We had a blast on the tour of Burlington. The tour guides were very helpful getting us set up and teaching us how to use the Segways. I have done Segway tours in other cities and this is the best one I have been on. The reason this one is so great is the tour guides know and love the city and it is apparent as they share history of the area peppered with personal anecdotes that one cannot get from reading the Wikipedia page. I asked questions about a specific area of downtown and not only did they explain the area, the history, and even how development goals have changed over the decades, they made sure to take us past the spot. The tour was a highlight of our trip. I would happily recommend this to my friends visiting Burlington.

We had a wonderful experience renting bikes from Burlington Segway. Ruth was very helpful, as we had never ridden E bikes before. She let us try several kinds before we decided on the ones we wanted to rent and she even led us to the beginning of the Burlington bike path from the rental location. The bikes were in excellent condition and we had a wonderful day touring the Lake Champlain Islands. Drop off was a snap. We were able to borrow bicycle helmets and locks and the bikes equipped with rear storage racks and bar bags. Their location is maybe two minutes from the bike path itself making it super convenient. All in all we had a fantastic experience with Burlington Segway and I highly recommend renting from them.

This was one of the most informative and scenic tours we have ever done. We booked a two hour Segway tour and glad we chose the two hour over the one hour tour due to how much we learned and how different each half of the tour was. The first half of the tour was spent along the waterfront area where we learned about the history of the waterfront park, the plans that once would have prevented such a great park from existing, and how the guides themselves actually played a role in how the waterfront became the great area it is today. The second half of the tour was spent downtown and on the UVM campus where we learned a lot about the history of Burlington, UVM, and saw some really nice architecture along the way. The Segways made it easy and fun to cover a lot of ground (and hills) in only two hours, and the guides were great!

Ruth gave a fantastic and informed tour, pointed out things I didn’t even noticed even though I’d been in town for 7 weeks! She also answered lots of questions I had about Burlington. I also had a blast riding the Segway for the first time! Thank you, Ruth!!!

Rick and Ruth were awesome. So knowledgeable and accommodating. We took the two hour tour then rented some e-bikes from them and road the bike path and causeway. Just an all around great experience. Rick even gave us a signed copy of the book he wrote about the history of Burlington. Thanks so much guys!

We had an amazing experience renting eclectic bikes. We came up to Burlington for my mothers 60th, and it was a wonderful activity to do as a family. Ruth & Rick were both very kind, and Rick even help lead us to the start of the trail. We will definitely use them again!

This tour was awesome! You get to ride on a Segway which is really fun in itself but you also get to learn so much about Burlington's history!! It was a rainy day, and they worked with us to ensure that our tour was moved to the time of day that we would not get caught in a downpour also working with our schedule. It overall was a fantastic tour! I would really recommend this!

What a great experience! Was great to go back to Vermont after two years of COVID and make this great discovery. Our guides were really nice and even our two teenage sons liked!!! Definitively a must if you look for an activity while un Burlington

We rented a pair of Rad Power e-bikes to explore the Colchester Causeway. The bikes were easy to use and fast! I really liked the pedal assist/throttle combination. We took a casual 5 hour ride with stops for pictures and lunch. We only used 20% of our battery range and easily covered 20 miles. Price was very reasonable and weekday availability was not a problem.

We are visiting our nephew in Burlington for the week and found Rick & Ruth for a tour hour Segway tour, which is something we seek out in every new vacation spot. We had such a great time on the Segway Tour that when Rick suggested renting electric bikes to explore The Causeway and the bike path, we rescheduled our plans for the next day and rented e-bikes instead. We were not disappointed. It was a beautiful way to explore the area, enjoy the weather and scenery. We had so much fun we’re now exploring buying our own e-bikes for home. I've done segway tours before but this has been the best so far. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Lots of history and information shared the entire trip. Helmets were clean (big deal to me) and they made sure we were comfortable on the Segway. I would highly recommend this to anyone.

Had great fun on the new ebikes and thought it was great value for money - even though we only took them for half a day! Ruth was very helpful and we took the bikes all the way north along the causeway, hopped over on the ferry and continued all the way up to Sebs for a ginourmous ice cream. The 20 and 14 year old kids also had a blast and was impressed at how long the bikes lasted - 7 miles each way, on the way there I used the first level of cycle assist to see how the battery would do - I was barely pedalling. Got to Sebs still with 5 bars of battery. Decided to test the throttle on the way back. Got all the way back without pedalling AT ALL before the battery dropped by one bar! Would definitley do this again and maybe do the whole day - it pretty hard on the backside, but REALLY good fun! Included in the price are helmets, bike locks and a map - thanks Ruth!

The Segway tour was the highlight of our weekend. Our young guides, Nick and Trevor were super friendly and helpful. They also had lots of interesting facts to share about Burlington as we cruised the bike trail along beautiful Lake Champlain.

Rick and Ruth we're wonderful guides for our Burlington Segway tour. Wobbly at first, but after 15 minutes of instruction and practice, everyone had the basics and completed the tour without mishaps. Part way through we encountered a hill, and more instruction stopping, starting and turning followed. The walkie talkies worked well so the speaking could be heard and understood. My wife and I had a great fun time and I highly recommend this tour, not only for the tour but for the Segway experience. We were first timers and could easily ride one now😀.

Three sisters did a tour. We had lots of good training to enable us to feel confident before our tour. Went along the water for a 4 pm tour. Views were amazing, Rick was knowledgeable and very helpful. A wonderful experience!

We had a large group with both kids and adults. The staff divided us into two groups, one of which wanted the historical tour and the other who just wanted to play in the park. I went on the historical tour and our tour guide, Corinne, was incredible. A very thorough tour of the waterfront, complete with dates, names, and interesting facts. We were all impressed with her memory and how seamless the whole presentation was. Top knotch professional group.

Nice support from the team and training that gives us the confidence to benefit from the experience. Our guide was excellent and despite the language barrier, we were able to capture everything that was important. We recommend this excursion! (Original) Quelle belle expérience! Unique!
