This shop is truly unique. It's not just a smoke shop and one step inside can tell you that. This place radiates love, positivity, and inclusivity. They have such a wide variety to choose from, and they are a true Rawthentic location; which is AMAZING for any connoisseur. Elisha helped me shop and was incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to talk to me about my preferences, and even recommended some products I did purchase and have now become my new favorites! If you are like me and prefer shopping with small businesses who have a healthy dynamic with their employees, this is the place. Audrey, the owner, has truly created something beautiful with this shop. P.S. Your dogs are beautiful♡

I absolutely love this smoke shop. The two people who I've worked with each time we've gone have been friendly, helpful and always generous with samples when it was possible. Prices aren't out of the range but not above the norm either. What I enjoy the most is that you feel more as though your walking into your friends house and not a supermarket that just happens to sell CBD. Love you guys!

My roommate and i showed up 5 min. Before close. The owner was beyond pleasant, helpful, and patient. Even as we were shopping, a couple walked in behind us. She treated them with the exact same demeanor. The shop was pristine. She had an amzing eclectic selection and the lowest prices around (I frequent the local shops). Will gladly drive the 30 min for the accommodations!

Great products, super friendly staff. They know their stuff. I've been many times and will be returning. If they don't have something in stock, they will order it for you. They have some of the most competitive prices in town. The customer is definitely #1 here. it's obvious that the staff love what they do and know what customer service means. I wish all businesses were like this (regardless of their product or service).

This is a nice location with a large inventory of pipes, Vapes, batteries etc. I give it 3 stars because the prices are a bit high. Other stores charge me much less than what I paid for a CBD cart. The pens are great. They offer ones with a lifetime warranty, so if you ever break it, they will swap it out there. Very convenient. It's close to my house, so I'll most likely return, just have to be careful what you buy based on prices.

Great place, awesome selection and even better customer service. I have only ran into the owner and she is so knowledgeable and friendly. They have CBD products and plenty of papers and other tools for smokers. They also have the coolest shop dog who is always down for head scratches. I've been here a few times and I'd go again if I wasn't moving away.

I don’t remember the young lady’s name who helped me but she was completely friendly and answered all of my questions, thoroughly explained products, and just gave me such an amazing vibe 10/10 recommended. I want to thank Audrey so much for all her help!! I called her earlier today asking her about the CBD oil for our 3 year old American bulldog who was diagnosed with cancer a few months ago!! Spoke to her on the phone was very pleased with what she told us over the phone. So a few hours later I went into her shop and after reading such fanstaic reviews we gave it a try as too we are down on options to help our dog with the vet giving him a certain amount of time to live. She gave us more hope than the vet themselves have given us by saying you need to go to a specialist and each session would be 1500.00 per session every two weeks. She was so knowledgeable in her products and was very confident in the product she was giving us and even gave us some tips that she her self has used on her own dog that was diagnosed with cancer as well. She has saved us over 1450.00 with her CBD oil product. Can’t wait to give her and every else updates on our dog as time goes on. If your looking into getting the oil I highly recommend her shop. She takes the time to give you the knowledge you need on using the products she has in her store. You have a forever customer and can’t thank you enough for the hope you have given us for our dear Trey!!

Was looking to buy a Dynavap. I would prefer to buy locally and much to my surprise Kush Cloud is one of only two dealers in Florida. I called to check inventory and spoke to Audrey. My lucky day as I was looking for the 2019 M starter kit and they had one in stock for a fair price. I had an hour drive to get there and she was so nice setting it aside for me. Picked up some CBD flower while I was there to battle some pain. Highly recommend the Dynavap. What an awesome device!
