I had some issues with my seating in economy class, so when I requested to upgrade seat to business class, they asked me to wait for 5 minutes. And then, after some time, the crew returned and took me to the business class area.

My family and I were on vacation, and our ticket to return was prebooked. But we needed a new booking for an additional member. So, we contacted Delta Vacations, and they did it in a few minutes.
