My husband and I recently had an amazing 9 day vacation in Playa Del Carmen, Mexico. Tammy took care of every detail and made everything so easy for us. Tammy helped us find the most amazing 5 star, all-inclusive resort that fit my long list of requests. She made herself available any time of the day. We were blessed to have Tammy as our travel agent…She was amazing! We have recommended her to others. Because of my great experience I will be returning to Mexico in July and we are booking through Tammy.

Written for client Dodd Our trip went flawless. The room, car and flights were ready to go. The trip to South Padre was a pleasant surprise since we didn’t know anything about it. If the temps would have been another 10 degrees warmer, it would have been perfect. I guess that was what it was supposed to be though. The beaches were a big surprise since they were so vast and easy to ride a bike on. Thanks for all of your help and communication.

Natalie planned an awesome trip to Harry Potter land in Florida for my wife and friends and I and it was AWESOME! Not only were the travel arrangements super smooth, but in addition to that she gave us great tips and tricks for getting to the park and what time to get places. She really loves above and beyond to make the trip hassle-free. Even though it was our first time, it felt so easy to get around. Truly magical!

I had no idea how easy it could be to plan a trip until Natalie planned one for me. She was incredibly knowledgeable, knowing which hotels would be most convenient to our trip and also the most economical. She saved us money from what I had tentatively priced out and saved me a lot of time too. We had a wonderful vacation made all the better because I didn't start it so stressed out, plus everything she recommended and set up turned out to be absolutely perfect instead of playing the guessing game we usually play when I book things myself :) i would recommend Natalie to anybody!

Natalie planned a trip for my husband and I to go to Italy. She found us great deals and made sure our hotel was close to the train and metro since we wouldn’t have a car. We could walk most everywhere and only had to take a taxi a couple times. It took the stress out of the planning amd we got a great deal! She really cares if you have a great trip. While you have to allow for hiccups and be flexible while on vacation, she does everything in her power to make sure you have an awesome trip!

Natalie is fast in finding the specific things we are looking for in a vacation and very efficient. Her excellent advise saved me from having to purchase a new Disneyland ticket when mine was lost! Written for client Decker. Since the advent of the "book it yourself" air travel, car and lodging websites (Priceline, Travelocity etc.) most people no longer use travel agents. We didn't. In February we began planning a family gathering with some of our children and grandchildren on Anna Maria Island in Florida. Three families, fourteen people flying from three states and across the country during a pandemic to a vacation destination none of us had been to before, what could possibly go wrong? It turns out an amazing number of things - none of which actually ever happened thanks in great part to Tammy Majors and her extraordinary travel arranging skills and years of experience. Here's just one example. My wife and I had just flown into the Orlando International airport from LA, the one of the busiest airports in the world during it's busiest season. I stood in a long line for over half an hour just to speak to the car rental agent. When I finally spoke to the agent after he took my name and reservation number and told me that my van was ready for me to pick up as soon as I paid for it. This was a surprise to me. Tammy had set up all the details of our entire vacation, including finding the van. Everything had been planned, arranged and paid for months before. The auto rental agent told me there were only a few vans left and if I wanted one we would have to pay for it in advance - $1,120. That's when I called Tammy back in Idaho for help. Even though it was 10 pm on Saturday night Tammy answered my call. I explained the situation to her. She assured me that the van was reserved and paid for and over the phone. Then she explained all of this to the rental agent over the phone. Fifteen minutes later we were driving away in the van that Tammy had reserved for us without having to pay another cent. So after this stress free, amazing and wonderful vacation, Tammy Majors is now our official family travel agent. We couldn't be happier.
