We had an absolute dream vacation/honeymoon in Italy thanks to Wishes Travel. Before the trip, my wife and I met with Sam and gave him an idea of what we were looking for. We wanted to visit Tuscany and Cinque Terre in Italy, with tours to local vineyards and off-the-beaten path experiences so that we could really experience the culture. Sam and Wishes Travel went above and beyond all of our expectations, from the careful planning to being in constant communication with us to iron out all of the final details of the trip. We felt truly taken care of and we didn't need to worry about the hassle of trying to book/schedule hotels, tours, etc in a foreign country. From the moment we arrived in Italy, everything went so smoothly. We flew into Rome, rented a car and drove a few hours into Tuscany. There we stayed at a local bed and breakfast (although they cooked lunch and dinner as well) in the Tuscan countryside. The owners of the place were extremely kind and we immediately felt right at home. It was a small hotel with about 10 other guests, all of whom were from different countries. We got to meet/interact with people from Norway, France, Australia, Belgium and Italy. It was such a great experience to share cultures over meals. We were the only Americans there and everyone was surprised at how we were able to find this rural paradise deep in the heart of Tuscany. Thanks Wishes Travel! Speaking of meals, we would all eat together (with the guests & owners) every night at a table over a home-cooked Italian meal. The food, wine, olive oil and everything else was local and was the best quality I've ever experienced. During the day we would relax by the pool, explore the scenic grounds and take day trips into surrounding cities. We weren't sure how the trip could get any better. We left Tuscany and drove over to Cinque Terre. There we stayed at another local B&B and from the moment we entered we felt SO taken care of. The owner even let us join their family lunch of homemade pasta since we arrived a little late and gave us a complementary bottle of wine to celebrate our honeymoon. Our B&B was only a mile or so from the heart of Levanto, so each day we walked/biked into town and either explored or took a train into the neighboring cities. The highlight of the trip was a sunset boat tour of the Cinque Terre, where we swam in the crystal clear waters, ate/drank local offerings and interacted with other passengers from around the globe. A close second to that experience was the legendary hiking trail that overlooks the Cinque Terre. It was one of the most beautiful landscapes I've ever seen in my life. After Cinque Terre, we drove to Milan, where we would be flying back home the next day. Although this was the last day of our trip, Wishes Travel still went above and beyond to make sure it was the best experience possible. Sam put us in a hotel in the heart of Milan, a close walk away from all of the famous shops and fashion landmarks to my wife's delight. I honestly do not have one single complaint or regret about the entire experience with Wishes Travel. We would have NEVER been able to find all of the hotels/vineyards/tours that they arranged for us and we were able to focus 100% on just enjoying our Italian honeymoon. This trip was priceless and I will certainly be using this company again for any other trips, especially international ones. Thank you again Wishes Travel, you made our dream vacation come true!

Sam at Wishes helped me plan my 40th birthday trip to the adults-only, all inclusive El Dorado Royale resort in Mexico near Cancun. He communicated clearly, was knowledgeable about the area, made us feel comfortable, and even arranged for extra treats upon our arrival. I took these photos with my iPhone and I’m not a particularly skilled photographer. I typically plan my own travel, but was overwhelmed trying to coordinate a large group and I’m so glad I found this company. We will definitely use this service again. Highly recommend!

But at the last minute we canceled due to Covid and decided to do a fall New England trip instead. This is our 3rd vacation with Wishes Travel. The agency always recommends hotels and shuttle service to the hotel. Because of our arrival time, we had to take a private car and we were very happy with Mears Transportation. We absolutely loved the hotel Kristy suggested Sapphire Falls @Universal. We also got a list of things to do at Universal. It was so helpful and we came well prepared with ponchos, refillable water bottles and everything the tips suggested. It was so easy to work with Wishes and I trust their recommendations! Try them - you won’t be disappointed!!

My wife and I used Wishes Travel agency to book our honeymoon to Jamaica. We originally booked in March of 2021 but due to Covid restrictions had to reschedule to September of 2021. We were a little worried about having to reschedule but Sam at Wishes Travel made everything so easy. After we decided on where we wanted to stay, Sam took care of the rest. Everything that you could possibly think of and even things you wouldn’t think of, were taken care of. From our flights and reservations, to our transportation to and from our hotel and even a VIP service for us to get through customs and a lounge to relax and have a drink while we waited on our car to arrive at the airport. Our family went to Disney World in early May of 2022. We are very glad that we used Wishes Travels agency, owned by Kristy Mosolino, to plan our vacation. Kristy did an absolutely wonderful job putting our Disney World itinerary together. Kristy provided many services, which made my life easier. Here are a few examples. - Narrowed down the Disney Hotels to two that would be perfect for our family - Made sure that we would get Theme Park reservations. - Make reservations for Disney World restaurants. - Informed us about the “genie”. If we paid for the genie, we would be allowed to get in shorter lines on many of the favorite rides. The genie does other things too. - Kristy explained how to use our phones and the genie to plan the rides for the day. - Made sure that everything was done in time. - Answered all my many questions. - Made us aware of things that I wasn’t - such as the delicious breakfast in the Animal Kingdom where we could see several characters. - Made sure that we would have transportation from the Orlando airport to Disney World and from Disney World to Orlando airport. - Made sure that we could get a stroller for our granddaughter when we would land in Orlando. - Kristy supplied us with a great booklet about a week or more before we went to Disney World. It contained an itinerary and a lot of other valuable information The bottom of the line is that Wishes Travel, Kristy, and her staff get 5 stars and more.

We had a great time at Universal. The logistics between Royal pacific and the parks worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful. Everything Wishes travel helped us have a perfect trip. What can I say? Sam and his team at Wishes Travel are consummate professionals. My wife and I booked our honeymoon stay at Hotel Xcaret Arte in Cancún with Wishes Travel. The luxuries, amenities and recreational opportunities at our disposal were top-notch. Sam set the bar high for what Xcaret could offer us, and the resort delivered in spades. Unfortunately our stay was marred by us contracting COVID (probably before the trip), but Sam, the team at Wishes Travel and the Xcaret staff were instrumental in keeping us fed and provided for during our quarantine. Sam was openly communicative about his recommendations for how we should proceed forward, and assisted in arranging our travel arrangements for our delayed trip home. We originally booked a Royal Caribbean cruise through Wishes, however a couple of weeks before the trip, Covid arrived! The booking and then the converting of that reservation to a cruise credit was a breeze. They took care of everything and gave great advice! After a few months of Covid, realizing we needed a vacation relatively soon, we requested a refund from Royal and asked Kristy and Sam where we could, or rather "should" go with Covid all over the world. Kristy is very thorough in getting to know you and your family. All looked great, but we ended up choosing XCaret. We had so much fun and will go back! To XCaret using Wishes Travel! Sam, You sir are a magician! We absolutely loved it outside of the inevitable meltdowns and complaining about line waits. I can’t say enough about how wonderful a travel agent Christina Pettinelli is. She has planned 3 trips for us to date. Hawaii in 2021, Iceland in 2022 and our upcoming trip back to Hawaii. She navigated us through the extensive Covid entry requirements for Hawaii in 2021. With all of our documents fully completed we breezed through the security lines while most other people were frantically trying to find the right papers and complete their forms. She always makes sure that everything is set up in advance so that our vacation is as worry free as possible. Our upcoming trip to Hawaii is still 6 weeks away and while, naturally, our flights, rental car and hotels are all set, all of our tours are also confirmed. We’re always provided with a wide choice of hotels to choose from to fit our tastes and budget. She also sets us up with fantastic local tour operators. My husband likes to be constantly going on vacation, so we usually end up booking something for almost every day of our trip and we haven’t been let down yet. One of the tour operators she selected in Iceland even picked us up personally at the airport when our flight from Akureyri to Reykjavik was delayed and brought us to a local Covid testing site and registered us himself so that we would have the results in time to make our flight back home. Wishes Travel always goes the extra mile to be sure their clients are dealing with dedicated professionals. I can’t wait to see what Christina proposes for our trip to Africa next year.
