Out of all the smoke shops in Sioux Falls, this is by far the best! David is always smiling!! He also makes sure you are well taken care of and does whatever he can to help make sure you get what you need. The selection is amazing and the store is clean with plenty of room to see the products he has to offer. I have been to other shops in the area and the people were rude and not willing to work with you. David is completely the opposite. Best customer service I’ve had yet here in Sioux Falls!!

From the phenomenal customer service to the variety of products, I am highly impressed with this cute duo-shop. Betty and David have worked hands-on with me educating me on different vaping types and strategies. I definitely recommend this place over any other. They are on top of their stock as well; ordering products before they are sold out, unlike other other shops in town. 10/10 no more like 100 out of 10.

The salesman here was very helpful and friendly. Store layout was weird though, actually more like 2 stores run by one person, but whatever works I guess. I wished there had been more variety of inventory, but will check back soon

Blown Away Vape has gone above and beyond for me during this pandemic. They have actually taken my order on the phone and then delivered it out to my car so I did not have to go inside due to health issues. Had it not been for these people, this fabulous staff and the manager Betty, I'm so afraid I would of been forced back into smoking cigarettes which I haven't done since 2010 thanks to vaping instead. Thank you SO much! You're great with a special emphasis on caring for your customers! Thanks again!

Amazing business ethic overall and with all employees. The selection is a little limited and most stuff isn't budget friendly, but they do sell quality brands. So while you might spend $80-100 on a mod and tank or kit, you'll walk out with a product that will last. You could shop online and get something ok for $50, but for another $30-50 here you'll get something great. I've been in twice and both times the staff have been really helpful and want to make sure you leave with a setup you'll enjoy using and everything you'll need to use it right away. The only terrible thing about this place is the location. The parking is easy to get into but can be a real pain to get out.

It's OK a little expensive for some of there products but when it's a small business it's kind of to be expected. I will say the customer service could be a bit more happy and not to unemotional and like well it's a job kind of thing.

I buy all of my vape hardware here! Awesome selection of tanks, mods, huge glass selection with tons of gadgets to help satisfy your cravings and wants! Fantastic staff, they're friendly, remembered me after only one visit! They are personable and fun! Oxygen bar is great too! The rewards program is a great way to earn free merchandise too!

I had been here a couple years back and the store was not organized and the staff didnt seem into the job. I heard the place had all new staff in a radio ad and figured I'd check it out. It's more organized now and they have more inventory than they did before. The new manager was there and seemed knowledgable with everything they have there (and genuine interest in helping!). One side of the store is vape products, the other is glassware and CBD products. I look forward to getting my vape juice and shisha from here going forward.

Very friendly knowledgeable staff. They do a price match guarantee with all local competition , with an extra 10% mark down. Amazing selection for glass pieces as well as vape equipment. They even have CBD oil in just about any dose you could need and many different forms to use the CBD in. Next time I go I'm hitting the oxygen bar.

Good place to get a pod or new vape set up even RDA. They have good juices something to tickled every ones pickle even salt nicotine ejuices. Pretty knowledgable staff they definitely what they have one the shelves and at least some or alot of knowledge about said product.
