My husband and I LOVED our tour with Pat, it was a highlight of our trip! Pat was kind enough to accommodate some mocktails for me since I’m pregnant, and my husband enjoyed his regular cocktails too. We got to see local hidden gems and enjoy some history and sightseeing in Boston. Definitely recommend booking a tour!

I could not recommend a better tour. Pat, our tour guide, gave us a lot of information and history about the North End. It was fun and interactive, but Pat did not make it feel at all like a school trip. It was a very hot day when I went, but the walk was not overwhelming at all. He lets you take all the time you need to eat your pastries and sip your cocktails without feeling rushed. Overall, he is friendly and kind and this was one of my favorite activities I’ve done in Boston. Worth it!!

We loved absolutely everything about this tour especially our tour guide, Pat. Pat was knowledgable, super friendly, and very welcoming. He texted us before hand to make sure if we had any questions before the tour, engaged in conversation with everyone, and checked in with how people were feeling about their drinks and dessert. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking to do something with your partner (and/or friends) or just to have a few cocktails with some dessert. The North End experience was much more lively with Pat as our tour guide.

We booked a private tour with Pat on a Thursday night after we arrived in Boston. The private tour was slightly more expensive at $100/person but worth it to have our own guide. The tour includes 3 dessert stops and 3 cocktail stops. He also showed us some unique spots around the North End. He has a great knowledge of the history of the area and was fun to listen to!

My wife and I absolutely loved this tour!! Pat was an incredible guide! His passion for Boston's North End was evident and sincere, and came across in his energy and enthusiasm while guiding us. It was our first night in Boston and this was a great way to get to know the neighborhood. The following days we had breakfast, lunch, and dinner at places recommended by Pat and were not disappointed. Communication and follow up was great as well. If we are back in Boston we will absolutely do this again. It's a great option if you're just visiting or if you live close by and want exclusive access to great drinks and delicious cannoli (and more)!

Really great tour. He had some cancellations, and I ended up being the only customer. I really appreciated he didn't cancel the tour since it would just be me. He has a lot of great insights and is a multigenerational Bostonian which adds to the experience. I had been in the area walking around before the tour, and there were spots I passed and never would've stopped at on my own. A couple of them were places that had inconspicuous to practically hidden entrances and ended up being quite the place. Cocktails were really good, and they weren't just tastes which I really enjoyed. Pat is very down to earth.

We arrived for our tour with Patrick around 1 pm at the beginning of Hanover St, entering the North End. It was a celebration for my friend’s birthday, and what better way than to eat Italian desserts and drink cocktails?! Patrick took us throughout the North End and gave us information about the neighborhood. We then had a blind taste test of two cannolis from two popular bakeries in the North End and had to guess where. The greatest part about the tour is skipping the long lines at places, especially since the North End is very crowded due to the feasts and it being summer. Overall, our group had a great time. Patrick was thorough with his history of the North End and personalized the tour for us. Thank you so much!

This dessert and drink tour in the North End was the most fun tour we’ve been on. My family and I are from MA and have been to Boston many times but we wanted to learn and see more of it from a guide and Pat was the absolute best!! All of the facts and history he gave us we’re so interesting and entertaining, the opposite of a boring tour. A very authentic tour of the North End eats and drinks! Tour guide Pat had great rapport with all the establishments we went to, and each bar and restaurant was ready for us in advance. The lemon sfogliatella we had was to die for! We ended up liking the espresso Martini at Cafe Roma so much we stayed for dinner after.

Pat was the best host you can imagine for a walking tour. The dessert / drink stops were spaced well and had the perfect combinations! You get to see landmarks like Old North Church, and also learn about the history of the area in a way that leaves you feeling like a local. There were tons of interesting fun facts as well as water and great food and drinks (it was such a bonus to skip the lines for everything!) It was also great that all the shop owners were super friendly with our guide and quick to serve us. The best part of the tour was that you get to try one cannoli of each of the two best shops in the North End. Instead of waiting for 30 minutes at one of the two, you get to do a blind test to compare and see the different styles that each shop has. Choose your favorite. It was an amazing way to spend the afternoon and super fun! Highly recommend!

This tour was so much fun! I set up a private tour for my close family members, there were 5 of us - and coming me, someone from MA and a frequent visitor of Boston with a passion for the north end - I was brought placed I’ve walked past 100 times and never knew they were there. Hidden gems of bar and bakeries, delighted with some drinking history, taken down quiet back roads off of Hanover St. , this tour gave us everything we wanted and never expected. Our tour guide was awesome and so accommodating. The perfect length as well, 2-2.5hrs - while there is a mix of walking and relaxing - we didn’t feel tired! He truly knew his stuff and I would recommend this tour to anyone no matter how familiar you are with Boston and the North End. As long as you like fantastic cocktails and desserts ;)

The Cocktails and Cannoli tour is a must for anyone that enjoys desserts, drinking, and wants a nice tour of Boston’s North End! It was an absolutely amazing experience! You get to do a blind taste test of Mike’s and Modern, get to see different parts of Boston’s North End, and enjoy some delicious cocktails. The tours are also only up to 12 people, which I personally think is great so that way you can actually hear the tour guide and enjoy yourself. Speaking of tour guides, Sara was absolutely amazing! She was super knowledgeable, extremely friendly, and she was attentive to everyone in the group!

We did this tour for my aunt's birthday - it was so much fun! Pat was so nice and took us to great spots in the North End. The food and drinks were delicious, and he provided us with a ton of interesting facts and stories about the neighborhood. The group was about 12 people total so it was a good size. The tour is absolutely amazing, you get to see the best parts of Boston while enjoying great drinks and even better deserts. The thing I enjoyed most about this tour was that they show you things of Boston you wouldn’t normally get to see on a tour. Extremely knowledgeable tour guide who was very enthusiastic. The cocktails and desserts were amazing, and the history learned along the way isn’t your usual classroom knowledge. My sister and I had so much fun on this tour through the North End. We are not unfamiliar to the North End but this tour sounded so unique, we had to give it a try! Pat was a great tour guide, adding his local knowledge to the historical aspect of the tour. LOVED IT - I recently enjoyed this tour with some family and friends who were visiting the area, and we had a blast. We were seamlessly guided through a fairly busy part of Boston, and our guide (Sara) stopped us at the perfect times - to point out historic sites, tell their stories, and most importantly to feed us alcohol and desserts. This is hands down one of the best tours in Boston. We met with 3 other couples/pairs and went on a tour with Pat. I've been on 4/5 other tours in Boston, and I picked up so many great facts I'd never heard. The spots we went to were amazing and Pat really got everyone talking and excited. After just one stop everyone was laughing and talking and it felt like we were all in one big group. My wife and I will definitely be bringing family and friends back for this tour. We had such a great experience on the Cocktails & Cannoli Tour! Pat packed the tour with not just some truly delicious desserts and cocktails, but also stories of the North End restaurants, their owners, and some history of Boston itself. We got way more than we bargained for, and had an amazing time! We had a private tour with Pat for a Bachelorette Party and it was fantastic! He was on time and started off by making sure everyone had water (much needed on the hot day in the North End)! The places you visit throughout the tour were so unique and places that people would definitely pass by if they did not know they were there. We had someone from Boston that was shocked to discover things she walked by all the time while visiting the North End. The tour was spaced out well between food and drink stops and local sites. Pat also did a great job of telling history stories that were not boring (a very hard skill to master in my opinion)! He also added in content based off of our groups questions and was willing to give recommendations of where to go in the area. Now it is time to talk about the food and drink. The desserts we tried were SO GOOD! And the drinks complemented the food perfectly and one even involved a fun element that we were not expecting, but loved. The group's favorite part was a cannoli taste off in the area. I could not recommend highly enough if you are looking for a fun experience in the North End, whether for a date night, Bachelorette Party, or visit into Boston!

This was one of the MOST memorable things I have done in Boston in my two years living here. Pat is an incredible host who was able to sprinkle in fun, interesting historical tidbits as he guided our party around the North End treating us to some incredible desserts and cocktails. Sure the desserts are delicious and the cocktails are masterpieces, but what really makes this tour is Pat who is incredibly warm and hospitable. This was a great tour. My sister and I are Boston natives and wanted to do something delicious and enjoy the last of the nice weather so we booked the tour. Our tour guides were funny and knowledgeable and the deserts and cocktails were AMAZING. Covid cancelled my prior birthday events, and since there were more things opening up, we were able to take a private tour with 2 of our best friends. Pat (Deuce) was a great tour-guide. Loved the local Boston knowledge of the city, having visited the North End on numerous occasions over the years, it was fun doing something "touristy" because I still got to experience things I haven't yet in the North End. Would highly recommend and definitely plan on doing this again, because who doesn't love having various cocktails, desserts and especially cannoli's from the North End?!

Looking for something special to do on a recent visit to Boston, we signed up for the "Cocktails and Cannoli" tour that had been recommended to us. What a great decision! What a great tour! Not only did we walk through the historic North End on a beautiful afternoon, we stopped at several bars and eateries to sample featured desserts like gelato and sipped creative alcoholic concoctions that were made to order. Patrick, our knowledgeable and personable tour-guide, also threw in some history and some recommendations about the best restaurants in the area. But the piece de resistance was the blind cannoli-tasting challenge, which pitted the delectable pastries from two famed bakeries on Hanover Street--Modern and Mike's. This was one contest where there were no losers! The whole experience made this out-of-towner feel like a local. I would highly recommend this tour to anyone who is looking for an entertaining and enjoyable way to spend a late afternoon/early evening in Boston. Just ask for Patrick.

Covid Friendly! Tour guide Pat made us feel like we were family members or had been friends for forever from the very start. Pat’s knowledge, booming personality and eagerness to please showed throughout the entire tour. If you have a few hours to kill, or looking for something fun and spontaneous to do, you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t take the tour. Pat has an elegant way of blending the history of the area to the foods and drinks we sampled. The man is a walking Snapple cap! Look forward to the brunch tour in the works!

My boyfriend and I bought tickets for this tour. We were amazed by how fun it was! We got multiple full-sized drinks on the tour, as well as full-sized drinks we had never had before. Our tour guide, Deuce, was amazing and made the tour that much more interesting. We were able to see parts of the North End that we would’ve never found on our own. Being able to walk into restaurants and cut lines made us feel exclusive. We are already thinking about when our next tour will be!

This was such a fun tour! My husband and I booked this last minute when we were already in town and decided to make it happen. We are so glad that we did! Needing a break from all of the history, it was a delight to join Deuce and spend a few hours walking through Boston’s incredible north end, sampling amazing desserts and cocktails along the way. They even share some light history tidbits just to make it interesting. The highlight of this tour is definitely getting to taste both a Modern Pastry and a Mike’s Pastry cannoli (without standing in line) to truly test which one is better! (Paired with an almond joy martini of course!) Otherwise, you might have to wait in line for these delicacies yourself! At the end of the tour, they bring you down to a sweet little secret bar below modern pastry which is a can’t miss. We can’t recommend this tour enough as it is just a total blast! Deuce even recommended food spots and joined us for a rooftop aperol spritz after the tour concluded. Such a fun time!

Pat was a GREAT guide for alllll the info about the North End. Because of Covid it was just the two of us that booked it so basically a private tour. He brought us water and even brought umbrellas when it poured, he was 1000% prepared! He was very knowledgeable and knew every question we asked. Well worth the money and I recommend this to anyone visiting Boston. He also carried hand sanitizer and kept a mask on and made sure he zipped our water and umbrellas so there was so contact. Every single thing we ate and drank was unbelievable!!!!
