I used this company to transport my sons baseball team to get to a tournament the past weekend, Arranging the complete trip was made very easy and affordable thanks to urban express. They where very nice and easy to deal with to set the trip up, and our driver Brent made the trip special going above and beyond to make sure the boys and their families had a fun and enjoyable experience there and back. The bus was new, very nice, and exceptionally clean. I will use them every time I have any transportation needs no question about it.

It was so nice...the driver was very kind and awesome. We would recommend this company to all of the little league teams... We planned on using the same company to go to Atlanta for the bowl game.

I booked a field trip for our youth group. For a first time experience, it was pretty good and we will definitely use you again. It was much more convenient than trying to transport ourselves and your flexibility in time was great. I want to leave a special thank you to our driver. She was incredibly patient as we seemed to take forever to corral almost 50 kids on the bus and getting a head counts at each stop.

Hands down one of the best companies I have ever worked with. I was in need of transportation for an event very last minute. Another company had double booked our bus and I thought I was totally out of luck, my boss was going to kill me. I got a hold of Urban Express and they just made things happen. I've never worked with a Central Ohio transportation service that is so accommodating. My business had a very last minute request for 5 large buses, within two days we had everything organized and Urban accommodated a very complex pick-up/drop-off schedule. Very impressed with the dedication from staff of all levels. Even with bad weather buses were still on time for our event.

The management staff were very very knowledgeable and amicable and went above and beyond to accommodate my itinerary and business schedule and transportation needs as they continually change without advanced notice. Great service and the best experience. We contracted Urban Express for our convention in Columbus, Ohio. We were pleased from the time we stepped out of the airport to the time we returned to the airport. On time every day, great and friendly drivers, clean and newer vehicles and buses. thank you guys so much last minute our airline canceled our flight and we had to get to our tournament in kentucky and urban express was able at the last minute to get us a bus and fill our request at the very last minute thanks to them we made it on time to our tournament(WHICH WE WON!!!) and then bring us back home all for a reasonable price. this company made these kids trip from hell turn into an amazing thing! thanks to them all of our kids were able to play in their tournament

Re: Rosiland (Driver for ARC North Clients) My son Christopher is a passenger on Rosiland’s route – how refreshing to have someone that: -Greets the clients w/a smile and a hello by name when boarding the van, which tells me that my son is very comfortable with her – she makes him smile in the morning and since he is non-verbal that makes me happy knowing that he will be o.k. and in good hands. -Assists them in any way that she can – looks out for the kids, lets us know if anyone has had a problem such as a seizure, etc. -Very punctual in the a.m. – which definitely helps those of us out that have jobs and need to be at work on time. -Very apologetic when she runs late in the evening – but understandable w/clients slow boarding the van, traffic, etc. Rosiland has a difficult group of kids – all w/different problems and she handles it alone and very well, I might say. Hope we have her as our permanent driver for a very long time – you definitely need more drivers like her. What an asset to Urban Express! (ARC NORTH Parent)

My Wife Found William's Advertisement on Facebook While Searching for Help with my Daughters Wedding Last week and Contacted him He was so Awesome From the Facebook Ad to Photo's He sent of each Vehicle they Offer to being Descriptive Giving as Much Information as he Could to the Service he Provided We Rented the 20 People Van Even though it was just a Van he Gave us Limo Side Service he was on time Actually Early Stood Out side the van Greeted us Wore a Suit and Tie and Even had an Up Beat Clean Play list of music playing in the Van getting everyone Excited for the wedding Our Guest Couldn't Stop Talking about the Van ride Home on the way back to the Hotel he was Yet Again Early Stood outside the Van Greeted each person Had another Awesome playlist and Everyone was SINGING on the Van Ride back to the Hotel I've never had so much fun in a Van and the Ride was only 12 Minutes each way I will Be Recommending this Company to Every person I know Getting Married My Daughter wanted to make sure I left this Comment and to Let WIlliam know she will Remember this for the rest of her life SO Thank you William for making this a Night to Remember
