I took my two daughters, 10 and 13 on this tour and we had a blast! Our tour guide was a skilled story teller and hearing the ghost stories where they took place was pretty cool. We also enjoyed learning the history of Denver and the Capital Hill area. Would recommend for sure.

Sheila the Ghost Host is the host with the most ghost… facts! Sheila gave us an awesome ghost tour and an overall fun adventure around the city of Denver. The houses were spooky and the stories will chill you to the bone. 5 stars!!!

We had Stephanie as our tour guide last night. Started off with 3 others but they had to leave as they weren't feeling great so we got almost a private tour. We had a good bit of history about each location along with the ghost activities. My daughter used one of. The EMF readers and did hit on a few locations. The 1 hour tour was over 2 hours, so really felt like we got our money's worth. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time. We had Stephanie she was awesome. Knowledgeable about denver's history, locations, and all the ghost that haunt them. get the extended tour last 4 spots have some interesting and unique ghosts. Stephanie also had photos of some of the locations from past tours and residents of the locations with different types of activity.

I did this tour with my boyfriend as a cute date idea in Denver and I would highly recommend it! Katherine was our tour guide and was absolutely brilliant; you could tell she was passionate about her job and enjoyed doing the tours. She made the ghost stories interesting with some dry humor and pictures that were eery. She definitely set the mood! She made the experience super fun. Great for anyone who isn’t usually near the downtown area, but also exciting for those of us who are!

I’ve been in Colorado for 21 years and learned a lot of history about Denver on that night. It was fun! Please get the tour guides the headset microphone. ☺️ our group was pretty big and she did a good job gathering everyone but I feel bad that at the ending the night she probably didn’t have any voice left. She was great though and very engaging.

Fun walking tour around downtown Denver! The guide was great & very knowledgeable around all the history & ghost reportings on the stops we made. Not too scary.. there were a few kids in our group under 10 that had a great time! The added EMS remote isn't something I would recommend for adults but the kids looked like had a great time with them.

Our tour with Karen was an awesome one. Luckily for my husband and I, we had Karen all to ourselves so our experience was very personalized. Karen did such a great job with recounting all of the ghostly details behind each and every place we visited. She made our first time in Denver a really special one. Great meeting location, decent tour, guide knew scripts well in addition to throwing some “guests photos” in the mix to add some allure. The tour was long though (two hours instead of one) and some of the stories were a bit long. It was interesting enough to pass time in a new city, but a haunted house may offer more “thrills & chills”. (P.S. Also the rating system is dishonest. If one were to rate anything 1-3 they are redirected to give private feedback, whereas if they select 4 or 5 then they’re allowed to offer public feedback. Joke’s on them, I’m still saying it was just okay.)

I have only lived in Denver for a year and a half, always walking through Capitol Hill. So, taking the time to see buildings through a historical lense (especially at night) was a thoroughly enjoyable experience. The $6 extension was very much informative as well for ghostly folks like myself. I would take this tour again, or try any of the other tours (so many!!!) as well.

I'm not a believer in ghosts, but my son is. So we decided to take the tour. It was fun and entertaining. Learned a little Denver history, listened to some great storytelling about how these ghosts came about, and saw some, in my opinion awesome achitecture. Grandson convinced himself that he got pushed by a ghost. It was worth the walk, time, and wasn't outrageously priced. Good time had by all. Stephanie, our tour guide is very good at what she does and has a great personality.

Had a good time. Good stories and a skilled tour guide who added some personal tidbits which kept it interesting and informative. We had a little more of a personal experience as we had an "extra person " join our group that definitely interacted with 2 of my group. Made it quite memorable and enhanced our experience . Would definitely recommend taking the tour to anyone willing to take the chance of having a closer personal experience. Only if you dare!

I have never been on a ghost tour before so I am guessing my expectations were a little higher than they should have been. It was a history lesson and not so much scary or ghostly. I was bored by the end of the tour. It’s just a walk through the city and talking about old buildings and the history, albeit “spooky” history, but I guess I was hoping for scary stuff and ghost hunting in some regard. I will say that our guide Janet was fantastic and made it interesting, so this review has nothing to do with her. A thing that was kind of annoying, is the guide had a guide in training who was shadowing her and kind of took away from the tour because the “script” was mentioned a few times and took away from the tour. So I would suggest training like this not be done especially when the group is so small and all of the conversation can be heard.
