If you are looking to get into pipe tobacco this is THE place to go in the Tampa Bay area. The staff is consistently friendly and eager to help a total novice to a seasoned veteran. If you are remotely curious about the heritage and history behind pipe tobacco, come on in, grab a pipe and allow the friendly staff to guide you through this hobby- there is no better place to learn.

What a great experience! Drove down from Pasco Joe was a great help sat with me and showed me the ropes! Met some very nice people wound up staying a couple hours definitely will be back again to hang out and to be a customer would highly recommend great customer service great bunch of people. Picked up a nice starter pipe and some accessories.

Considered a premier pipe and pipe tobacco shop by stemandbriar.com. a nice amount of new and estate pipes. tobacco is there, but sells quite quickly. since Tampa has a rich history of cigar manufacturing and smoking, they are more popular (like most tobacco shops). but if you smoke a tobacco pipe, you need to go to edwards. a true tampa staple and a fine place for us remaining southern men in tampa.

This is a great shop with a superb selection of premium and super-premium cigars. It has been in the same family for more than 60 years, and the folks who work here are serious tobacconists. They know their products inside and out and have personal relationships with every major name in the cigar industry. The atmosphere and people are welcoming and unpretentious, and they make great espresso drinks. I cannot say enough good things about the shop and people. Exceptional in all respects.

Great pipe and cigar shop! They have two nice room areas to sit and an outside area. They produce their own pipe blends. Great prices. Beverages available and free coffee. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. If you want a solid pipe or cigar spot to shop or hang, this is it!

Gordon,Joe, Manny and the rest of the staff do a great job making a beginner like myself feel right at home. Great place to hang out with some fellow smokers and enjoy the "old school" feel and comradeship. Top notch !

During my 2 week vacation to Tampa last weekend, I stopped in to Edward's Pipe and Tobacco in Tampa to pick up some cigars to take back home with me as gifts. Once entering I was greeted by 3 associates and felt warm and toasty. I explained I needed some good cigars for gift and was shown the newest cigars out, the christmas specials and I ended up purchasing a few other items...One associate even asked if I would like my boxes wrapped and I said sure...He came back with the boxes wrapped in Christmas wrap and also had a bow on it..I was shocked that he took the time out to do this for me. While I waited he offered me coffee and a donut. This service does not happen in New York where I live. I ended up sitting there for a bit and talked to a few customers sitting at the counter. I was also given a business card and told I could order my cigars over the phone and they would be shipped to my home. That sounds great. I look forward to my next trip to tampa and visiting my new friends at Edwards Pipe and Tobacco.. Happy Holidays and God Bless the Staff..

I am somewhat new to pipe smoking and I have mainly ordered what I wanted using the Internet and ordering from two separate places. But, being new to pipe smoking, I had lots of questions about various pipes and tobaccos and found it hard to really decide what type of pipe and Tobacco I might want. After a search on the web for B&M stores, I made the trip to Edwards from Zephyrhills and trust me I was not disappointed. The owner of the store greeted me when I came in and when I told I was new to pipe smoking and was not sure even what I wanted to try, he took the time to explain the fundamental differences between various pipes and the types of tobacco available. I left there with a Calabrese Pipe and two ounces of their "QuickDraw" tobacco. I have thoroughly enjoyed both so far and will probably be going back in a few weeks to see what other types of tobacco I may like and wi I will make sure I leave with a few more ounces of the "QuickDraw" it is great. Thank you for the great experience, I will definitely be returning.

I have been collecting and smoking pipes for several years and have yet been able to find a smoke shop that can compare! Edward's has always been unmatched in their efforts to provide quality pipes, tobacco and service. This is a small quaint pipe shop that makes you feel like "part of the family" everytime you come in. They provide several areas to sit and enjoy a smoke, free coffee, great conversation and even allow to test out their many tobacoo blends - it's heaven!
