Kristopher WesterveltGood selection, helpful staff. I don't come around here often since I don't live nearby, but when I do it's always a good experience. A lot of people seem to have problems with the staff, but I find I find a little respect goes a long way. Some of the gadgets they sell there can get complicated, but whenever the head honcho is working he seems to know his products very well and has no problem helping set your purchase up with you. As long as you are respectful and don't mind getting teased a bit, he often gives under the table deals and I always walk out saving a few bucks. Whenever I'm in capitol hill this is the first smoke stop I stop by.
Autumn RoseThe two men working at this location were very kind and helpful, but only when spoken to first. I would have given a 5 star rating if I had first been greeted upon walking in, but they were busy in a conversation between the two of them upon my arrival. So I browsed the store as it was my first time in and for about 10 minutes I was looking in the store and then finally I needed help so I asked for help and that is when they started to speak to me. Other than the lack of greeting me upon my arrival or asking me what it was that I had come in looking for, they get a 4 star review. The 4 stars is for their friendliness and their extremely low prices for their high quality, well-made, popular brand name items. I would definitely recommend this store as they have the best prices out of all of the smoke shops that I have been to recently.

Nice selection of smoking gear and gadgets, the owner's real laid back doesn't rush you if you're looking around he seemed very knowledgeable on his products, pro tip ... If you don't see what you're looking for on the shelves don't be afraid to ask the owner he might have what you need just hasn't displayed it yet or whatever.
