Since I quit smoking 🚬 I have been to several Smoke Shops throughout Hillsborough & Pasco Counties. Herb n' Legend has my loyal business, exclusively. Why? Glad you asked! 😉😉 ~ Herb n' Legend is SPOTLESS. This shop is cleaner than most eateries around the Tampa Bay Area. ~ Easy to shop. Even with tons of inventory and a great variety of ALL PRODUCTS, it is properly displayed, not confusing to the eye like most shops of its kind. ~ Rewards Program. Definitely a huge PLUS. Everyone wants something for free, esp these days with crazy high prices. Easy process, under a minute; a point for every dollar spent; no sign-up fee. ~ The biggest reason Herb n' Legend is officially my vape spot: Customer Service. Pretty much the same reason I frequent any business & become a loyal client. Tyler provided me with friendly but not "overly friendly" service; He was informative but not a "know-it-all"; introduced me to the Loyalty/Rewards Program during checkout and was genuinely interested in what I had to say. We chatted about some of the other, non nicotine/tobacco products the store carries, NOT because Tyler was trying to sell me. Rather, I was interested in products I hadn't seen or noticed elsewhere. Tyler really knew the intricacies of each product and took his time answered every question and educated me on product benefits (and legalities) ☆☆ I highly recommend Herb n' Legend ALL smoke shop needs ☆☆ Thanks, Tyler. You are 5 ☆☆☆☆☆'s making my "vape store crusade" a NO BRAINER! Herb n' Legend, guys & gals. Check them out, you will be a customer for life!!

I have shopped at most of the smoke shops in the North Tampa area. Herb n' Legend is by far the best shop around. The store is clean and organized. The prices are fair. The owner is a kind gentlemen who believes in customer service. The young men who work behind the counter and incredibly knowledgable and helpful. They have a little lounge. And sell high quality cigars which are stored in a humidor. I highly recommend. Aris is awesome. He has not let me down with his recommendations. And I enjoy the little chats I have when I go in. Thank you!!!

I can't say enough about this smoke shop. Friendly service, the store is ridiculously clean, very large selection, the owners are great and they seem like they care about their customers and their employees. Tyler is always friendly and very knowledgeable about their selection. Not your typical smoke shop. I highly recommend

The greatest smoke shop I've ever been had the pleasure to visit. I bought a beautiful bong. Took it home. I enjoyed tremendously. 2 hours later, dosed and the bong broke. I think and boom. I broke another one. I'll update the review.
