5 Stars for sure!!!! Our children gifted my husband and I an overnight adventure experience! Shelby and Authenteco Travel did an amazing top-notch job finding the most wonderful place for us!! We stayed in a Yurt on Cedar Ridge Ranch in Carbondale, CO!! It was super fun and so magical! Authenteco Travel was superb in their communication with us and keeping us posted with every detail! We felt very pampered and we will 100% use them again! Thank you Shelby and your team for helping make special memories for my husband and I!

Traveling with Authenteco was the most amazing and magical experience. My husband and I used Authenteco to plan our honeymoon, because after planning a wedding we just didn't have it in us to plan more! Our annual anniversary trip could not have been any better, thanks to Authenteco Travel! I knew we didn't have the time or knowledge to plan a great trip ourselves, but it was hard to hand it over to someone else because I'm a control freak. We've also never used a travel agent before because I've never liked the idea of paying a ton of money for someone to hand me the same generic itinerary they've given to hundreds of other clients. I had been following Authenteco on Instagram for a while and had seen several great experiences from their clients. Shelby and Kyle were able to take the detailed questionnaire we filled out after our discovery call, and custom-make an amazing trip to Colorado just for us! We didn't know the details of the itinerary until a week before, which was literally killing me!! But everything - the accommodations, the daily activities, the fooooood - was absolutely perfect for us. We stayed in a private luxury cabin, with all the hotel amenities, with privacy and nature surrounding us. It was a 2-hour beautiful scenic drive from the airport, which I wouldn't have known had I booked it myself. We went hiking the first day and witnessed beautiful scenery. It didn't even seem real. The next day, we took a railway to the top of Pike's Peak and had a 360 view of Colorado. On the last day, we had a relaxing spa day before we headed home. Our itinerary was a perfect blend of activity and leisure time. We did not have to do a single thing but show up; Authenteco did the rest. Our itinerary was easily accessible on our maps on our phone, and any questions we had were answered promptly via text. We did not eat a single bad thing our entire trip. All those "hidden secret" places you organically and accidentally come across every once in a while - Authenteco found them all! They made every moment special, with little gifts along the way. We felt like we got to experience the highlights of Colorado like a local, not like a tourist. And without the crowds like highly trafficked tourist spots! Shelby not only eased my concerns and hesitancy but also comfortably nudged us out of our comfort zone, which was a welcome call to adventure that I'm thankful for. We couldn't have planned a better trip ourselves if we had googled until our fingers fell off. This is how vacation is meant to be. I'll never be able to experience traveling without using Authenteco again. Thank you so much, Shelby, Kyle, and Authenteco team!

We LOVED having Kyle and the team at Authenteco travel plan our trip. We had the absolute best time and it was planned perfect for our family of 4!!!! From the horseback riding, hiking, UTV riding through the canyons, and all the food, we couldn’t have asked for a better 10 year anniversary trip! My kids still talk about the amazing treehouse we stayed in at East Zion Resort, it was a quiet little place for us. I used Authenteco Travel to help plan the most EPIC road trip from FL to WA! It was a seven day adventure through the National Parks of Yellowstone and Glacier and everyday was a new adventure (there was white water rafting, zip lining, horse back riding, a bear experience, tons of hiking and lots of amazing food)! The amount of detail that they provided from the packing list, to the day to day itinerary, to the google map points of interest, to the gift box, and the trip magazine was incredible! I didn't have to stress anything. They also took all my concerns into account which was BIG since I did most of the trip solo. They were always on hand in case something went wrong or if a reservation had to be changed which came in clutch with it being busy season at the National Parks and the constant changes in COVID restrictions. They are also an ecofriendly company who help support small businesses and seriously know how to plan the best vacations ever!!

The Authenteco team is all you need to plan your next getaway!!! And they make it all SO FUN. We so enjoyed not having to plan our own trip while having all the “boxes checked” when it came to our preferences! When our flight got in later than expected, the on-call concierge was easily and promptly accessible to help us find an awesome open-late place to eat that exceeded our expectations. With every trip there are unexpected events— flight delays, weather, etc. — but it was so much more relaxing of a vacation knowing that someone so knowledgeable was free to help us if needed! We loved many things about our trip, but let me highlight the personalized map with all the restaurants, activities, & sights — we didn’t have to spend hours on an internet search to figure out where to go next! We will definitely be using Authenteco for our next trip.

Our children, Josh and Caroline Beysselance, gifted us an amazing trip to Salzburg Austria through Authenteco Travel. From the moment we arrived it was a first class experience. A few of the highlights were the Christmas Market, the Sound of Music walking tour, the tour of the Opera House and cathedrals, and dining and Mozart concert at the Hohen-Salzburg fortress built in 944 overlooking the city. The view was spectacular! When we arrived in Salzburg, our driver awaited to take us to our quaint hotel just outside the Christmas Market and the Salzburg Cathedral where Mozart was baptized as a baby. This was truly an experience of a lifetime, and we can’t wait to plan our next trip with Authenteco Travel!

Shelby and her team are absolutely great. During the pandemic they were able to work with us to plan a stateside 5 year anniversary. We originally planned to go out of the country and we’re working on some cool things with Authenteco, then the Covid-19 happened and we were not allowed to go out of the country. This did not stop Authenteco from pivoting and providing us with a trip of a lifetime to Utah. Everything was planned out. Where we would stay, what we would eat, what we would explore, where we would drink coffee...you name it, they had it covered for us. When we made it to Utah we had no FOMO because we knew Shelby and the team had done their research to make sure we did everything we should do that wasn’t your typical “touristy” things. We loved it so much that when they provided a trip of a lifetime to New Hampshire at a discounted price we only needed an hour to decide we would take the trip! We decided on Tuesday to take the trip and flew to NH on Saturday. Again, Authenteco had everything planned out for us and we made winter memories that we will have forever.

5 STARS, for sure!!!! Authenteco Travel made the entire process of planning our November trip to Franklin, TN so stress free and simple! They take the time to truly get to know you, your interests, personality, and exactly what you’re wanting to do on your trip. Being pregnant during covid was very stressful but Shelby made sure to take that into consideration and planned things so that I knew we would feel safe!! We LOVED that you can know as little or as much about your trip as you want. Ours was 100% a surprise (including the location for hubby) until the box of surprises came in. They planned the PERFECT trip for us and the surprises and notes from our family in our little travel book were such a sweet, added bonus! I cannot thank Shelby and her team enough! We HIGHLY recommend them! Now that our sweet baby boy is here, we are already planning a time for us to book another trip with them! We cannot wait!

I’m not sure if I’ll ever be able to vacation without Authenteco again! If you love traveling and hate planning, do yourself a favor and contact Authenteco. They listened to everything we said we wanted for our vacation and planned it to perfection. And then they were there every step of the way to take care of any issues that came up. You get check-in texts twice a day to see if you need anything (that you can absolutely ignore if you don’t), and if something comes up last minute they’ll respond within a minute or two and take care of it for you. Within 10 days Shelby, Kyle & team assessed our vacation goals and preferences through a very detailed questionnaire and then planned a truly five-star trip. The accommodations were luxurious and in great locations. Kyle and the team did an incredible job selecting restaurants that were not only delicious but unique to the respective areas; we often said “we would never have found this place without Authenteco.” And the team planned activities that far exceeded our expectations (horseback riding on the beach, luxury spa services, and a private sunset sailboat cruise – just to name a few). I can’t say enough about Authenteco and their customer service! Especially from Kyle! I run a business called Jackson Hole Hideout in Wilson Wyoming. We had a couple traveling cross country and staying with us who had some mechanical issues with their plane and wouldn’t be arriving on time. Kyle was giving me updates constantly on the issues and even had me put together a beautiful gift basket to help make up for the issues they had with the airlines! He planned these folks trip to the T! Scenic river floats, wildlife excursion and made their dinner reservations for them for the week. In my 20 years in the hospitality industry Kyle has definitely exceeded my expectations from a travel company planning someone’s trip. He’ll be there for you anytime you need him and he definitely enjoys his job and it shows with the trip these people had. Even though we had to cancel our trip (literally days before we were scheduled to leave, thanks 2020!) Shelby and her team worked endlessly to make sure that we were taken care of. I'm the owner of a cabin by St. Mary's Glacier outside of Idaho Springs, CO and had the pleasure work working with Shelby as she planned a honeymoon for one of her clients, whose original plans for a cruise were canceled due to COVID-19. I can't express strongly enough how impressed I was with Shelby's responsiveness and thoroughness, and the extent to which she went to ensure the couple had a wonderful time. She even drove up to the cabin, which is more than an hour from Denver, to stock the fridge with prepared meals and everything else they needed for a relaxing, stress-free getaway. We had a trip planned with Authenteco that we had to cancel at the last minute. This was suppose to be a nice post Christmas trip with snow and nights in a cabin in the woods. Fast forward 2 months and we shotgunned a plan together for a trip to Utah. We contacted Shelby and told her what we were up to. She put Kyle in planning mode and he went to work. We got our itinerary the night we got to Utah. We would ski for a couple of days then off to Zion. This trip was detailed including the route we took to get from Ogden to the East Zion area. We had a nice drive and checked into our yurt. Great place with mountains all around us. We had a horse drawn wagon ride around canyon roads and learned all about Hal’s history. It didn’t feel like a tourist destination, it felt like you were with family. Topped the night off with a cowboy dinner cooked in Dutch ovens. Our kids had a blast. Our day in Zion was great and we made our way back to town for a UTV excursion with East Zion Experience to some of the canyons. Ted was totally cool and accommodating and once again, it just felt like it had been planned with a personal touch. Our kids climbed all through those canyons and I honestly don’t think we could have found that on our own. Thanks to Ted and his internal GPS. We ended up back at the yurt cooking hot dogs and making s’mores with nothing but stars in the sky. Bottom line, I didn’t feel like we were on a trip, it was an adventure. It was a quick 2 days but it was totally worth it. Don’t hassle with scouring the internet for things to do and where to go or stay. Let Shelby and her team plan your adventure. And a big thanks to Kyle, great work!

Authenteco Travel is an amazing company. They will take care of you and your special vacation from beginning to end to make sure you have the best experience possible; and do it all responsibly for the location and our Earth. We had them plan our celebration in Maui, which was perfect because Hawaii is already more Earth conscious than most destinations. Their picks for us were so perfect based on our survey. The accommodations, the restaurants and activities were so dialed in, it felt like we planned it our selves (but didn't lift a finger). They were there for us the entire trip as well. They were in communication each day to help us with anything we needed, so that we would not have to worry.
