Probably the most clean and organized Tobacco store in WA. I moved from VA last year and I noticed most of tobacco stores in WA is not clean and not friendly. I stop by this store after I grabbed coffee at Starbucks (next door) and I was wow how clean and organized the place was. I felt comfortable and trusted the products they are selling and the owner (couple) is the one running the store ( I found out after I became the regular customer) and they are always welcoming me. Highly recommend.

I used to see the young couple that owned it before, new owner's. Very nice. Almost every product.... except for "weed" Ha ha ha! Price for Drum tobacco is just a little but more than the one by Safeway. Still... it's a great place for tobacco.

Great customer service and super friendly workers. I don't use tobacco products but went in to buy a beverage because this place was the closest along my route. I was thoroughly impressed. Definitely recommend to visiting -- even if its just to see happy people. It will brighten your day! Thanks for the wonderful experience.

Great place to pick up a cigar on my way home. One of the best prices too that I've notice since I've started smoking cigars and searched for the best prices around the area. And the guy who was working there the first time I shopped there was really nice.

Hollywood Would you?

I came here originally because the young couple who run the store ran a friendly, helpful, clean, neat highly end seeming shop. They always remembered me and what I needed before I asked. I bought mods from them many times and never had any complaints! Only nice things to say and I have recommended them to many people in the downtown Renton area. HOWEVER, sigh... they went on a four month long trip to Korea. Over a year ago. Since then the owners of the shop took over managing the store. In addition to not being able to understand me or recognize me as a regular, I bought a new mod from them that had a manufacturing flaw and didn’t work properly, so the next day I returned and asked politely if they would exchange the battery pack only or the whole thing if that was necessary. They pointed at a new sign they had posted “No returns, No exchanges, No exceptions”. So basically I just gave them $40+ just for walking in the door the day before. They aren’t friendly either really... I mean if you try really hard to be friendly and converse they are a little less cold I suppose. Fast forward to the present (a little more than 3 months later). Today I returned and again “flinchingly” and in a pinch, purchased a similar mod from them. I didn’t buy a more expensive mode solely based on the fact that they have a stupid policy about returns or exchanges. I asked if I should open it and try it before I left and was told yes! Then my friend and home health aid asked if the mod didn’t work before I even walked out, would they do anything for me. The short answer is no. But he skipped around for awhile trying to distract us from the question first. I came home and put it all together. Luckily this time, so far so good! I gave them 3 stars. One for the store being clean (although now is getting more and more cluttered with extra candy, cheap “made in china” jewelry and other weird knicks and knacks. I hate knick knacks and I hate clutter. It’s going to be claustrophobic in there soon at this rate. And I don’t know ANYONE who goes to a smoke shop to buy jewelry.) As well as a star for their selection of vape juice and new mods for cannabis users. And a 3rd star for the old management who I’m hoping returns!! I now recommend my friends in DTR don’t buy your piece here!! Ever. Buy your juice and your coils or whatever but never a mod. Also do yourself a favor and buy your coils or atomizers online for a little more than half price. If you use justfog brand they are local and come in like a day or two. That is all. Hope this helps!

One of the cleanest and nicest staffs cigar store in Renton area. Price is very fair and cigars r very fresh. They are very nice people and extremely organized. Highly recommended..

I have to say this is the most cleanest and organized smoke shop in WA. Price is very reasonable and elder couple (owner) is very nice. Family environment. Try it. Wont be disappointed.

Recently moved in Renton area and I was looking for tobacco store. After I tried multiple stores, I found my favorite place and this will be my go to spot. Super clean and very organized. Also PRICE is very good and owner is amazingly friendly and helpful. HIGHLY RECOMMENED!
