This was my 4th or 5th time using this travel agency and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. They helped us navigate the stress of flying to the Caribbean through a literal hurricane (Hurricane Fiona). Contacting the airline and hotel on our behalf, removed our worries. They are extremely knowledgeable and helpful and we had the best vacation possible! I highly recommend this travel agency.

This was my 2nd vacay/getaway experience w/AWATA this one I can also mark as a success. I truly enjoyed myself on this getaway to Jamaica for my 40th. Like all vacations I wished it was longer. I must highlight the VIP service that came with this package was o so convenient. Ain’t Nothing like going through customs and walking straight to the agent to have your info verified ahead of the hundreds of people standing in line. You get what you pay for I’m glad this was my choice. Only one con: the ride to the hotel was shared and it took an hour for departure from the airport parking lot. I take partial blame for that as I could have requested an upgrade prior to for a private car. However, we did get that luxury on the way back to the airport. Everything was great all in all. I would do it again!!!

I have never used a travel agent before, but after my experience with Nancy I will always use one. And I will always use her! From the start to finish, it was 100% perfect. She was able to find me a great deal to Cabo, set up all the transportation to and from the resort from the airport. She found better flight and resort deals than I could find online. She even made sure to call the hotel and ensure my room had double beds. She was delightful from start to finish. For all of you that think it’s best to book online yourself, you are wrong! My friend and I even found out that people on the trip we met, paid almost $600-700 more than us, for the same trip and that did NOT include the flight and transportation. Their room was the same as ours also. Nancy is great, use her!

The booking of the resorts are always great. Transportation to the resort is great, but the transportation returning to the airport to go home needs improvement, a couple of my classmates arrived late. The boat Excursion needs alot of improvement, but we still managed to have a great time. Can we book our Excursion before we go.
