Was visiting with my sister and had a issue with an older tank so she suggested going to Vapor chasers. We got there and the staff was all super friendly and knowledgeable and didn’t make me feel stupid for not knowing how to fix it. I decided to get a newer tank the matched my mod better and I’m in love with its new look. I can’t remember that staff members names that were there but they all deserve a shoutout for being such outgoing people! Definitely will be back! My new favorite vape shop!

Love the knowledgeable staff and the juice selection the fish tank is a must-see. The aesthetic of the shop fits in really well for the chicks Beach area. Normally aside from covid there are tasters with menus on tablets on the counter and those were really helpful. Owner is awesome known for a while this shop is a must stop shop even if you're on your way to the Eastern shore or back up the East coast. Staff is knowledgeable and very helpful don't sleep on this spot. there's also a waffle Town USA across the street if you're hungry!!!

This is the best vape store in the Hampton Roads, the staff are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. I came in to get some vape coils, which turns out there is a million different kinds and it’s super confusing. I bought the wrong kind as a result and when I went to change my coils they didn’t fit. I brought them back and they exchanged them! Which was a absolute life saver since it’s the holidays and I didn’t have extra funds for more. The guy that helped me was so kind and genuine, I left feeling really glad to have found a store that’s not intimidating and that actually care if the costumer is happy. Also they have a really good selection & I haven’t disliked any of the juice I’ve bought there. Thank you!

They went above and beyond before Christmas. I went in and asked for a good vape, one that will last a while. I explained to them I have no idea what I am talking about. They took their time with me. This is the ONLY Vape shop you should be frequenting in Hampton Roads. Knowledgeable, friendly staff with the best selection around. I'm deep down the hobbyist slope now and was consistently disappointed in the hardware selection of other local shops. I really try my best to shop locally whenever possible and Vapor Chasers makes it a pleasure. They have everything from pods and mod/tank combos all the way up to high end mods and RDA's that you would never expect a shop around here to stock. If you're a newer vaper or even a smoker hopefully considering switching over, do yourself a favor and stop by. The staff is never condescending and always helpful.

They have the best testers out of any vape shop and a vast selection of juices to choose from, along with new flavors coming in all the time. The juice they sell is always fantastic, and the prices are not bad for the quantity. I saw a mod lwanted online, and they got it for me, cheaper than online value. Vapor Chasers is the only vape store that my wife and I go to anymore. Employees are knowledgeable about all available products and have always been able to make suggestions from personal experience. The shore drive location also has a liquor license so feel free to grab an IPA 6 pack along with your vape juice. Store locations also offer a wide array of CBD products including Delta 8 and Delta 10 pre rolls/cartridges/gummies. Awesome store!!!!!!!

I love this place! I came in with literally no knowledge of vapes and I received so much help!! Cody and Angela welcomed me with open arms and they gave me so many tips! The selection and pricing are awesome- I’ve been vaping for almost 10 years and this is definitely my new favorite vape shop. Josh and the other employees are cheerful and pleasant to do business with. Really down to earth folks, never tried to “sell” me anything like some places do. Josh has patiently helped me find just the right flavors and he is very knowledgeable about what’s out there and what he carries in his store. It was almost closing time and I hurried in expecting to get the bums rush. Looking for a new vape and I’m clueless, but Brandon took the time to stop his closing duties, chat me on the basics, and completely set me up before I walked out the door that night. He was awesome and he decked me out with something that isn’t the size of a small handgun like the other place tried to sell me. Thank you, Brandon! UPDATE: I lost the darn thing. This is probably the coolest vape shop I've ever been in! I don't vape but my husband does so I go to the shops with him and the second we walked in to this one I was blown away!
