I’ve been going to different ecig stores around wichita for 6 years. This is by far the best store. The 3 guys who work here are incredibly nice and helpful. Customer service is amazing. The prices are the best. The house ejuice is affordable and tastes great. I haven’t tried a flavor I didn’t like. I will never go to another store as long as they’re around. I never leave reviews but had to with this store because they’re so great.

Love this shop they seem to always have what I need... Only thing is.. they don't carry my brand of juice, got hooked on cinnamon Red hots then they went and changed companies and it doesn't taste good anymore.

Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful to their customers needs. The sweetheart (don't know her name) worked with me in selecting a device that fit my needs and made it into a complete kit (mod, tank, batteries, e-juice) at a reasonable price. Will definitely keep shopping there.

The previous review was written about 3 years ago. The employees/staff there now are great people and very helpful. I love this shop. My primary go-to place for vaping supplies. (Old review [Decent choice of vaping devices and a fair selection of flavors; however, the employee who was there was pretentious, arrogant, and impatient - almost seeming to be annoyed that I was there.])

Staff treats you like family, I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are always willing to work with you and make things right. One time when mine broke they even offered to lend me a battery until I could buy one on payday! Service like that is priceless!!!

Great shop. The owner is awesome. And darla, no offense but changing a coil is your responsibility. Shops are not supposed to work on customers devices that includes changing coils. Each device comes with instructions on how to change the coil.

I know most of the staff based on being a frequent customer. I highly recommend this place. They know almost everything E-cig related and will do anything to help you get what you need. I'll be a lifetime customer, at least until I fully quit.

A knowledgeable local shop with comparable prices vs online shops. I was surprised to learn that these guys were charging comparable, if not cheaper prices as to what I found online. It was about $20 for a 65ml bottle of juice. They custom made 2 bottles of 12mg 100% VG juice for me in about a half an hour (Pina Colada Rocks!). All of my iClear 16's I've bought over the last few months have broke, so I was pleased to discover that they had stainless steel replacements that I could use and are much harder to break. It is a guess-game to tell when these iClears are low on juice due to a lack of a window (unless you get dry hits), but much more reliable. My previous online-vendor has YET to carry these, so this tells me that this store knows what they are doing. My only gripes: 1: I should have been asked what strength I wanted my juice beforehand. I almost ended up with a juice much more potent than I wanted, which would have sucked. The teller(owner?) was quite busy however, so I can see how this may have slipped his mind. That, and I told him the strength I wanted before it was too late, so there is a good possibility that he would have asked me anyways. 2: They offer free coffee with only artificial sweeteners. Where is the sugar? 3: They aren't in the best part of town and need a bigger sign. These guys rock!

This shop was my first one to check out when i started vaping nearly 3 years ago. I've been to several, even one where my daughter worked for a time. None of the other stores have had the customer service e-cig etc has. This applies to the bigger more "known" stores to the small little hole in the wall shops. Hands down the best place to get your vaping equipment from, bar none.
