Super-easy check in and baggage check experience! We checked our bags outside and it went so smoothly. Also, we valet parked for a change and that was nice. We made it thru the terminal with so much time left over that we had a nice breakfast before going to the gate for a seamless boarding. Very good job today, Southwest!

We are traveling on vacation and arrived early at BHM and was greeted by a wonderful employee that helps us with the kiosk and was super friendly. Thank you
