Cindy Harris is one great travel agent! We scheduled our family, a group of 10, to go on an Alaska cruise last year! The COVID situation caused the cruise to be delayed until this year and ultimately was canceled in June. At Cindy’s recommendation, we decided to set up our own visit to Alaska. She was so helpful in getting our plane tickets (group of 10), rooms, transportation, and booking of several side trips. It is harder to book things for a large group, but Cindy was worked hard on getting these arrangements completed. Our trip far exceeded our expectations! We all had a great time, largely due to Cindy’s help in getting the trip arranged. We highly recommend using Cindy for any travel. We sure will in our upcoming travel plans!

I cannot say enough good things about Cindy at Travel Leaders. From signing on to a trip to the very end everything is first class. We have gone on many trips with her and a few on our own and we have never had one problem. I can even speak of a medical situation where we needed to fly home a day early. One text to Cindy and 15 minutes later we were headed to the airport. And All fees were waived. She is absolutely amazing and the best at what she does. So amazing we do not go anywhere without her services. Ever. Thanks Cindy for all of your hard work to ensure our safe travels!

Cindy has planned our family at least 5 vacations over the past 10 years and I can’t say enough wonderful things about her professionalism, her enthusiasm etc! We recently returned from Park City, Utah and had the most wonderful snow skiing adventure. She plans every detail from flights, ground travel, lodging, ski rental and lift tickets and suggestions extra excursions for us to do! Awesome!

We have used Travel Leaders Horizon Travel in Lexington at least four times, We booked air, cruises, tours, and complicated private itineraries for touring the UK, Italy and Germany. Cindy helped us with rental cars, GPS, trains, and accommodations. She helped us coordinate trips with another couple who introduced us to her. We have really put her to the test and have confidence she will help make our next trip work perfectly. Once we had a small emergency with our rented GPS when in Ireland on the road. We called Cindy and she helped us by finding & calling the right place to find the solution; we were soon back on our way! Thank you Cindy for your attention to detail and your big heart!

It has been a pleasure to travel with horizon travel leaders in Lexington. All of my trips have been extremely well organized. The accommodations selected were outstanding. I have traveled with Cindy on several multi day vacations in the states and abroad and also on numerous one-day local trips. She is absolutely a delight to work with. She is always there for her customers!

I have travelled with Cindy and Horizon Travel on 3 separate occasions and am going on a 4th trip with them Next year. The prices are reasonable. The tours are superb and the accommodations are truly first class. Cindy goes out of her way to put her clients first. The busses we travel on are really first class. Air travel arrangements are superb. I most strongly recommend Horizon Travel. I won’t travel with anyone else.

This was my first international trip by myself. My ex always made the plans This time I went to this travel agency and told Cindy that I want to go to Scotland. She told me about the trip Everything was explained to me, cost , date , pick the company Gosbus which was also great. But Cindy and the agency advised me what I need to do. I couldn't be happy with the results. I will use them again.

Very nice place. Sharon the young lady that helped us gave us a lot of information and answered all the questions we had about a cruise to the Bahamas so for the very first time Tommy and I are going on our first cruise and we are going to the Bahamas in Sept.
