I reserved a car through Club1 and I saved a ton of money. I am looking forward to making reservations for a summer vacation and saving even more money. I would recommend using this app. I have used Club 1 Hotels many times to book rooms in California, Nevada, Arizona, and Utah from small inns to large chains. In my experience, their prices are well below the hotel's own website and even Expedia and Kayak. Cancellation policies are also easy to spot and read. I have cancelled rooms due to change of plans and have received refunds in a timely manner. Customer service is extremely prompt. I was pleased when I stumbled upon this website. The selection is varied, and for the most part the prices are about 10-20% cheaper than your regular booking sites. I had no problems checking in when I arrived, in fact I believe I was allowed to check in early! I will continue to use Club1 as long as it's an option.

Always enjoy staying a Club 1 Hotels.. we usually opt for Comfort Inn and did this time as well. Staff is always very friendly, I dont' think I have ever had a bad experience with staff at any location. Breakfast was great... ate way too much, of course! The only down side to this visit was, the indoor pool wasn't open. We weren't informed of this before our stay. It was a little let down. Aside of this, our stay was wonderful

Excellent booking process, everything has planned. Radisson Blu Golden Sand in Malta: Terrific place, amazing view from the sea view rooms, staff very helpful. The beach is small but as there several other areas available for guest to relax is never crowed. Lovely and massive swimming pool, kids pool also available. Breakfast has a great and varied offer. Three different restaurant for different taste. Kids club offer also great activities for the small ones. Some rooms are perfect for families has they are mini apartment with a small kitchen to help feeding fussy kids.

We stayed in Charlotte at the Holiday Inn Center city, the weekend that the Bill's played Carolina pre season. The hotel was nice, clean, bed was comfortable the plus was the restaurant/bar down stairs. Restaurants were walking distance, just about everything was walking distance. I will definitely book with Club 1 Hotels again. Try it you won't be disappointed at all.

I have been a member for about a year now. I travel often and am consider myself very knowledgeable about where to shop for compatible rates. However I had never heard of this company until I read an article on them and looked at their positive reviews overall so I was fortunate to find them. We had about a dozen rooms that we booked to Cancun for my daughters wedding and we saved about 20% minimum from any other website out there including the group rate from the hotel. I have used them to book a few nights at several hotels in the United States and there was also saving with some and with others the rates were about the same. My interactions with them have always been very quick and very responsive and efficient. This company is definitely one you want to consider when searching for rates.

First time at the Woodlands property. It’s quite the layout 😳. It could use some updating for sure. Rooms were clean at least. Sheets were scratchy, something in the shower looked like it was going to fall from the ceiling and paid extra money for the balcony room and the paint was chipping out there so bad. The food at Crescendos was great and so was the waitress! Went to the night club. Got ignored by the first bartender because he was on his phone and clearly didn’t want to make money so made her we tipped the other bartender extra just because she did her job. I think for the price I paid some sort of breakfast would have been included on a weekend but it wasn’t.

I was pleased when I stumbled upon this website. The selection is varied, and for the most part the prices are about 10-20% cheaper than your regular booking sites. I had no problems checking in when I arrived, in fact I believe I was allowed to check in early! I will continue to use Club1 as long as it's an option.

I have used club1hotels a few times over the last 4years. Prices are great and I never had issue once I checked into hotel. There is some frustration when booking, for example I just booked a hotel through this club1hotels and I got an email stating my reservation was cancelled due to credit card not being manually entered. So now I have to text email them to renter my reservation…time consuming. Seems like there is some snag like this in most booking experiences but would still recommend using site. Upscale hotels at great prices. I just told a friend about the site last night.

The club is good so far. Got a good rate on the site. The only bad thing is I downloaded the app and when you go to sign in it opens my safari to their website. So I didn't see any reason to keep the App if you can't view anything on it. I know the club has nothing to do as far as the hotels goes. The hotel I stayed at makes sure the only pics you see are the good ones. The hotel itself has done some upgrades but still looks pretty run down as far as the rooms go. Like I said the only bad thing was the App. As for the hotel not sure if I will ever go there again but like I said the club has nothing to do with that. I will use the club for other trips when they come up.

Club 1 Hotels, is so easy to book, through! Not only are the rates much better than doing it through the property itself, the reward points/mileage are amazing, and since you are the one making the reservation, you get to pick each detail of your room/rental so there is no mistakes when you finally arrive. I was traveling up the East coast and stayed 29 nights consecutively with Club 1 Hotels. I booked, modified , canceled, rebooked, spoke with their customer service, and am now a Top tier holding client who will always do it through these guys because the experience as a whole, is so stress-free!

I have booked hotels over the years with many different platforms, but none can compare with Club1Hotels. The prices offered by Club1 are often the lowest on the market, but if I find one cheaper elsewhere, I know that I can send a quick email with a link to the cheaper price and they will always beat the price. There is always someone at the end of an email if anything goes wrong or you want them to beat a price found elsewhere and they reply within a few hours in a friendly and helpful manner that would be expected. I have tried many alternatives to Club1 and none have even come close.

I made reservations for stay at Sunny Isles beach in FL at incredible price! Unfortunately, we were not able to go and I had to cancel reservation within allowable period. Everything was done online. After 10 days the website said “refund pending” and no money appeared in my account. Finally I called and representative (I don’t remember her name) was incredibly nice. She told me that though they didn’t get refund from owner, she will reimburse my account, since 2 weeks have passed. I find this caring, very professional. And very refreshing attitude nowadays. We used Club 1 to book a rental car for a month long trip. The day before our reservation the rental car location let us know they did not have a vehicle for us even though we had booked and prepaid 2 months prior. We texted the Club 1 number and had Brandon helping us almost immediately. Their responsiveness was incredibly impressive and he got right to work to help us out. It took a day and half but they pulled a million strings and got us an even better vehicle than we had booked originally. I just signed up with Club 1 Hotels, LLC. and I was planning a trip did some price comparisons to other sites and they were very low. I haven't yet booked with them because the travels plans aren't 100% yet, but so far I would definitely refer people to look at their offers before they book somewhere else. Besides hotels they have residential rentals and besides commercial flights they have charter options. So from the budget savvy to someone looking for a top shelf vacation they have something for everyone.

I come here for the deals. The web interface is a bit clunky, but once you look past that there are some real deals to be had. Not on every search and every destination and every hotel, but I find some real gems here and when I do the savings can be really significant. Often there are deals here that cannot be found anywhere else. Good promos too. Also the customer service is surprisingly good for a smaller company. They respond quickly day or night and it's a relief to not have to deal with a mega overseas call center when you need to call in. They don't show up on Kayak or other search engines so it's worth joining and doing a separate search.

My most recent stay using my reward points at the Hyatt in Dallas was perfect. The only aggravation I get now with the new system is that you cannot see the hotel prices without clicking on each hotel and opening it up and seeing the prices that is very frustrating to me as well as the chat box That constantly keeps popping up on my phone screen and covering the details that I am trying to read. Once I exit off of the chat box I wish it would never appear again during that session. So far, all hotels and resorts have complied with the terms of the reservations with no problems whatsoever. My only concern is that it can take longer than expected for Club 1 to issue a refund for a cancellation, sometimes greater than two weeks, though cancelled well before the date stated in the refund policy. Thankfully, my credit card typically processes within 24 hours after initiation and all refunds have eventually been received.

I am a fairly new user to Club 1 hotels. I’m currently planning a trip to Baltimore in March and needed a good , clean hotel to stay around inner harbor. I’ve tried multiple outlets to shop for decent prices. It’s crazy how so many of the lower priced hotels in Inner Harbor, Baltimore were described as unclean, “shady area”, terribly overbooked with long check in and check out waits, and terrible service. With that being said, I was set on a few specific named hotels in that area. I decided to sign up for a Club 1 membership(it was an employee perk at my company) to compare prices of these choice hotels. Surprisingly enough, the 4.5 star hotel I was looking at was over $100 cheaper a night in Club 1 than it was on google ! Plus, you get a free room upgrade ! It was pretty amazing. We booked our trip months ago and hoped for the best, we were thrilled when we arrived at the Hyatt Zilara in Cancun and we were greeted by the friendliest staff and what a beautiful resort! The accommodations were very nice and we were offered an upgrade for the last 2 nights of our stay for $169 total price, the upgrade was a swim up suite that was fantastic! The swim up suite came with additional services and the same friendly service of the staff. I had been to several all-inclusive and the food had always been mediocre, that was not the case here at the Hyatt Zilara… The food was amazing and fresh at every meal, outstanding is an understatement! My stay at a Club 1 Hotel was at the Hotel du Parc Hanoi and everything worked perfectly during my stay. High quality hotel. You can see it's a business oriented hotel. However, I stayed for leisure and I enjoyed my stay very much. Quality of the room was pretty high. Breakfast buffet very rich and good quality. The area is quite local. Not so many eateries around there, so it's best to move north towards more central areas. 5 min taxi or little more. However, location us really close to the popular railway cafes. Strong recommendation for booking with Club 1 at this hotel!

I was skeptical at the start due to the site being a little clunky to use but after going through a reservation, and using their BRG I have nothing but high praises for the team behind Club 1. Being based in Singapore I was afraid the time difference might make for delays in communication but they are staffed 24/7 and do excellent handovers. I used a wrong credit card(one with onerous forex charges) and they allowed me to change the card for the booking. I also had a last minute work trip come crop up and they kindly accommodated a change in dates of my hotel booking. Overall a fantastic experience and I feel bad for the troubles I caused them. Just over a year ago, based on a recommendation from a travel blogger, I discovered my secret weapon to booking affordable but higher end travel accommodations... Club1Hotels! Since then, with the help of Robert at Club1Hotels, my family and friends have booked and stayed at the Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancun, the Westin Playal Conchal Costa Rica and the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage, all at prices substantially lower than any other I can find online or via travel agents. In fact, Robert just booked the Hyatt Ziva Cancun for Spring Break next year for us at rates only he was able to directly find!
