Great customer service! I went to this shop for the first time recently and I will definitely come back. The manager was social, friendly, and professional. He recommended a new juice for me to try, and I was weary about purchasing it because I like to stick to what I know I like. However, he said it was one of his favorites so I decided to buy it. The juice is awesome and I’m glad he convinced me to try it out. They have a lot of cool glass pieces in the back of the shop too.

Best Smoke has been my go to for years. All of the workers and the owner have been welcoming every time I go in and always have a minute for a quick chat. Prices are fair and always offer deals on different items. Super local and have good working hours to come by before/after work. Only ran into an issue with a dying fume one time, I called and went back and they replaced it for me same day. Highly recommend if you are looking for easy in and out. Not expensive, HUGE selection, and great customer service. Love these guys and happy to be a regular customer since they opened 7 years ago.

This store is amazing! Super clean and has a wide selection of products. Rowan, Hailey and Taylor have helped me find whatever I need each time!! They’re all super nice, friendly and extremely knowledgeable on their products. I don’t ever feel rushed when I’m taking my time looking at glass or vapes. The owner AJ was there one time and he immediately greeted me and made me feel at home. Everybody here is very professional and fun to talk to. I drive a half hour and pass 4 different smoke shops just see everybody.

I work at the Dunedin location and I can honestly say that they go above and beyond to make sure there employees are happy along with the customers. I fell ill and landed in the hospital and the owner would text me everyday while she had to cover my shifts making sure i was okay. They are very hands on with the stores and if I need help with something either the owner is in the store or I can call her and she answers everytime no matter the time or if she is busy. It's sad beyond belief to know an ex employee would accuse them of such horrible things when she knows they are aren't true. I hope in the future she handles things like this more mature and I hope she never gets treated poorly by people she has done alot for because noone deserves that especially after how good you were treated.

AJ truly took care of me. I bought a very nice glass piece that was blown in-properly and would not allow you to pull through. Upon immediately calling and returning to the store AJ helped me to find a new piece and more in exchange for my faulty piece. The selection I got to choose from was out standing. I’ve been thinking about trying CBD for a while now for my chronic neck and shoulder pain. After doing some research I found best smoke on macdill. After reading reviews on google I had to stop by. As soon as I walked in I was greeted immediately unlike other smoke shops I’ve been to in the past. The manager showed me a huge selection of cbd products; all of which are very easy to look around and choose. This store is very clean and organized so there is no problem finding exactly what you need. I will definitely be returning in the future.
