Edit: thank you for the response and I was shocked as well because it's never been that extreme and I thought it was odd. I do appreciate the response and trying to make it right for me. Back to 5 stars! You guys are awesome! I come in here several times a month to get kratom for the last 2 years but lately everytime I get a kilo of kratom I find hair in it and it's more and more everytime. I just got another kilo and if I keep finding it I will no longer buy from this location. I know sometimes kratom can have stringy leaf parts in it where it wasnt grinded up enough but what I am finding is definitely hair. Other then that recently happening it's a great store and polite staff.

This place has everything on display behind glass. This business like many of other businesses have lied about the theft problem. It's been proven that adding items behind glass and making them unaccessible causes a increase in cost disproportionate to the value. Do not shop here. Do not go here, you will find better value for your money at better situated businesses.

Best place in Wichita to buy Kratom. I have been to several places and Kratom City is by far the best one hands down. Lots of products to choose from and super friendly staff. They have more Kratom strains then anyone else in town with both capsules and powder available.

The people and quality of product at this store are absolutely top notch!!! I have never had a bad or negative experience here and cannot recommend them high enough! I have been a customer here for over a year now and truly feel like family when I go in. They remember what my mom, daughter and myself purchase and keep us updated. I seen their commercial and decided to drop in. Ther staff was up and ready to take care of me as soon as I walked in. I had questions on particular strains and results, I was given what seemed like a knowledgeable response. She directed me to a product I had not heard of before but she highly suggested it over what I was looking into. I took their advise and I'm happy to report I got the exact results I wanted, even better actually. The quality of the powder was excellent, better than pre-packaged I had been sold before at other vendors. I really wish I would have got the salesperson's name, I would leave her a personal shout out for the great help, I will be back and it's a great chance they are my exclusive kratom destination. Hours are reasonable and parking was easy, I recieved a 5% discount on my next visit because of the amount spent, like I need an incentive to go back! KRATOM CITY = KRATOM HEAVEN!!!!!

Very clean, very organized, very well-lit. They have one of the largest selections of kratom strains in the city and the prices are low enough to encourage experimenting with new product. Friendly, knowledgeable staff that can either take their time and answer all your questions or quickly assemble your order and get you out the door fast - it's great when a place can do both like that. My only "complaint" is that they don't carry BlissXtra, but that's down to their personal choice as to what to stock. It's my problem, not theirs. I gotta say, though, if they start carrying BlissXtra, I'll be a Kratom City loyalist for life.

Nice staff. But the Kratom is to expensive. It's half their price outside of Wichita. The quality is just not there. I've been using Kratom for years now and unfortunately I was disappointed. Actually there's no where in Wichita I've found since being here that has anything abouve a 5 out of 10. So I get mine from texas and Oklahoma. Nice staff tho.
