We will never plan another trip without Cayce! We started planning a trip to Italy last year that was inevitably canceled, but Cayce handled getting all of our refunds promptly. This year we went for Greece and our trip was absolutely flawless. From mapping out where we would visit, picking the perfect hotels and excursions, and organizing our transportation, Cayce made the transitions between islands and hotels seamless. After years of cancelled plans due to the pandemic, we decided to use a travel agent to plan a big blow-out trip to Italy. Cayce was SO helpful putting together a package for me, my husband, and our 3.5 year old daughter. We had a GREAT trip, everything went off without a hitch. We had zero issues with flights, the hotels were wonderful, and we were able to see and do everything we wanted to. Our favorite place we stayed by far was the B&B outside of Lake Como, it was amazing. Thank you so much for putting together such a memorable trip for us!

Cayce has planned several wonderful trips for me, my husband, and our family. Our trip to Europe was flawless, and Cayce picked beautiful hotels, managing to get us a beautiful upgrade in Venice. She even helped us decide which places to visit first and how many days to spend in each location! We did not want to leave. She also handled a cruise for my family during the pandemic, and Cayce was so responsive throughout an unpredictable reschedule and finally a cancellation. I was overwhelmed by all of the options, and places were filling up quickly, so it was great to have someone who could narrow it down for me. She gave us several really great options and the all-inclusive resort we landed on was fantastic—everything she promised (she had been there personally so knew exactly what she was talking about). She handled all the transportation including airport transfers, and also helped with health insurance and other details that I would have never thought of. Cayce Callaway is a first rate travel specialist. She recently helped us book a Delta vacation package to London and Paris with a (separate) excursion to the Normandy region. Then she helped us cancel that trip when France decided to close it's boarder to the UK over Covid concerns. THEN she helped us book a last minute trip to Vegas as Plan B Lemonade! I consider myself an experienced, well travelled individual and I usually book my own trips. Boy, I'm glad I went with Cayce for this trip! I don't think I would have done half the job she did, simply because I don't have the professional knowledge or inside track that Cayce has. She saved us $700 in cancellation fees! If that is not enough reason to go with a top rate professional like Cayce, then do it because she knows travel inside and out. We 100% recommend Cayce!

Even though my husband works for the National Park Service, Cayce was instrumental in making sure we had on site accommodations at Crater Lake. Cayce is a great travel agent to work with. She let us know about a little known island in Mexico that was perfect for what we were looking for in a vacation. Quiet, remote, easy to access beaches and great food options. She did all the work of booking flights, hotel and also transportation once there. Bummer! My flight was canceled due to Covid. GUESS WHO MADE A VERY DISAPPOINTING SITUATION EASY! Cayce! We are pulling into the airport and our flight has been canceled. We called Cayce and she was able to handle everything. I did not have to stand in-line or be on hold for 4 hours. I just called Cayce and then waited. I even received updates via text. She was keeping me informed as to what was going on. I WILL NEVER travel without Cayce!

We've used Cayce twice now and had a great experience both times. The first was for my mother's 70th birthday. We told Cayce we needed a house that slept 8 in the Caribbean and she worked with us until we found our perfect house in Barbados, right on the beach, complete with a staff! I thought the need for an agent was gone, but when trying to plan a trip to Hawaii, I was bombarded with WAY TOO MANY options online. What was legit, what was good and what was a deal? Cayce arranged an Atlantic crossing + time in Amsterdam and NYC for me and my wife in the spring of 2017. It was the best experience we ever had working with a travel agent. Cayce is always available, responds instantly to questions, knows her stuff cold and made flawless arrangements. As just one example, she contacted us two weeks before the day we wanted to go to the Anne Frank Museum to let us know that online tickets were going on sale that day and if we didn't jump on them we'd get shut out. This is a good example of how very sharp and detail-oriented she is. Nothing slipped through the cracks. Everything was handled. Plus, as a bonus, she's unfailingly cheerful. For far too many years I have wanted to return to Gaeta Italy, my first home port as a US Navy sailor in 1976. Every time I made plans in advance life always snuck up and got in my way. Well, this time I just said no plans, let's go now! With a 3 week deadline to go to Gaeta, and additions of Florence, and Rome over a 12 day period Cayce provided everything necessary for my wife and I to just get up and go. Flights were challenging on such a short timeline but we made it, with no issues. The trip ticket had everything we needed - quality hotels, premium train, car, and plane reservations. Flawless and I'd do it again.
