I went in early today to grab a vape once I got to work about 20 mins away I discovered it didn't work. After work I took it back in and the ladies there were so amazing I explained that it wasn't working I had no problem buying a new one, just wanted to give a heads up just in case it was a bad pack. She gave me one with higher puffs on it for free. I will always always go back here. Customer service is amazing and never disappoints!

This place is wonderful! I've been coming here regularly for months and first went when they first opened. They have always had really good prices on glassware. The Kratom is the best priced and quality that I've seen around here. The CBD gummies are all absolutely delicious (especially the cubes) and very effective! As far as CUSTOMER SERVICE I've always had a very positive experience with all their employees. They all greet me everytime and now know me by name which is very nice and welcoming! I highly recommend this place to everyone!

This was my first time going and buying kratom from this place and they had like 63 different types. Their prices were super cheap and you could buy in pill form or powder form and it is sold by the gram. The guy that helped me was super knowledgeable and extremely patient with me since I'm always indecisive. He made recommendations and then once I had my mind made up was out in around 2 minutes. I am live in Oklahoma and am just up here on business and this place is the best and cheapest that seen or been to. I will definitely return here when I need to purchase again.

Me and my wife came in there to get some kratom people in their very knowledgeable and brutally honest about the product and if they didn't know they told you they weren't sure instead of just making something up very good quality Kratom at a very good price when you buy over max amount of grams. Also they had a capsule machine so we can capsule around kratom only issue I had is like told us the wrong size capsules and they weren't sure how it worked and thats the only only reason I didn't give it five stars. We didn't end up getting half a kilo of elephant green and elephant White, red Bentuangie a capsule machine and some kava for $244. The green elephant has amazing uplifting happy mood and energy boost. I would definitely recommend it. Thanks Up in Smoke
