In Capitol Hill you’ll find a dozen of these smoke shops that carry everything from cigarettes, to glass pipes and cannabis accessories, to vape stuff, to premium hand-rolled cigars etc. This is the one to go to, particularly if you’re looking for glass pipes or premium cigars. I’ve been to all the comparable shops in the neighborhood and most are stuffed full of cheap/thin mass-produced sloppily made glass pipes. Not the case here - they have affordable options if that’s what you want, but they also have something for you if you’re looking for a piece that you’ll really love, maybe even want to show off or display. Glass that’s artistically hand crafted and unique. You can tell the owners take pride in carrying a quality product. If premium hand-rolled cigars are your thing, this is the only place I’d bother buying from on the hill. They don’t quite have the selection to compete with a dedicated cigar/tobacco shop, but they carry all of the essentials for a variety of budgets and tastes, from your classic every day values like Arturo Fuente or Oliva to your more luxurious offerings, like a Davidoff or Padron anniversary series. They seem to be well stored / cared for as well - no dry or moldy cigars to be seen and everything I’ve bought tasted great and smoked well right out of the shop.

Staff is friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable about products. They have a large selection of glass pipes and accessories, as well as vape supplies. Walk-in humidor with selection of cigars. Pipe tobacco. Kratom.

Some of the best prices in lighters around town. Pretty decent deals on pipe tobacco too. Not only that, but the guy behind the counter gave me a great deal on some clearance nicotine juice.

I recently moved to the hill so was looking for a local place to supply my evil habit. Because I'm generally walking and I know prices can really vary around here, I called some local shops for pricing. The first four couldn't be bothered with looking up the price and told me to just come in. When I called Seattle C&T a lovely woman answered, confirmed they had my brand, and then asked if I would like to know the carton price. Great price for in town and fantastic service by phone and in store. So now I will walk be the other four shops on my way there each week. Thank you!

GREAT shop, friendly knowledgeable staff! This is the best smoke shop in Seattle! Nick the owner is amazing - knowledgeable, friendly (as are all his staff) and he never tries to sell you something you do not need, which I super appreciate. They have always been willing to take their time to show me something and so I learn a little something every time going in. Prices are lower than what I find on average in Seattle too and their selection is superb.

listen, don't be like me. I dont know why I keep going to shops near me when I know this place NEVER fails. this is the last time I go to other shops, and im going to start coming here again. I've been coming here since 2015, there is absolutely nothing bad I could say about this place. I was just being too lazy to come out here. for one, the OWNER is absolutely amazing. His attitude and motivation to help people/myself with anything thats needed. any question you have this guy KNOWS. now most places have a lack of knowledge and honestly you shouldn't be trusting those who don't know their own product 😂 and im super super picky. the owner has knowledge about all the items sold here. he really shows compassion and determination to help out. secondly, the place is fully STOCKED and if for some reason it doesn't have what your looking for, trust me there will be another item very similar to it or even better. I never walk out of here disappointed. from glass, to vapes and more its all very unique and ive never seen such amazing glass work anywhere else. thirdly, its insanely clean and organized with the amount of items here. these all may be words to whoever is reading this, but its definitely worth checking this place out 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I've been driving around Seattle looking for a particular item at the best price. I stopped in on a whim and was pleased. The store is clean and has a good layout. Everything is well displayed and not over crowded. Behind the counter was also clean and not cluttered. The prices are comparable to online prices and sometimes even better. Selection was good and they had a "name brand" grinder I was looking for. The man behind the counter was on the phone with a vendor when I walked in but he acknowledge me. He was friendly and prompt but not in your face. He was knowledgeable about the items I was looking for. I will go back again.

This is the best shop I've been to in my life. If you are looking for quality glass at the lowest price in the state this is the ticket. You won't find overpriced brand name junk here, they just sell quality products at great prices. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. This reminds of when Off The Wall was a great shop in the mid-90s. It's pretty much like that except super clean and professionally run.

Went there last Friday evening and had a wonderful time with the clerk and owner. The owner is very nice and very knowledgeable about anything and everything in his store. He helped me pick out a new titanium dab nail and the one I ended up with was perfect for my needs (a universal domeless nail that can be used in ANY size/type of rig (large or small, internal or external thread). The prices are all well below what I think they could be asking for the quality of stuff they sell. Their glass selection is huge and diverse and they have EVERYTHING. I've shopped lots of Seattle smoke shops, Tobacco Leaf, Broadway Smoke Shop...this one is the best. If you need replacement parts or a new rig, go here, they'll hook you up.

Excellent service and prices. The man at the counter said the nicest thing when I was making a purchase. He very sincerely said "you feed us, so we will always take care of you." Its pretty refreshing when businesses take a personal and caring approach. 5/5 stars

I've come to this shop for almost a full year, I will gladly walk the extra couple of blocks for the great prices and superior customer service. There are many stores like this one (especially on Broadway) but I always feel welcome and am greeted with outstanding friendliness and customer service. I've never had a complaint, and that might not sound like much but if you knew me you'd be sold on that alone. There are already a few positive reviews on Google, but I feel compelled to write something up because they're always just SO awesome.

When I first walked in I was almost overwhelmed by how many pieces their were inside, and I had walked to all the shops on Capitol Hill in search of the right piece. Not only are their a ton of options but everything is quality. Ive been to literally every public smoke shop in the greater Seattle area and hands down this is my favorite. Needless to say I found what I was looking for and even better, it was at a great price. Some of the things offered at SC&T are almost ridiculously cheaper then other places, which is so cool because they aren't some knock of pieces. My Maverick disk perc has become my favorite piece now and basically stole it when compared to literally any other shop. I will be going back many times in the future for sure.
