Highly recommend Epperly Travel. This is the second vacation we've planned through them, and it was amazing. Jennifer Anderson Mende was so helpful and responsive. I emailed not knowing the exact place we wanted to travel. Jennifer highly recommended Hawaii. She helped me decide which islands would be best for our visit, and we had the greatest trip. We were upgraded to ocean view rooms at both hotels, and we were greeted with welcome champagne and desserts to celebrate our birthdays/anniversary. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation! Exactly what we were looking for. We can't wait to plan another trip soon!

Sarah Sullivan with Epperly Travel made our summer family vacation more unique and effortless and organized than any other summer trip we’ve taken. I just loved the three different options she presented-all within our budget. I thought it was especially genius that she suggested a city/ beach combo all within an easy 8 hour drive. I never would have known that we could experience a luxury harbor resort and a big city all in one trip. It was educational and exciting for our kids to experience a big city, and then luxuriously relaxing to spend 4 days in the cute Lake Michigan town of New Buffalo. Sarah was always ahead of deadlines with planning, she answered all emails and texts quickly and cheerfully, she suggested so many fun and family appropriate activities and restaurants. From the second I reached out to Megan with the idea of a destination trip, I never had to worry about one thing. I’ve never booked a trip of this magnitude before, then add Covid-related protocols to it and I was lost….but Megan took care of all of my anxiety. She took all the guess work out of it for me. She asked me a few questions about my trip's vision and followed up with a proposal of 3 different locations that were far beyond what I could’ve done on my own. Once we arrived at Secrets Cap Cana in the Dominican, I knew one thing for sure…I would never book another trip without Megan Jones planning it. I have a food allergy and I always feel like a burden when traveling because I can’t eat or do everything the rest of the group does. Secrets Cap Cana made me feel normal. They accommodated my food allergy with ease and never made me feel like an outsider.

My now husband and I had the most amazing experience booking our elopement/honeymoon in Maui, HI with Anna Dilworth!! Upon arriving to the Four Seasons, we were informed that we had been upgraded to an ocean view room, which we were so ecstatic about! The view was to die for, and we loved waking up to the beautiful grounds and scenery of the island every morning. The upgrade made such a huge difference in our stay. We also arrived to our room to find a bottle of champagne and a dessert waiting for us. It was such a special touch and made us feel so welcomed! We were also treated with so many personalized touches from Anna on the day of our elopement that added so much to our big day! She made traveling in such a crazy time seem so seamless, which certainly helped put us at ease. We can’t wait to book our next adventure with Anna!

I was trying to plan a surprise group scuba trip for my husband's 30th birthday and Carey Dryer did an amazing job helping me find and book a location that would check all of the boxes. Carey was very knowledgeable about the various countries on my list which helped me chose our destination, Belize. We decided recently to plan an all inclusive resort trip with some friends. She made this trip a breeze! From setting up safe and reputable ground transportation to helping us navigate the COVID airport requirements to so much more! We have worked with Megan Jones at Epperly Travel twice now. She planned our trip to Spain in 2018 and most recently, the Dominican Republic in June. Both trips were absolutely perfect! Megan is very responsive and thorough with all questions we have had along the way. Epperly offers several tiers of service "packages" depending on your travel planning needs. For us, we are in the middle. We like to plan some aspects of our trip (some of the sights, places to eat, etc.), but wanted someone to help us with the stressful bits such as figuring our where to stay, arrangement of safe and trustworthy transportation to and from the airport, booking flights and excursions. Epperly Travel will plan every single detail of your trip if you want them to, but they can also be more hands-off if you are like my husband and I and enjoy some aspects of planning a trip. Through our experience, we can tell Megan is passionate about travel, and is committed to encouraging others to go see the world. Epperly builds very strong relationships with properties and vendors and we can tell they take this aspect of their business very seriously. Both properties we stayed at in Spain and the DR were great places quality and with superior customer service. In the case of our trip to the DR, we stayed at a property that Megan herself had stayed twice. Each time Megan has planned our trips, the process has been pleasant, easy, and smooth from the time we email her with our trip idea until the time we return home from our destination. We absolutely recommend working with Epperly Travel! It is apparent they care deeply about hiring passionate and professional travel reps so I am sure anyone you work with at Epperly is wonderful-- but our experience has been with Megan Jones and we 100% recommend her expertise, too! :)

Carey (Carpenter) Dryer is the best! She was referred through a friend for our honeymoon and by our first conversation, I knew that I had found the right person to plan our dream honeymoon to Australia/New Zealand. She is extremely well-traveled and was able to provide amazing suggestions based on our vacation preferences. It is difficult navigating a new country and Carey made it stress-free and a fabulous experience from start to finish. You need to trust her judgement as my husband and I were able to provide input on part of the trip, but we left many of the hotels, tours and flights up to her. We made some last minute adjustments so that we could visit New Zealand in our itinerary and were so glad that we did. Such a gorgeous, natural country (like nothing you’ve ever seen). Also being in the Sydney Harbor on New Year’s Eve is second to none! Prior to our departure, we received an impressive booklet and pdf which documented every detail of the trip. Highly recommend Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays and specifically the Qualia resort. We saved the best for last with that portion of the trip. Our honeymoon was perfection and can’t thank her enough!! We felt well taken care of and safe every step of the way. Highly recommend Epperly Travel, but especially Carey- she is a superstar!

Thank you Megan Jones for a perfectly planned cruise. 17 of us decided to take a cruise and Megan handled everything perfectly. The trip started with just with just 10 of us and it kept growing and Megan was still able to get all of us balcony staterooms together on the deck we requested. Since this was a first time cruise for many of on the trip we pounded her with questions and she was quick to answer each one with great detail and kindness. We boarded the ship with ease and had a beautiful vacation with made great memories. The highlight might just be the meal at Chops she so graciously arranged for all 17 of us. This review pertains to the outstanding efforts and amazing service provided by our travel agent, Jennifer Anderson Mende of Epperly Travel. My wife and I booked a Uniworld Classic Germany cruise through Jennifer to celebrate our 25th anniversary. While we were at the airport preparing to board our flight to Germany, Jennifer texted us with news that the cruise has just been cancelled due to mechanical issues on the boat. Of course, we were completely shocked and absolutely devastated. Jennifer immediately dropped anything else she was doing and did everything in her power for several hours and into the next day. It was abundantly clear that Jennifer cared about us and was going to bat for us to turn the dismal situation around. Within an hour or so, Jennifer had us set up to take a Uniworld cruise of France within the timetable of our flights in and out of Europe. While we were on our flight, Jennifer took care of every detail of our new trip. This was magnificent for us, as we were able to land in Nuremberg with a new plan that had every aspect of the trip covered. Furthermore, Jennifer was able to secure a free upgrade to a Grand Suite for us on the Uniworld Paris & Normandy cruise. We are now home and able to reflect on what was truly the trip of a lifetime and one that far exceeded any expectations we could imagine. Likewise, we are fully aware that none of this would have been possible without Jennifer’s quick action, professionalism, and concern for her clients. We have booked several trips through Jennifer and her service and attention to detail has always been terrific. She was our angel on October 6th and we are forever grateful!

With only weeks until our trip to Nicaragua, flights were not resumed as planned and we were forced to start planning all over again. Fortunately, Carey always gives multiple destinations to start, so we had a little jumpstart. Hermitage Bay Antigua it was! 8 nights in the most romantic and secluded resort to date! We spent 5 nights in a beach front bungalow and 3 nights in a hillside bungalow. UNBELIEVABLE!! With guest capacity down to only 10-14 guests (max capacity is 60 guests) the entire trip, social distancing was not difficult. Staff was amazing! The resort and grounds were stunning! From the very beginning, she was so intentive to what we as a couple were looking for in our honeymoon ...even when we were all over the place at first (from southeast asia to south africa to central america, etc). Two of my friends and I just returned from a week-long trip to Ireland planned by Epperly Travel consultant Megan Jones. We came to Megan with a vague idea of what we wanted and she turned it into a trip that we will never forget. From the tours to the hotels, Megan customized our trip to give us exactly what we wanted, while keeping it well within our budget. We were met at the Dublin airport by a private transfer that took us directly to our hotel. We stayed at the Harcourt Hotel in the Dublin City Centre. We could not have been happier with the hotel Megan chose for us. We were able to walk to every sight we wanted to see and every pub we wanted to visit. The Guinness and Jameson tours Megan scheduled for us were absolutely amazing. We took a train from Dublin to Galway for the remainder of our time in Ireland. Our hotel in Galway was absolutely exquisite. In addition to housing a beautiful lobby and pub, the Eyre Square Hotel was a less than 10 minute walk from everything we wanted to experience while in Galway. Our biggest tour of the trip took place while in Galway and consisted of a day long tour of the Cliffs of Moher and a ferry ride to the Aran Islands. This was by far the highlight of the trip and will leave us all with amazing pictures and even better memories. We left for the Shannon Airport on our final day in Galway on a private transfer. Megan somehow took an extremely vague idea of what we thought we wanted, and turned it into the trip of a lifetime. All the while, making each transfer and tour so convenient that even three drunk Americans couldn’t mess it up. I cannot imagine traveling in the future unless it’s on a trip planned by Epperly Travel.

Our recent trip to Dubai for New Year’s Eve followed by a cruise to Singapore was the trip of a lifetime.
