Cruise Planners/Lindsay Travel After three years, one pandemic, and other unforeseen circumstances, we finally set foot aboard our first cruise ship, Norwegian Cruise Lines Pride of America in the Hawaiian islands. We began working with Cal and Jana Lindsay of Lindsay Travel in early 2019 to book our first cruise in celebration of my wife Karen's cancer remission. Well, of course our trip was cancelled when COVID hit in 2020 and then again do to unexpected circumstances in 2021. Cal and Jana were more than amazing in keeping us up to date on what needed to be done each year and made sure that we had a full understanding of the rebooking processes. We met with Cal prior to our cruise this year and he gave a clear and concise rundown of what we should expect. So, we have completed our trip to the islands and one of the best experiences of our lives on board Norwegian Cruise Lines Pride of America. Thank you very much to Cal and Jana Lindsay of Lindsay Travel and Cruise Planners for such an unforgettable experience and for being so pleasant to work with. I cannot wait until our next cruise which will hopefully be in another year or two. God bless you both for doing all you do and for bringing such joy to people’s lives through travel.

It was a pleasure to have Travel professionals “Cruise Planners”; Cal and Jana Lindsay, plan our recent Italy trip. We had contacted them 9 months prior to what we had targeted for a May 2020 trip, prior to the whole U.S. Covid 19 outbreak, to help us seek an Italy tour that would best fit our time and the sites that we were interested in seeing. Cal and Jana’s experience and guidance was very helpful in selecting a tour company that offered a trip that we were looking for. Unfortunately; due to Covid 19, our May 2020 departure/tour was rescheduled. Due to the cancellation, Cal and Jana were tasked with navigating through all of the changes that Covid 19 brought with it; i.e., rescheduling flight changes, maintaining correspondence and receiving updates from the tour company, keeping us apprised through it all, that eventually led to a very wonderful and memorable Italy trip. Highly recommend their services and expertise.

Cal and Jana make travel more enjoyable. My wife and I love to travel; however, I usually hate making the arrangements. For cruises and all-inclusive resorts up until we started with Cal and Jana used COSTCO travel. They did a good job; however, every time you called them you had another representative. With Cal and Jana they know what you want and they stay on top of all your vacation needs. They continually monitor prices for your vacation and when the cruise and resort offers a reduced price they get you rebooked and save you hundreds of dollars and some cases over a $1,000.00 was saved. Thank you Cal and Jana for the wonderful support and personal attention you have given to our travel needs.
