We recently took Keith's Christmas tour of NYC with Champlain Tours and I cannot tell you how happy we were with Keith's service and attention to details. We saw more in three days than was imaginable. Keith was very detail orientated and informative during the ride down and in NYC. He sincerely cared about every member of the tour and to any needs each had. He went above in beyond, treating us on the ride down to NYC and again home, and while there showing us around the city, even in the evening. I have never been on a trip that was so well planned. We would definitely recommend Champlain Tours to anyone looking to travel.

This is my first trip with Champlain Tours. I went to New York City in Dec 2021. The trip was outstanding. Keith was an outstanding tour guide. He truly cared about us in so much more. The trip was one of the best trips I've made to New York City. I recommend it. I have done other trips and it did not even come close to this experience. The driver was outstanding and the tour manager that took us around New York City did an incredible job explaining New York City and its sites. It's one trip I will not ever forget. I will be going on another trip with this company. Keith put a lot of care, respect, and fun into the trip. Thank you Keith

I am so impressed with Champlain Tours! Keith is very organized, professional, and fun! He takes special care to make sure everyone is safe and having a good time. We went on a group tour with him (Christmas in Nashville), but he also helped plan another trip and made all the arrangements! He picks great hotels and restaurants and entertainment. Be sure to contact him with your travel plans and dream vacations - you won't be sorry!

We want to give a shout out to CHAMPLAIN TOURS! It is obvious that Keith enjoys his work, takes it seriously, and knows how to make good use of time, frequently adding interesting trivia and locations to visit even though they may not be on the schedule, allowing his travelers to never be bored or complacent on his trips. On our recent trip to Branson, it was noticeable that every person on the trip was important with Keith taking time to meet them personally. And what an interesting group of people on our tour! We enjoyed each and every one of them. CHAMPLAIN TOURS is a great way to travel! Our trip was seamless and we never worried about anything because Keith took care of every detail. We look forward to traveling with them again in the future.

My sister, son, and I purchased a trip to NYC for my mother for her 80th birthday for the Christmas tour, and we all thoroughly enjoyed each day. Keith enjoys his work, and it showed in the quality of the tour. Each activity was well planned and he was helpful in planning extra events for us around the tour activities. He was patient when some of us were stragglers, and ensured everyone in the group was taken care of. I will definitely use Champlain Tours again in the future!

Cathy and I enjoyed meeting Keith on a trip to Europe (we were not at that time a part of his group) and got to know him a bit. And after knowing him we decided to book a tour with Champlain. He took real good care of us throughout and we met a number of nice and interesting people both on the paddle wheel boat from Memphis to New Orleans and within his group on the boat. Will be booking additional tours with Keith in the future. Two thumbs up.

I have taken two tours with Keith--one to NYC at Christmas time last year and just recently to Switzerland. Keith is very attentive, gets to know his clients and his choices of restaurants and hotels are excellent. I will definitely travel with him again in the future.

Pleasantly surprised that all inclusive means all inclusive. Everything was included, and was actually cheaper in the long run. Itinerary was excellent, and our tour guide was pleasant and VERY attentive. Highly recommended!
