We've worked with Christine at Brentwood Travel to book two vacations now and she’s been wonderful! Offering good options, fighting for you as a customer, and always courteous, she’s a good person to have in your corner as you work through the hurdles that come with vacationing. We had a family emergency before our first trip and needed to cancel within 24 hours of departure. We would have been lost trying to navigate how to cancel everything ourselves, but Christine worked with the hotel, airline, and travel insurance company to ensure we didn't have to worry about anything and could just focus on home life. She ended up helping us re-book a few months later and we had the best time. Brentwood Travel is thorough, responsive, and flexible and should be looked at as your next travel partner when booking your vacation.

Christine was wonderful and she made our vacation experience stress free! She provided us with multiple resorts in Mexico to allow us to look at which location would be a best fit for us. She was able to answer all of our questions about what the resort offered such as water sports, etc. Prior to leaving she sent us a folder with all of our travel documents and any other important information we would need which made packing easy. Once we made it to the airport to head to Mexico we faced a major delay in our flight and were worried we would miss our connecting flight into Mexico. Christine answered my concerns promptly and was already looking for other flights just in case we missed our connecting flight. We can’t wait for her to help us plan our next vacation!

Stacey made it so easy for my husband and I to make our honeymoon go as smoothly as possible! Even with some cancellations due to Covid-19, we got to reschedule our trip and got and even better deal with upgrades! She explained everything for us since neither of us had ever been out of the country, and had everything laid out for us to make it effortless on our end! She really went above and beyond to make sure we had the best honeymoon with some surprise perks at the resort when we arrived! Thank you Stacey for all of your help! I have worked with Brentwood Travel for two separate trips and now always recommend them to my friends or family looking for a travel agency. They have been respectful of our budget, very responsive, and patient - which is huge for me because I have a hard time making decisions! Most recently I worked with Christine Hakenjos and our trip unfortunately had to be cancelled due to external reasons, but throughout the whole process she was incredibly informative, provided tons of options to best fit our needs, and made sure all our questions got answered. I wouldn’t book a big trip without them!!

Many THANKS to Leigh Cardwell for all of her help in making our trip possible and a nice surprise for my husband’s birthday. Since I hadn’t previously traveled to Mexico, I felt overwhelmed when searching for resorts myself. Leigh priced out many options for me to find the perfect place and within my budget. She was patient and so very helpful. Every aspect of the trip was perfectly managed and stress-free. The flights were easy, the transportation to and from the hotel was superb, all of the logistics were smooth and on time…we literally didn’t have to do any work or manage anything (other than our tequila intake!). This was easily the best vacation either of us has ever had – and we have both traveled the world! As for the resort, I cannot adequately explain how beautiful and truly amazing the Valentin Imperial Maya is. The rooms and grounds are so beautifully kept. It really took all 7 days to take advantage of all this resort has to offer, including the incredible restaurants, the beach, the pools, etc. We LOVE that the resort is so fitness friendly as well – they have a great mix of activities on the schedule each day and it’s difficult to try everything within a week’s time. During our Monday – Monday stay, no two days were planned the same. The entertainment staff is TOPS!! We highly recommend this resort with Leigh’s help and we will definitely be returning!

In 2003 we scheduled our first trip to Hawaii. I don't remember who our first agent was but it was a wonderful trip. I just remember the Champagne that was sent to our room by our agent to welcome us. We have used Ashley Curry from Brentwood Travel ever since then. We've always done domestic trips and this was our first international trip. We arranged a European river cruise on the Rhine with Ashley. She recommend Avalon waterways. Since this was our first international we were a little nervous but everything was perfect. I know that there are a lot of things that could go wrong but that is avoided with an experienced agent and agency. We look forward with confidence to our next adventure!

What can I say it was the easiest part of our trip! Having longed to visit Cuba for many years I talked my mother in to visiting via a cruise. But my mother is a cautious one, so I turned to Stacey at Brentwood travel. After searching our options on our own I'm so glad that we had the support of Brentwood Travel. All questions were answered, and additional documents or Q&A were deliver to our door a few weeks before our departure. We booked a guys trip to Mexico and it couldn't have been any more easy! Christine's responses were prompt and she is always so pleasant even through emails. With Covid-19 our trip did get cancelled and again this is where she shined! She was prompt in starting the process of getting our money back and making sure we had all the information about what was going on. Although you can go online you will never get the one on one help with a real person like Brentwood travel. My favorite travel agent is Ann Fendelman. Being a 59-year-old retiree who had never been out of the country before, Stacey Hoehne of Brentwood Travel made my trip to London, York and Liverpool in England practically effortless and a trip of a lifetime. Absolutely love everyone at Brentwood Travel, most especially Michelle Busse! I literally walked into their offices one evening with no appointment like a lost child looking for guidance on planning our honeymoon. Instead of looking at me like I was an idiot like most places, they dove right in and helped me with every single aspect of our international travels. Great communication throughout the months whether it be via phone, email, or face to face. Michelle even had me call her at home a few times to work around my crazy work schedule so all the details were in order. She sat down with both Sean and I before we left, had copies of all documents we needed and went through them with us. And most importantly they saved our honeymoon by finding us a completely new flight schedule when we found out our first flight was cancelled just hours before takeoff.
