I have used Valeri from French's Worldwide Travel many times and always have had great experiences. She really looks for multiple options to give us choices and always works within our budget. This last trip, when a family member we were staying with unexpectantly was diagnosed with COVID-19, we had to scramble to make alternate arrangements. I called Valeri from vacation in a panic. She calmed me down, thought through some options, and within a half hour called me back with new hotel rooms reserved and special accomodations with one to extend the room we already had reserved additional nights. She checked up on us multiple times throughout the week to make sure we didn't have any other issues and helped calm us down so we could actually enjoy our vacation. I don't know what we would have done without her. I won't book a vacation without her in the future!

Amazing! Every single detail put into an itinerary, sent paper copy in the mail, as well as emailed me a pdf. Valeri & team knew exactly which tours would work best for us, as well as some great shopping and pub recommendations. Because we traveled during the height of covid hysteria, French's Travel also knew where and how to get testing at the airport so results would be ready by the time we settled in to our hotel. A few weeks removed from the trip and we are still raving about it. What a fantastic experience - an experience we owe in large part to the best travel agency. Thank you.

La Paloma was a wonderful place to relax and enjoy Tucson. And the Bell Rock Inn was perfect for us. I miss the red rock views already. The location was great, and really enjoyed having the space of a condo and the kitchen. You always recommend the best places for us.

We have used Valeri for many years, and she always does a fantastic job. I even use her for domestic travel. It would be possible to do it myself, but she is so much quicker in narrowing down the less expensive options, and frequently will save us a significant amount of money over doing it myself. The best example for when she went over and above the call of duty was when she booked us flights through Chicago, and a whole bunch of flights were canceled because of weather. There were horrible lines to rebook, and the replacement flight they had us on was not for 2 days. I called her and she got us on an earlier flight. Since then I have asked her to avoid Chicago, and she is always been able to find good flights with other connections, which I think would be a lot harder for me to do myself.

My husband and I could not decide on a honeymoon destination, so we decided to take our friend's suggestion and meet with a travel agent. We were referred to French's Travel and couldn't have been happier after meeting our travel agent, Fara Alleyne. She is so knowledgeable and helped us pick the most beautiful place for our honeymoon- Great Exuma. Fara had so many suggestions and plenty of travelers' pictures to show us- not just the professional pictures you tend to see online. She has been to so many places, so she was the perfect person to talk to because she will tell you everything you'll need to know before deciding on a destination. She will also help you with any issues you may have during your travels. We happened to make it to our destination, but all of our luggage never made it until the next afternoon due to a plane weight issue on our Delta flight. Fara tracked our luggage for us and worked with us after our honeymoon to get our baggage fees refunded. We highly recommend French's Travel and Fara Alleyne as a travel agent to anyone looking for the perfect place to vacation! Thank you Fara for helping us choose the most beautiful place to be on our honeymoon. It was a dream come true!
