Had a nice time here as a first time visitor. Kevin was nice and friendly. They had some decent sales and prices asking with a full liquor bar. All of the patrons seemed friendly as well. The bartender wasn't totally sure on how to make my drink, but she looked it up so no biggie.

always a great experience. a wide selection humidor. tables within the humidor does display specials, or discounts with certain selections. leather comfortable seating. staff is always engaging. you're actually able to have a conversation without music drowning. no charge pull up in front of the location parking. I wish they would stay open longer. bar is on site. great during NFL season. they do have the NFL ticket.

A great place for ANY cigar you could want! The walk in humidor has an amazing selection of hand rolled and imported cigars. The lounge offers local beer on tap and TOP SHELF liquors, as well as espresso and cappuccino. Super comfy leather chairs.. big screens.. high tops and a bar to belly up to... perfect ending to a fabulous Friday!!

Created an account 12/18/21. Going through my emails and it is now 9/15/22. So.roughly 9 months. I had 683 emails from JR Cigars about their offers and specials. That's a bit excessive. That's my only reason for 3 Stars. 5 star service but good lord, 2 Stars down because it's super annoying

This is a wonderful place to go and if you've never bought a cigar before this is a great place to learn about them. Kevin is a treasure trove of information about cigars where they come from another put together. it's got a cute little bar inside and a place where you can sit and smoke and relax. I was very impressed with this place although they do need a full-time bartender lol. I would definitely recommend checking this place out I think you might enjoy it. But hey who am I to say go check it out for yourselves and then tell me what you think!

I have been coming to this lounge for years. It keeps getting better. Now with a full liquor bar, improved events, and helpful staff, I will keep coming back. With the best selection of Cigars, not only to the Altadis line of sticks, but across the board with everything from your favorite day to day cigars, or that hard to find special event celebratory smoke. If your new to the cigar life, tell them. Their staff is second to none if you wanna just hang out and try cigars at the lounge, or start your own lounge collection at home. They carry all accessories needed for whatever type of smoker you are. They will answer any and all questions, and not look down on you for not being the 20 year veteran smoker. I suggest you get down there, plan on sitting and having a great cocktail (might I suggest the Old Fashioned) and relax and watch a football game on one of their many big screen TVs.

Very enjoyable place to smoke a cigar. First off their humidor is huge! Possibly the biggest I have ever been in and very well stocked with numerous price points. I was very impressed not only with the amount of cigars but the quality of cigars available. The lounge has a very large amount of seating and the staff here was extremely friendly both nights I visited, one of which was during a cigar event. 100% will stop in again anytime business brings me to Tampa!

Excellent pricing. I visited for the very first time on 8/1/20 and purchased some trader jacks kickin cigars, the young lady who handled my transaction was very nice to me. I plan on returning and I am now a loyal customer. I visited again today, Tuesday March 9, 2021 I asked to be shown where the Avo line was kept a gentleman from behind the register area escorted me and took me to the area where they are stored after selecting the particular stick I was looking for I was shocked that he would not let me carry the stick to the register so I could purchase/pay for it tbt I was very bothered by that and to make matters worse I had to wait maybe 15-20min. for the system to reboot. It was a very unpleasant shopping experience and I have to seriously think about visiting again and spending my hard earned money. I give today's experience 0 ⭐

I never write reviews for anything but after my visit here, I knew I had to. I came to Tampa Humidor in search of a gift for my dad with no knowledge of cigars and had no idea what to get. The staff, both the young lady behind the bar and the man who helped me pick out cigars, were so helpful and kind and helped me get a selection of cigars I'm sure my dad is going to love. Not only was the staff incredibly friendly, so were the other customers. It was a very positive atmosphere. They have a huge selection and a beautiful bar and lounge. I'm not a smoker myself but I will be sure to continue purchasing for family and friends here and will be recommending it to them as well. Thank you Tampa Humidor!

Great selection of cigars, a bit overpriced compared to tobacco depot. The bartender today was not too inviting, kind of sarcastic and not friendly at all. I did not finish my cigar due to the strange bartender attitude. Extremely busy with regulars, very dry with me since I was new to the place. This was my first time here. This is the place to go for a good cigar at a great price in a very relaxed atmosphere. I went to Tampa Humidor for my first time for one of their monthly cigar events and I had a fantastic time! Everyone from the bartender to the cigar reps were friendly and helpful. Their selection of cigars is enormous and prices range from cheaper ones to very expensive. If you are looking for a solid place to buy and/or smoke cigars, have a beer, and watch sports you need to visit Tampa Humidor!

Great place. It is a frequent stop for my boyfriend and I when in Florida. The cigar prices are excellent. Only issue is the chairs need to be replaced. They get used a lot and have become too soft and you sink right into them and that is not good for the back.

I have grown to love this lounge. My first time in 2017 was HORRIBLE. I vowed to NEVER go back!! It took another person ( a complete stranger at the time) to drag me in there to revisit. It took a while, but this year (2019) is the most I've frequented TH. It's an EXCELLENT place to relax or hoop it up with friends. The cigars are reasonable and the bra-tenders (yes I made that up) are kind and funny. Njoy!

A great Cigar Store, with friendly customers, and excellent staff. Lee Ann, a girl who works there, fixed a Torch I bought from Tampa Humidor, by bleeding trapped air out of it. Now, it works great! She explained to me how air gets trapped in the torch, preventing the Butane from filling. LOL, after she showed me what to do, I went home and bled all my torches of trapped air. All work like new!
