Margi has always designed the best vacation for us. She put together a Scandinavian vacation that was incredible. From the none stop flights to private transportation to the hotel; the hotels were beautiful and very Scandinavian which is the experience we wanted. I just returned after taking my family to Africa (5 of us-daughter, her husband, and my two teenage grandchildren). Margi did an amazing job putting together a vacation of a lifetime after two years of challenges. She began our planning before Covid and managed all the difficulties along the way. She worked with African adventure consultants who organized this adventure. They put together a seamless trip, visiting 3 safari camps in Botswana along with a visit to Victoria Falls. We always knew where we were supposed to be and when-no snags!! The safari guides, staff and camps more than met our expectations. Margi has organized two other family vacations for me, Ireland and the Galapagos. She responds quickly to all questions and concerns and has all the right connections. Big shout out to Margi, for the help in planning our trip! We did America river cruise line on the lower Mississippi. Our cruise was wonderful!! The staff on the ship treated us with smiles every day and asking if we needed anything, cruise director & director of excursions was very informative about the excursions to take. The Captain would come greet the passengers , and visit with us about the ship. The accommodations were grand, large rooms nice balcony and to our surprise a large bathroom and shower. Food was great and of course dessert every day. We are planning another vacation with American Cruise Line in the future. Our most recent trip to Fiji was our second trip we have booked with Margi and it will not be our last! I first found Margi about 9 years ago when my husband and I got engaged and we wanted to stay in an over the water bungalow in Bora Bora. She booked and coordinated the entire thing for us and the experience was so seamless and amazing that almost 9 years later I knew when we wanted to book a trip to somewhere we had never been she would be our BEST resource! We own 2 businesses and have 2 small children (1 and 4) so we are an incredibly busy family but we LOVE to travel. I have literally NO extra time in my life to research resorts, travel arrangements, transfers etc and the thought of planning a trip to somewhere I have never been is overwhelming to me. With Margi everything is so simple. She inquires and coordinates exactly what you are looking for in a vacation to ensure that your specific wants/needs are met and everything is buttoned up in an itinerary that is easy to read and navigate. Other than a few phone calls I didn't even have to THINK about Fiji until the day we left and our whole trip with included 2 islands, airfare and multiple transfers could not have went smoother. Fiji was absolutely amazing and we can not wait to go back, however we have so many other travel wants on our bucket list that I know Margi will be an annual contact for us! We cant wait to start exploring the world now that we have a trusted resource to help us navigate the ins and out of travelling! My husband and I wanted a trip to the UK for our 30th wedding anniversary. This would be our first international trip and had no idea where to start. We hired Margi to help plan our trip and what a smart way to go! We provided dates and things/sights we wanted to do and her team went to work. There were a lot of moving parts, three countries to cover, with private, small and large group tours, a Bronco game in London and transportation that included planes, trains and automobiles. Hello Margi, It was great! We enjoyed it as much as the 2016 visit, thank you for being our agent again. The beds at Sofitel are an upgrade from last time, much softer. We rented a car for the day, drove to many places and around the island (only $55) great idea. Used a capital one credit card and received a better exchange rate on all our purchases. Margi, it was very enjoyable working with you. The Mahekal resort we stayed at in Playa Del Carmin was beautiful. The weather was great and I can't say enough about the people that worked there. Margi helped plan our amazing Wedding and Honeymoon in Egypt. We did tours in Cairo, stayed at an amazing 5 star hotel/palace, and then did a 3 day Nile Cruise to see the rest of the sites in Egypt. We were nervous about going there at first, given the political climate, but Margi had just recently traveled there and put our mind at rest. We had an amazing, fun trip. She met all of our accommodations and needs. I told her generally some of the hotels and cruise ship we might want, gave her the name of a tour company we had researched, and gave her our budget and she did the rest! We had the most well put together itinerary and our accommodations were world class and all within our budget. She answered all of our questions about the flight information, safety concerns, the tour and even managed to accommodate my request of wanting to say our vows before the Pyramids at sunset and hooked us up with a great photographer! We were planning to honeymoon in the Dominican Republic, a trip that we had planned ourselves, but after so many tourists had gotten ill or died we decided to cancel, just three weeks before our wedding. This is at least the 4th time using Margi for my Mexico vacation. It started in 2004, for my Playa Del Carmen wedding and used her ever since. She is responsive, proactive, provides the best options for me based on my preferences and has helped me in last minute binds (like this last trip in February 2017 when I was confused about my transfer). She calls the hotel before you leave to confirm everything. She also reminded me ahead of time to book my seat and baggage early for my Frontier flight. She followed up with me to be sure the transfer went okay when I got back home Chicago. Which they did thanks to her and Kevin at Zoetry.
