I know this review is a little late, but just wanted to acknowledge the incredible service we received while working with Brittney for our honeymoon. From the first consultation email, I knew working with Brittney would be an excellent choice. My husband and I were unsure where we wanted to spend our honeymoon, but knew we wanted beach and relaxation. After throwing around some ideas, Brittney suggested Cancun and gave us 3 excellent recommendations for our budget and style of vacation. We chose Secrets Playa del Mujeres and could not have been happier with our choice! Neither of us had ever been out of the country before, so we had some questions about international travel and what to expect. Brittney not only answered our questions promptly and with ease, but created helpful guides and travel tips for us to reference. Her social media for Memories & Mojitos Travel is a wealth of knowledge too-I found myself referencing her pages leading up to our trip! From flights, transportation to and from the resort, and information on excursions we felt very comfortable working with Brittney and knowing we would be taken care of during our vacation. There was even flight cancellations a month before our trip (as there is) and Brittney handled our new flight information seamlessly. It was so nice to not have to scramble and worry about finding new flights on our own. We were so happy to work with Brittney and know we will definitely use her in the future for any tropical international needs!

I used Brittney to book a once in a lifetime trip to an all inclusive resort in Mexico to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. I chose to work with Brittney based on the fact that she had been to the resort I booked and was able to give me her honest opinion on it. The booking process was easy and throughout the entire process, Brittney was communicative and always responded promptly. I asked many questions regarding passports and hotel shuttle transfers, etc, and Brittney was able to answer them all as an experienced agent. As my trip approached, Brittney provided invaluable information regarding everything from the local culture, airport, resort, tipping guide, how to avoid scams, etc. It made me feel so prepared and we were able to travel confidently and without a high level of anxiety because I knew what to expect. An example of this is, on our flight, another person who was also going to Cancun asked me if I knew anything about a vistor tax we were supposed to pay. I was able to explain it to her and even show her the link, because Brittney had sent all the information regarding it to me prior to our trip. She also arranged our transportation from the airport to the resort, and provided detailed information on their service. Her YouTube videos of her visiting resorts are also extremely helpful and informative. Our trip went off without a hitch and was absolutely magical. So much so, I will be using her again to book another trip later this year.

Brittany was great!! We fell in love with Excellence Riviera Cancun, and can't wait to go back! She kept in touch with tips and check-ins, and very knowledgeable about Cancun!! Highly recommend!!! I love watching her videos and reviews which are super helpful to get an idea of what you may be looking for in a resort/vacation. I love that her and Kevin share what they are wearing and where to purchase, I love their reviews on all the different restaurants and food, and I love all the "little" things that they share!!!!

Brittany has now taken me on two trips to Cancun Mexico, I had no worries either time because of how amazing her services were she made everything accessible giving us tons of information about where we were going, what we were going to need, what we were going to do, etc. She was very easy to work with made everything clear and made all resources available. Now I wasn’t the one who worked with her but my mom told me all about how smooth the process was because of Brittany. It was also my moms first time ever booking and making it possible for me and her to travel out of the country, so she was obviously a little questionable and concerned, but Brittany was able to shoot all of those questions and concerns down making it so easy to get to Mexico! She also made it possible for my seventy five year old grandmother to understand what she needed to do and every thing she was going to do on her trip. Brittney is very responsive and knowledgeable. Resort recommendations have been spot one. Suggestions about airport to hotel transfers have been very helpful. Extra details about tipping staff members are very useful. I’m a repeat client which should let you know that our family has been satisfied. We have nothing but great things to say about Memories and Mojitos travel! My husband and I were looking to go somewhere to celebrate our 15th anniversary. We have never been out of the country or to an all inclusive. The options were very overwhelming! I contacted TWO travel agents in my area who were not very helpful! They weren't able to give us much feedback on the resorts or answer our specific questions. I found Britney after hours of searching resorts YouTube. I was trying to figure out where to go even though the two tavel agents I contacted were suppose to help me narrow it down! I took a leap and contacted Memories and Mojitos.... even though I had no experience with them and it is not even located close to me! Britney was able to answer ALL of my questions with great detail! She also was able to find us the perfect spot since we had no experience! Everything was nothing short of amazing! We received VERY detailed information on traveling...along with a two weeks reminder of important items and a one week reminder! She was available to answer every simple little question I had! Not only were my little questions answered but her response time was incredible! I even contacted her on my trip and got immediate response. Everything was so easy and stress free!
