Coming here for nearly fifteen years and have zero complaints. The two gentleman who own the USS are just that, gentleman. Fantastic pricing across the board and cashiers that are A+ and knowledgeable. Located next to tasty international foods as well. Thank you University Smoke Shop

The glass is good quality, the prices are reasonable and the owner/manager (the man always behind the counter) is very knowledgeable about his products. If you're worried about a card fee, there's an ATM for every major bank and any credit union within a block. There are no returns or exchanges, but let's be honest, would you take back a used pipe? I sure wouldn't. Since Piece of Mind closed, this is the only major smoke shop left in the north U-District. I'm glad it hasn't gone to the owner's head.

Always friendly and always have the products/brands you are looking for. I’ve purchased two glass pieces, accessories, and continue to go there for Juul pods which are slightly cheaper than gas stations. Parking isn’t great but that’s just Seattle.

This store has everything I personally need and are a bit cheaper then some of the other smoke shops around...such as "the spot" a few blocks up. It is a small-medium size shop n my opinion.

They've got EVERYTHING!!! Literally. I buy all of my VECTOR Torch Lighters from them and they always are helping me with any kind of lighter I need to have fixed, they've always have fixed them and never charged me a penny! Love the store

I walked in and was surprised by how clean and bright it was, and how it wasn't stuffed, there was actually room. I told him what I wanted and he rang me up with no problems. There is another smoke shop on the ave (don't remember what it's called) but this place is cheaper than them (only because they don't charge for card transactions). I'll probably go back if I need smokes next time I'm in the U-District.

Clean, well-stocked, and very helpful staff. You know that terrible scene in Star Wars when they're in the garbage compactor and the walls are slowly closing in and they're confused and panicked and yelling and about to die? This place was nothing like that.

I had shopped here for a regular tobacco stuff. He has decent prices and good service. Recently decided to switch to e-cigs. The owner took the time to explain about the various types and recommended trying a disposable e-cig before I invest in a more expensive cartridge type or re-fillable e-cig. When the time came he suggested a good and inexpensive re-fillable starter e-cig, rather than going for the $100+ deluxe model e-cig. He has a small selection of juices for the e-cigs. Being a newbie at this, e-cig stuff, I have questions, and the owner has always been pleasant and informative and has helped me figure out what I have done to mess up my e-cig. In short, good selection, good advice and great customer service

Wish I knew about this place before. Went to SAMs, disappointing experience to say the least, the other guys down the street want 500-600 dollars for glass, and no one would assist me in building a water pipe to my desire. I guess having a few hundred in cash to spend doesn't mean much to some, but this store was more satisfying to shop around in

Great Customer service called in early morning they did not have the cigarettes I needed the owner just told me give me about 2 hours and he got them by the time I got there.
