PTT has been my go-to Travel Agency for over 20 years. They are always reliable, professional & knowledgeable. If you are looking for Great customer service and honesty, you should give them a call. Me & Mama just got back from Jamaica 🇯🇲 and we had a blast! (Always do!) We've experienced traveling by plane and cruise ships (Passport needed) to include family trips, couples trips, casino bus trips and our church bus trips to the Holy Land in Orlando. Personal Touch Tours is just that, a personal touch on every trip booked. Ms. Borden is excellent and always pleasant to work with even if you don’t have trip fully thought out. She has assisted me for past three years with birthday trips and has made sure to educate me on where I am going as well as options I have when making arrangements. She has even contacted the hotels to tell them it was my birthday so the add a little razzle dazzle to my welcoming. If you are traveling near or far, I strongly recommend this agency as your go to.

LaCresia was so awesome!! This was my first time traveling by plane ...and it was out of the country ...and I was doing it alone. She set everything up for me and made the experience so easy! When I landed in Jamaica I was greeted by my guide who walked me pass the long lines straight through customs and to a VIP Lounge with food and drinks until my shuttle arrived. It was just so easy and I have LaCresia to thank for that! Not to mention the great price she got for a beautiful seaside suite!! I’ve already reached out to her for three more events I need to travel for. Highly recommended!!

Personal Touch Tours Travel Agency -- the name says it all (or it could be called 'Expert Touch'). This was my first experience with them and I must say that I was highly impressed in a very positive way. This agency is a well organized, extremely knowledgeable, and a top travel specialist that planned for a group trip to Cuba via cruise ship, a trip on which I went. They held our hands throughout, from long before trip departure to on-board ship, to the ports, to post-trip follow up, taking the hassle out of the planning for us. All we had to do was show up. I cannot say enough good things about this travel company! Whenever I exchanged emails with them during the months before our trip, they were always so responsive, gracious, and informative. Their knowledge and experience was first class. We received pre-trip planning details via group meetings and email; therefore, once the group was on its way, our trip was virtually stress-free. I never felt overwhelmed or rushed. They delivered an amazing, relaxing, seamless trip. For those of us who chose to take the bus trip to Tampa to the cruise ship, attendants were provided to serve us during the ride. From the bus trip to the ship and back again, every aspect was meticulously thought out and well planned. I couldn't be happier with their friendly professionalism and because they made the whole process very easy, I will not hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wishes to travel. LaCresia and her staff will now be my consultant for future travel.

There is absolutely no reason to sit at home doing nothing. If you want to experience the goodness that God has laid out in this earth........you will need a personal touch to help you make your dreams a reality. There is no travel experience to small or to great that Personal Touch Tours travel agency can't accomplish. May 18th, 2019 bus trip; wine, craft and jazz festival was epic. The only thing missing from this trip was YOU. We had a amazing luxury air conditioned coach bus ride with music drinks and snacks. Prior to boarding the bus we sipped on mimosas and ate light breakfast items to set the atmosphere for our day. Once we arrived at the Dahlonega Arts & Wine festival it was on and popping. To capture the most of this experience we brought along our lawn chairs blankets picnic baskets and positive attitudes. The weather was gorgeous and the environment was inviting. It was an amazing experience one that will become an annual trip for me. Over the top service Personal Touch Tours....keep doing what you do!

WHEN I TELL YOU GUYS THE PRICE WAS MORE THEN GREAT ME AND MY SISTER COULDN'T BELIEVE IT COVERED A ALL INCLUSIVE ADULT ONLY RESORT , I COULDN'T BELIEVE IT BUT IT DID...THEY CALL AND EVEN CHECK ON YOU WHILE YOU ON YOUR TRIP SAYS ALOT. THEY REALLY CARE ❤ AND MAKE SURE YOUR TRIP GO'S AS PLANNED... ONE THING I CAN SAY THEY ALREADY HELPING ME PLAN MY BIRTHDAY TRIP NINE MONTHS AHEAD OF TIME...
