It's a smoke shop... They didn't have exactly what I was after but that had similar things... It's not their fault that I am difficult... They did sell me something that I didn't already have.... That's a major feat since I have like 3 of everything... The girl that works their is very chill and helpful... If I'm ever in that area I'll be stopping in... I have a habit.

This is my absolute favorite smoke shop I come here at least 3 times a week. They have a wide variety of good quality products. But what makes this place so special is Becca and Hailey. These ladies always make me feel welcomed, they give great advice and have a lot of knowledge on the products and are always happy to answer any questions I have. Becca has helped me pick out some great glass pieces and other smoking accessories that have been super helpful and super useful. These ladies are doing amazing, they’ve always gone above and beyond for me. Altogether it’s a great store 10/10 recommend. Almost forgot to add they have an awesome loyalty program, it’s saved me a ton of money overtime

I have to give my favorite smoke shop 1 star because the last 5 torch lighters I have bought from this specific store have not lasted me more than 24 hours. I have troubleshooted any ways that I can. They either won’t spark or won’t stay lit or take multiple triggers. I even had one that stayed lit for 15 seconds after letting go of the trigger (big hazard). When I come back to the store the employees are not helpful. Out of the 5 lighters ($75 spent), only once did an employee allow me to exchange for another lighter (that ended up being equally useless). I would like a manager PLEASE to reach out to me regarding this because I’m very upset. I am wasting money and blowing through butane cans trying to make these expensive lighters work on the same day that I buy them. If you have a lighter that you know for sure is a good one to use- please let me know.

No. I was not "bribed" with a free bowl (I can't believe someone complained about that because this place is 5 stars regardless and the free gift is the cherry on top and a way of showing appreciation so f that one guy who gave one star who probably ruined it for everyone because there's never any in stock now) so this is a completely honest review. When I first visited this shop, honestly I had an idea what I wanted but had no idea what exactly it was that I wanted. I was shopping for kratom so there are many different brands and varieties. Every employee here is so knowledgeable and will take the time to explain to you the differences of each variation of the product. Providing me with this knowledge made it easier to decide what would benefit me the most and I felt more comfortable and confident in the product that I was buying. There were two employees that were extremely helpful, a younger gentleman and the girl with the fun hair Amy I believe (my apologies for not remembering your names but you both deserve recognition) they have a HUGE selection of glassware, the store is clean, and I have never seen a shop like this which such a variety of products! Dennis assisted me tonight and I was extremely impressed with his customer service so I figured it was finally time to write a review on how amazing this place is compared to others. They even offer a reward program! I just want to say Thank you to the entire team that works here! I worked retail/customer service and I know it's not easy and you are all appreciated and are doing amazing work. I will be back! :)

Here you either get high end glass or something tiny or made of silicone. No middle ground for someone wanting a basic medium size water pipe. I’d say the average decent size water pipe (bong) in here was $100.

Yesterday I was looking to get someone a pretty particular style/color of pipe, I went to Fowler store with no luck and they sent me to the BBD location and I found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Great loyalty program, always running promos and specials and a really great staff at multiple locations. Definitely a superior selection than all the stores in my area (temple terrace).

Thank you very much for an awesome experience here, I learned so much about different types of glass pieces and it helped me walk away with one that would be perfect for my smoking needs. I went home with having to choose over a variety of puff bars and stigs. They have all the new flavors!! Most importantly the staff here has been amazing, Matt here has helped me find perfect non tobacco wraps and also giving me feedback about using hemp rope for lighting my lighter after explaining how the gasoline from lighters bother me. Once again a phenomenal experience.

Brought home and filled up a water pipe bought from Good Timez. Unfortunately, the piece had indents along two of it percolators and leaked. I took it into the shop the next day without a receipt. They took a look at it and saw its defects and exchanged the glassware for the same model. Excellent buisiness ethic and customer service on top of dank selection!
