take a video of the sea turtles for us. On the way back Captain Riley drove closer to diamond head so they guest can take pictures on the boat with it in the background. We also had drinks, light snacks, and the most delicious fresh pineapple on the way back. I would gladly do this trip again.

We had the opportunity to snorkel Turtle Cove with Emma, Alex and Lorin! We had such a great time! The ladies were a wealth of knowledge, information and made us feel right at home on their vessel! They kept all attendants and turtles safe during the dive and ensured everyone had a GREAT time! We would 100% rebook with these ladies and this charter again!

Plenty of sea turtles to view, and our guides were excellent. We are so happy we chose a smaller boat that limited the number of guests to 20. Beth (Bethany) was such a good, knowledgeable, upbeat guide -- she kept us away from the hordes of other snorkelers on the many other boats and she really cared about the welfare of the turtles (the other boats didn't seem to care one bit about protecting them and giving them space). The only downside was the masses of other boats and snorkelers -- it was like being in Grand Central Station Oahu-style.

Definitely would recommend! Great staff that provided all the needed equipment (other groups in the water weren’t given flippers or high quality flotation devices i.e. they had pool floaties). Garrett entered the water with the group to make sure everything went smoothly and pointed out different fish. This is a family friendly experience. We took our 11 mo. old out with us and I stayed with her on the boat while my husband snorkeled. The staff was awesome with her.

Charter Oahu provided a great experience for my family and I. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and very helpful throughout the whole 2 hr experience. In the water they kept an eye on all our group and were always the first to spot more turtles. Although it was a choppy day they ensured we all remained safe and still had an excellent experience. Our party of five went on the turtle bay snorkeling. Loren, Alex, and Angelina were perfect hosts, and we saw amazing fish and turtles, and a bonus of dolphins swimming by. I went with my 3 daughters aged 6,6, 8. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The experience was awesome although I was initially scared. The girls had a blast and we got to see turtles, schools of fish and and octopus and dolphins. Would definitely recommend! Also the water initially was cold but you adjust and the you don’t even notice it!

DO THIS TRIP!!!! Absolutely amazing and very family friendly. You are able to explore around the boat by yourself and dive as much as you can to the ocean floor that’s about 15-20 feet below. They provide life preservers, goggles + snorkels, flipper things, and some snacks. We were lucky and saw some wale activity on the way and saw about 3-5 turtles along with tons of fish. Water is clear and sooooo much fun!

We (group of three consisting of myself, my wife and my brother spent an hour or so browsing different snorkel tours online, reading reviews etc. We decided to go with this one for 3 main reasons. 1. Price was reasonable 2. Group size was maxed at 20 (some other more expensive ones were 60-80 and above) 3. Reviews were great Things I liked after experiencing the tour 1. Price 2. Group size 3. Meg’s playlist (ROCK ON!) 4. Staff was super friendly and helpful (Meg, Ashley, and Beth were all phenomenal in every aspect of customer service, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone in the group had a great experience in and out of the water. They made sure everyone in the group got to see the turtles and were pointing them out at every possible sighting). At one point towards the end my wife started feeling sick and these girls went above and beyond to try to make her feel comfortable and accommodate her. She felt way better after they reassured her and gave her assistance. I cannot say enough about these three women giving us an awesome experience. 5. Awesome snacks and drinks (the fresh pineapple was incredible) 6. The time was just right (not too long and not too short) and they made use of every minute making sure we had enough time to see the fish and turtles. Cant say enough about these ladies! It was our second trip out to the turtles on charter oahu. We saw whales spouting, sea turtles, we got to touch an octopus that one of the hands from another snorkel boat had brought up from the bottom. We also saw a ray gliding gracefully across the ocean floor. WOW! A couple of the people in our party had problems and these gals picked right up on it, and helped them out. I booked the cruise at the last minute and was a little nervous, being unfamiliar with both the area and activity, esp with two kids. Capt Riley, Bethany and Mia made us feel very comfortable right away. They gave an easy to understand safety briefing and actively made sure kids’ gear fit properly. Once in the water, the girls helped guide everyone to the best area to view fish and spotted two turtles. Bethany even towed my daughter through the strong current to get a better look. Once back on the boat, they had water and fruit juice, chips and fresh pineapple. It was truly an awesome experience we will never forget. Highly recommend!

Awesome snorkel tour! We saw several turtles and a lot of fish. There were about 15 people on the boat (a lot smaller than some of the other tours). The crew was fun and nice. We looked around at some snorkeling options on Oahu, and Turtle Canyon seemed like the best: Hanauma Bay is super crowded, and the places on the north shore get too choppy in the fall/winter.

We had a short trip to Hawaii and did not book anything in advance luckily we found this excursion! Great price, perfect amount of time on the boat ride out and time in the water to snorkel. We saw several dolphins including a baby on the way out to snorkel. In the water we saw several turtles some on the bottom of the ocean floor and two coming to the surface for air that we were really close to. You could see all the details on their fins, it was pretty amazing. Light drinks and snacks on the boat ride, fresh pineapple was so good! The crew was super laid back and helped us through the snorkel. Would definitely recommend!

The all woman crew was awesome providing a relaxed snorkeling trip. We saw probably up to 10 turtles plus a variety of fish. We had adequate time to snorkel. The pleasant crew keep a very clean boat with good equipment. The added bonus of drinks and snacks were a nice touch. The boat being smaller is less crowded and easier to move around on. We observed some crowded catamarans that looked more like party boats. Seeing people cannonball off those boat rooftops didn’t go over well with many of us trying to snorkel among the natural surroundings. Fun is great, but wrong area for it.

Alix and Meg made our tour the best part of our trip. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and more lovely women to share it with. Meg was attentive and so patient with my mom and I who were nervous with our first time in open water. Alix was kind and made sure everything went smoothly with the group when snorkeling. The group setting is smaller on this tour and was perfect for our needs. They took the time to search for where we could see the most turtles and it paid off. My daughter and I went snorkeling with the Turtle Caynon Snorkeling team on Thursday, July 28th. They were friendly, helpful, respectful and fun. We got to see 10-12 turtles in the canyon. Caprina Meg and crew Emma, Alex and photographer Angelina did a great job. I am not a very strong swimmer but they provided all the necessary gear and were good about making everyone feel safe. Overall I would highly recommend, you will see lots of turtles and if you’re lucky you’ll see dolphins on the boat ride over or back. Can’t beat the price for the value you get, they provide refreshments and snacks so no need to bring anything except maybe a towel and even that felt unnecessary

Great snorkel trip on a smaller boat! We loved the crew (Alex, Josh, and Michelle) and had a great trip. Plenty of turtles and fish all over. The other boats were like field trips with packs of people all in a herd. We had a small group and were able to move easily and around without getting kicked or bumped.

Went on a snorkel with turtles expedition today and had a great time! The entire team made up of four young ladies who are well trained and clearly a skilled team. Can’t say enough good things about them as they were professional, caring and paid close attention to every single customer on the boat especially while in the water. It was a little choppy out there today but no fault of crew but they all jumped into action when a few of us needed help back to the boat for one reason or another. They always kept a sharp eye on every single one of us and made sure we were alright. Saw one turtle which was cool but maybe next time it will be calmer out on the water. If you’re looking for a tour that isn’t an all day thing, book this tour!!! This experience was awesome!! Alex, Emma and the other ladies were fantastic knowledgeable guides! They took us straight to the turtle cleaning station as they called it and got to see quite a few sea turtles and loads of 🐠. Their equipment was good quality also. On the way back the pineapple and chips hit the spot!

We had a blast on this female run charter with our two kids - 4 & 6 yo boys! They provided beverages, chips, and fresh fruit, snorkeling gear, life jackets and floaters. Our 6 yo had a blast jumping off the back of the boat and swimming to the deck. We saw numerous species of fish and several tortoises:) The lady crew were kind, responsive and helpful! It’s a smaller boat so it feels more personalized and less crowded and less time trolling and more time snorkeling. Highly recommend.

Meg, Alex, Angelina, and Bain were such a great crew. They make the experience for first timers so great. The boat ride is about 15 minutes to the spot where the fish and turtles can be seen. During the ride over, the crew explains the rules and basics of snorkeling. They also have a photographer who takes photos and videos of your group for an additional fee. Worth it if you don’t have a GoPro or prefer to have someone take good photos for you so you can concentrate on the experience. They gave us drinks and light throughout the trip and it took a total of 2.5 hrs from start to finish. I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting a fun experience in Waikiki. Note 1: The boat has shade at the back and the front is not covered so bring a hat for the trip over if you want to be shaded. Note 2: be sure to arrive 15 minutes before to allow for parking and for checking in. Find the person wearing a Charter Oahu shirt near pier B. I got lost but a different group directed us to the right person. 10/10 would come again.

I did the sunset cruise with a party of 7 and this was one of the best highlights of our group's trip to Honolulu. The scenes of the island were amazing. I highly recommend booking with Charter Oahu as the prices were much better than other companies and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. We even got free chips!

5 stars for going above and beyond what I had expected, particularly in handling a medical emergency. A member of our group was experiencing a medical issue, so the tour turned back 10 minutes earlier than scheduled. The captain and crew of the boat not only handled the emergency professionally with excellent communication and urgency, but the owner saw to it that all guests were provided another tour for a date of their choice, without expiration, as reimbursement for the shortened tour. I think they may have even offered money back, too.

Such an amazing trip…the crew was amazing!! We saw multiple turtles. They were fully equipped to let us snorkel and were very conscientious of our safety! We hit the water and the turtles were everywhere! They dropped us safely into the perfect spot!! I would definitely do this again. Full female crew were amazing❤️

My family had a great experience snorkeling with Charter Oahu! The booking gave very clear instructions of where to meet, they kindly waited for someone that was still arriving and made sure everyone was there before starting. They gave clear instructions for snorkel gear, etc. They got in the water with us, helped us find sea turtles, frequently checked on us while in the water and called us over to see sharks, turtles, they pointed out an eel to my daughter, etc. They were laid back, friendly, and flexible. When a lot of the snorkelers seemed done, they asked if we wanted to head back to the boat and go look for whales. We all chose to do that, and ended up seeing some whales! Because their boat is smaller, they could give more attention to their smaller group of snorkelers. There were about 20-25 people in our group, and 2 lifeguards in the water with us, as opposed to some of the bigger boats that have 40-60 people in a group.

Super cool experience. The crew was super awesome. Family friendly and super knowledgeable. The charter is completely guided to ensure safety. All, but one staff member is in the water. The only downside is there are other charters that go out to the same location. It can be super crowded once you go out to the reef.

This is the most amazing snorkeling tour to Turtle Bay. The boat is well kept with a seasoned captain and the crew is knowledgeable about the location. The crew is friendly and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen super tollen Tag mit den drei Crew-Girls. Die Damen sind super cool und haben sich größte Mühe für ihre Gäste gegeben. Es gab Getränke, Chips und Ananas. Wir haben drei Schildkröten gesehen und hatten ausreichend Zeit im Wasser. Die Schnorchelausrüstung ist sehr neu und hochwertig. 5 Sterne!

Absolute Empfehlung, Preis und Leistung ist super . Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und wir waren wirklich lange im Wasser und haben gefühlte tausend 1000 und Schildkröten gesehen . Andere Boote , die wir sahen , waren überfüllt und die Leute konnten nur kurz ins Wasser . Bei uns war es einfach nur spitze ;)
