Our travel agent Billi Mayfield from Sandpiper Vacations was amazing in booking our family Disney vacation. We have 3 kids and took grandma on a Disneyland vacation for 4 nights and 5 days. Billi was with us from the beginning looking for the best accommodations, making reservations for dinning, teaching us about how everything worked, telling us how to maximize our time, and just providing us all his travel knowledge. The outcome was a huge success. We had a family trip of a lifetime that we will never forget. We owe it all to Billi from Sandpiper vacations for guiding us through our vacations. Our first trip to Disney was in March. It was our “once in a lifetime trip” for our daughters. He walked us through every moment, reservations, transportation, meal planning, genie+. I would have never been able to navigate the vacation without him. Fast forward 5 months. I text Billi to see if he “was busy atm”, moments later we were on the phone planning our next trip. No, not October 2023 but October 2022, less than 2 months away. Our vacation was fully scheduled and booked the next day. We cannot say enough about Sandpiper Vacations. Nick worked with us to find out what would suit our vacation goals, and then he went above and beyond to meet every goal. Nick not only booked our Walt Disney World tickets, but also followed each restaurant closely to get us the best reservations. Again, Nick went above and beyond by waking up early to place our party in the virtual queue for Rise of the Resistance! Honestly, Nick and his team will work to make every vacation magical! I plan on taking 8 people to Greece in Sept. We plan on visiting Athens, Crete, and Mykonos. Between changes in the schedules of some of the people going with me, and cancelations and changes in schedules of airline flights, it became a very complicated process. Thank God I had Nick of Sandpiper Vacations to handle all of this for me. He was on top of the changes and notified me right away to find out what changes I wanted him to make. He also researched local transportation and tours and made reservations for us so we wouldn't have any bad surprises when we got there - and again helped me adjust to any changes these companies made. I can't praise him enough for his responsiveness in contacting me right away and meeting my needs. He is very professional, adhering to my needs while working out the best solutions for me.
