I did two tours with the same tour guide in the same day! The seafood tour was hands down some of the best food I had in Boston. It's a great way to walk around and explore Boston. Walking destination to destination was a great way to make room for all the delicious food I got to eat. I also did the Historical Tavern tour which was also fantastic. Again, a great way to explore Boston and learn some history. Easily some of the best time I spent during my trip. Not to mention Martin, the tour guide, was knowledgeable, considerate, flexible, informative and fun! I had a ton of fun!

Get tour, great pizza, great tour guide. You get to try Boston style pizza along with a really cool and interesting tour of Bostons Northend. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and was great at telling very interesting stories of Boston. Will definitely be doing this again.

I’m not sure Martin needs another five star review but we had a great tour and delicious pizza. We liked seeing Paul Revere’s house and the 1700 grave stones were a hit. The finale was......cannoli from Modern Bakery. Delicious! Thanks Martin!

This was the best tour! We had so much fun..Highly recommended our tour guide, Scotty! The pizza was delicious and we learned a lot of the history of Boston.

Wonderful tour around the North End and great pizza!! Learned some history too!! :) Was a great time and loved the stories!!
Jennifer Wood
Definitely one of the highlights of our trip! Our tour guide Scotty was full of great stories and funny historical details — my teenage daughters both were listening with interest. And the pizza and cannoli were fantastic! Highly recommend this tour.

The tour was great. Our tour guide was great. Scotty our guide was absolutely fantastic. He is super personable and entertaining. Also very well informed on the neighborhood and general history regarding the route of the tour. It was a great time my Lady took me today for a birthday surprise and it was an awesome time. Scott made it interesting and fun. I recommend it to anyone trying to do something different as well as have some really good Pizza

Our tour was awesome! We had a 2 o'clock tour and our guide Meg was the da bomb! All the pizza was great and more than we could eat. She was knowledgeable and fun. Definitely say go and make sure you get her. Oh and remember you meet in the basement.lol we were a little lost

This was a great experience. It was the perfect compromise for the me, the history buff, and my son, the pizza aficionado. Margo was great. She kept it light, fun and informative. She kept the whole group engaged. Her personality and knowledge really made the experience.
I would recommend this tour to anyone looking for a change from the standard Freedom Trail tours. The pizza choices were great. Everyone had different favorites. The only suggestion I would have would be to offer water more often on a hot day.
They were also incredibly accommodating to change our reservation with Tropical Storm Henri coming thru the area.
Nicole Knight
HIGHLY recommend this pizza tour for anyone visiting Boston!! Our tour guide was fantastic and very knowledgeable on what to see, where to go, and where to eat. We had a great time, fun for everyone!!

My mom and I recently went on the Boston Pizza Tour and it was amazing! The food was great and our guide was awesome! They also provide water on every stop which was helpful with how hot it was on our tour. The tour was also full of great history. Would definitely recommend for an afternoon or evening in Boston! It lasts two hours, so there's still plenty of time to do other things.

Martin was a wonderful, knowledgeable and fun tour guide. Stopped at delicious places to eat and truly enjoyed our day! Thank you Martin! Can't wait to do another tour with you!
Stephen Nickse
Such a fun tour. My wife and I were in Boston for our anniversary weekend and decided to take this tour. Pizza choices we had were amazing, especially the Sicilian slice. The history part of the tour was great. Very knowledgeable guide. Would strongly recommend taking this fun tour!
Kenneth Smith
Simply outstanding!! Great pizza and a great historic tour of North Boston. You’ll see Paul Revere’s home, the old North Church, and more! Scotty (our tour guide) is a local and shared great local anecdotes as well. Definitely worth your time!!!
Edward Kaplan
Scottie was a fabulous guide. This tour was great for adults and our 10 and 12 year olds.
Nettie Nitzberg
This was such a fun experience! Scotty did a great job touring us through the North End and sharing some great stories and historical information. It was made even better with the pizza slices from Umberto's (my favorite), Ernesto's, and Modern for pizza (did not know they made pizza) and cannolis. I highly recommend this to locals or visitors.

We went to this tour with the expectation of some walking around the North End, some history, and some pizza for lunch.
We went to 3 pizza places and a pastry place with some stops along the way for history. Scotty was our tour guide and he was very authentic. He had answers to our questions and he gave us some great tips along the way.
The pizza was a good amount of food for my lunch and I enjoyed the different slices. Each was from places recommended elsewhere.. The cannoli was from a busy, popular place as well. If you enjoy pizza and don't mind walking, this was a great time.

Scotty was an amazing guide. He was conscious and thoughtful to both us and our kids in tow. The pizza choices were so yummy and topping it off with a cannoli. So delicious! It was a great variety of sauce and flavors. He showed us many things we did not hear or see on any of the other tours in Boston so we did not feel like that it was super repetitive

The pizza tour was fun, great way to pass time, but it was a little disappointing for the money. We spend $25 per person for 3 slices of pizza. There was no bar tender at the last stop, even though it was promised. I understand that was not his fault, just thought it would have added to the time. He was quiet and talked politics and Covid, not ideal topics for a historical tour.
Shneour Heintz
Scotty is a great and personable tour guide. The tour included 3 very different types of pizza and a delicious cannoli at the end of the tour. In between each food stop we walked around the north end neighborhood and got to know about the history of the area. Scotty seemed genuinely proud of his neighborhood which made for a great tour.

What a fun way to spend our first day in Boston! My husband, myself, and my big pregnant belly had a blast learning about the city's history and scarfing down pizza. The weather was perfect, our tour group was small, and Scotty was fabulous, 10/10 without a doubt.

Came from PA to Boston for a getaway on a first time trip to the city. My girlfriend and I did multiple tours of the city to get the history of the different areas of the city and this was by far our favorite. Mark was great at telling the history of the North End not missing any historical landmarks. As for the pizza the selections did not disappoint. He also pointed out a lot of good places to eat in the North End which I would definitely pay attention to if you're staying a couple of days. This tour is a must for the North End.
Ray Perry
Great time with our guide learning about North End history. Three great and different options for pizza. All cheese slices to give true comparisons. Interesting three of us touring together ranked them differently. Shows the variety of sauce, cheese and crust we experienced. All great, just preference. Canolli was wonderful too. Went back to bakery later for another option.

Our tour guide Scott gave us a lot of information about the Freedom Trail as well as sprinkled in some modern pop culture references about the area. The food was always ready when we arrived at our restauraunt stops. It was the best way to spend our afternoon as first timers in Boston!
Anna Cavallino
While the pizza was very good, this tour was definitely not worth $50 a person. The majority of the tour is spent sitting in restaurants eating pizza. We sat at one place eating a slice of pizza for 45 minutes of the 2 hour tour. In addition, I think we saw only 5 of the freedom trail stops. Better time management is needed

We had a great time at the Boston Pizza Tour in the North End. Margot was personable and very knowledgable; even though we live in New England we learned a lot more about the American Revolution. The pizza was amazing at each stop. Highly recommend!

This is a must do. I’m going to be honest, we tried to cancel this tour, because it is so ding-dang hot outside. But, we missed the deadline so we rallied and rolled out. So glad we did. This was a great mix of history and incredible pizza. Three wildly different slices and the best cannoli I’ve ever had. Our guide was amazing, efficient, funny, incredibly knowledgeable and patient. Our 6 year old was able to comfortably keep up and had fun, though he was too full to eat his 3rd slice or cannoli. My only suggestion would be to raise the age for kids to come along for free!
Jayme Cook
I booked this tour to celebrate my 12 year old pizza-obsessed son's birthday. What a delightful way to celebrate with 3 generations of family! Purchasing the drink option ahead of time was a big hit with the grown-ups, and the kids were delighted to have lemonades. Our tour guide, Veronica, couldn't have been more good natured, knowledgable, and laid back. We felt well taken care of, relaxed, and delighted with the fun & interesting tid-bits she added to our Freedom Trail tour. The pizza was DELICIOUS, and enjoyed by all, aged 9-67! Highly recommend Veronica :)

What a great time we had with Dave! He was on-time, very friendly, very knowledgeable regarding the big picture of Boston's history and also a lot of anecdotal history. He was also funny and personable. He answered our questions clearly and ensured we understood. He was also very patient with us allowing time for pictures. He made additional recommendations bases on our interests for places to visit, restaurants, etc. We highly recommend Boston Pizza Tours and Dave as a guide.

Fun and fascinating tour of Boston's North End...Scotty was an informative and entertaining guide as we made our way through the neighbourhood!
Scott Wilson
First, Tim was EXCELLENT. He was knowledgeable and funny, and personable which is huge when your going to spend 2.5 hours with strangers walking around a bustling city. He had knowledge that I’ve never even heard of and I walked away learning a lot. Luckily he prepped us from the beginning that this was a HISTORICAL tour with pizza on it. I say that because the pizza fell short. Ernestos to start was pretty good, but it went down hill relatively quickly. I also understand that its difficult to find somewhere in the city to accommodate 8+ Adults, but the final stop at modern should really be taken off as a pizza option as it was closer to what you’d expect from a gas station.
Susan
This tour was a lot of fun and filled with interesting history of the neighborhood. Our guide was relaxed and easy-going, and, despite having told the stories about a bazillion times, managed to make them sound fresh for us. Word of warning: don't eat breakfast before the tour!
kathe kaye
Great area of Boston with great pizza (who knew???). And, bonus, our tour guide, Scotty, was funny and full of historical information. Highly recommend this tour and will definitely try another of their tours when in Boston!
Norma Sundman
Nice combination of Boston history (The Freedom Trail) and local Italian food scene. The pace and distance of the tour was just about right for the time frame. I wish our guide "Tim" had shared more info about the "Little Italy" area in recent times rather than concentrating on colonial times.
Anna Avery
Margo was an excellent host!! Very knowledgeable of the area and so fun to talk to. The pizza was amazing, and the cannoli was the perfect way to top off the tour. We had a great time and would highly recommend!

Can't say enough good things about this experience. Martin from #northendpizzatour really goes above and beyond to show you not only a good time, but a fascinating tour of a gorgeous historic area. And the pizza!! Our family was split on a favorite of the three, but each pizza was uniquely delicious. Martin was engaging, entertaining, and informative. Truly the highlight of our trip. The only problem is, now we have to go home and try to find pizza as good!
David
Spent a fantastic 2 hours walking Boston’s North End with our knowledgeable and witty tour guide, Martin. We learned some very interesting local history and indulged in some of the best pizza I’ve ever had! Highly recommend!
Erin GK
The tour was great. Our tour guide, Scotty, was one of the best tour guides we have ever had. His energy and knowledge made the tour fun and educational.
Abby Davis
Our tour had a perfect mixture of history and sampling of pizza as well as excellent insight about the North End that was very helpful for future visits to the area. The amount of walking was very doable, even for a person with knee issues.
Marc Derhammer
We had a great tour of the North End from our guide Martin . Lots of fun Boston History mixed with some great pizza and a cannoli. Definitely go hungry because the pizza slices are huge.
Thank you Martin!
Noreen Berger
Throughly enjoyed a nice mix of great pizza with a little history of the North End. Overall experience was prefect. Our tour guide was considerate, kind and attentive.
Sharayah Burden
My husband and I visited Boston for the first time last week and we’re so glad we went on this tour! It was the perfect combo of historical sites and pizza! We even learned some things we didn’t learn on our freedom trail tour. Martin was so knowledgeable, personable and he really made our time a memorable experience. Pizza and cannolis were AMAZING! Thank you!
Sarah Tilford
We had so much fun on this tour! The tour guide was very knowledgeable and professional. We tasted some amazing pizza and had a beautiful and educational walk around the North End. And it ended with delicious cannolis!
Cynthia Carnes
My husband and I took a pizza tour. The guide was knowledgeable and answered a ton of questions. We enjoyed sampling different pizzas and cannoli was a great finish. Lots of history information. Highly recommend.
Raj Jawa
A very enjoyable experience with great pizza and a passionate, engaged tour guide - Tim was really great! It's a casual walk through the historic North End with some fun facts shared about particularly notable locations. It's a fantastic way to spend two hours in town and try some pizza places.
Suzette Ross
My husband and I went on this tour and loved it! Martin, our guide, was personable, knowledgeable and professional. The pizza and cannoli were excellent and guided tour of the North End was interesting and fun. We highly recommend!

Our tour guide was knowledgable about the area, made it fun, the pizza was great as well the cannoli. It was a great mix of interesting history, food and an informative tour of the north end. Highly recommend - well worth the time and money.
Lisa Durant
We had a great time touring the North End and learning history with Dave. Pizza was good but the star was the cannoli! Fun time!
Kirby Gong
Scotty was great, knew lots of stories and local landmarks. Good pizza, great cannoli, and plenty of interesting information.

Highly recommend this tour! I could not think of a better way to learn history than with pizza and cannolis! The tour exceeded my expectations. I would definitely do it again. Thank you Martin!
Maureen Rogers
Martin was a terrific tour guide. Personable and knew his stuff - pizza and history - and was GREAT with kids. (Our were a first grader and a third grader.) It was fun to sample three quite different styles of pizza. (Come hungry.) And the cannoli to top it off was a bonus. Highly recommend. Even this local learned a few new things!
Greg Fontana
The Boston North End Pizza/Cannoli/Walking History tour was exactly what we wanted as we got to explore the North End for the 1st time. The pizza Choices were great, learning about Boston’s Little Italy as well as all the historical spots were very informative and it was a very casual setting which was what we were looking for. We recommend giving it a try but make sure you go hungry!

Martin was our tour guide. He was very nice and very informative. Loved the tour and was very well paced. My Mom who is 79 loved it too.

Awesome tour. Martin was a great guide. Extremely knowledgeable about Bostob historical events. Pizza places he picked were fantastic.

Despite a rainy MDW in Boston, the North End Pizza tour was the highlight of the weekend. The tour guides were professional and had high energy despite the rain. The pizza was delicious and the cannoli was the perfect way to end the tour.
