Melissa was helpful from the original planning stages of our trip to New Orleans, to the end of the trip as we needed help confirming our flight. She checked in on us to make sure everything was in order, and was very knowledgeable in her suggestions about things to do. She took our interests into account, but pushed us to try things that we might not otherwise have thought of. It was a delightful experience, made better by her expertise and organized planning.

We couldn't have planned a more perfect Christmas family vacation to Disney without Melissa. She met with us prior to our trip and reviewed every signal detail, provided us with a folder of all the info we needed (travel itinerary, resort details, restaurant reservations, and ground transportation schedule to/from the resort and airport. She ensured all of our arrangements were made, checked in with us during our trip to make sure everything was going well, if the resort room we chose was up to our standards and she even sent us reminder texts for our flights. I highly recommend Melissa to book a family trip. We will definitely use Forney Travel Agency again for our future family trips.

Melissa did an excellent job helping us plan our Disney Trip. She took care of every detail including making sure we knew the latest Covid updates. It was a nice change not having to worry about anything!! I would highly recommend using Melissa as your travel agent. I love planning trips, and have planned multiple Disney trips on my own. Last year during covid I used Melissa at Forney Travel Agency to help with our trip to California and Disneyland. It was amazing having someone else keep up with requirements and restrictions and send me friendly reminders. So much so that I used her again for our annual Disney World trip this year. Best decision ever! She helped with the new pass system, schedule items first thing in the morning so I could enjoy vacation. No matter how many times you have planned something having an extra hand to take the stress off is a bonus. Vacation actually felt like vacation. I highly recommend you reach out to her for any of your travel plans!

My sister vacation, first time out of the country, first time to Jamaica and she took care of almost everything to booking flights, our room, made sure we were updated of any changes, researched excursions, made sure our resort questions were answered, etc etc etc!! She also help me plan a surprise vow renewal for my wife for our 20 year anniversary. Melissa was our travel agent for Disney world. She was able to get us the hotel we wanted, we stayed at all star movies (most budget friendly), she gave us choices on where to stay, how much we wanted to spend, what we would like at our hotel, and transportation to and from the park and helped us pick the perfect hotel. She also did the reservations for the park tickets and got us our tickets. She also booked our meals for us, she even snagged us a virtual queue ratatouille, (one of the newest rides at Disney world) Melissa also checked on us during our trip to see if we needed anything, and responded when we had questions for her. It made going to Disney easy and less stressful. We will be using Melissa again for hopefully a cruise!

Melissa helped me book a trip to Disney World in March 2020. She took care of booking the resort, fast passes, and dining. She also recommended which rooms and buildings, as well as the best days to visit each park. When the Coronavirus pandemic hit, she took care of rescheduling the trip to May. Unfortunately that still wasn’t long enough as Disney was still closed then and she handled canceling the Disney trip until they reopen and we can finally get back to Disney! Hopefully in 2021! And Forney Travel Agency will help us at that point too!! Highly recommended! (P. S. It doesn’t cost you a thing to use a travel agent for Disney!)
